胆盐和游离脂肪酸影响离体小肠细胞类胡萝卜素吸收的研究

用黄鸡小肠细胞进行了 β-胡萝卜素和黄体素的体外吸收试验 ,研究类胡萝卜素浓度、胆盐和游离脂肪酸对这两种类胡萝卜素吸收的影响。结果发现 :β-胡萝卜素和黄体素的吸收均呈浓度依赖性 ;牛磺胆酸钠极显著促进黄鸡离体小肠细胞类胡萝卜素的吸收(P<0.01) ,其促进 β-胡萝卜素和黄体素吸收的最佳浓度分别为3mM和10mM ;游离脂肪酸极显著促进了类胡萝卜素的吸收(P<0.01) ,其中油酸对类胡萝卜素的促吸收作用大于硬脂酸 ,促进 β-胡萝卜素和黄体素吸收的最佳油酸/硬脂酸比率分别为100 :0和3 :1。牛磺胆酸钠和游离脂肪酸影响 β-胡萝卜素吸收的动态变化模式与它们对黄体素的显著不同     

湖北省分地区水灾损失等级划分初探

建立了湖北省分地区水灾损失灾度等级的划分标准。基于模糊模式识别理论，按最大隶属原则和择近原则对灾度等级进行了模糊综合评判。     

汝城白毛茶种群个体间亲缘关系的RAPD分析

采用RAPD技术,对汝城白毛茶种群个体间的亲缘关系进行了分析。研究结果:汝城白毛茶种群个体单株扩增的谱带数最多时为13条,最少时为10条;DNA多态性最高为92.31%,最低为70.00%,平均为85.40%。结果表明汝城白毛茶种群呈现丰富的遗传多样性。汝城白毛茶种群单株间的遗传距离最小为0.0882,最大为0.5791。聚类分析结果表明汝城白毛茶种群中有些单株聚类很近,遗传基础比较一致,有些聚类较远,显示其丰富的遗传多样性。研究发现种群单株间的遗传变异呈现连续性,当结合距离I为0.14时,汝城白毛茶种群可分为6个类型,这与其表观形态类型相符。本文运用分子生物学方法证明汝城白毛茶的核心种质基因群在汝城县白毛茶示范场得到了有效保护。     

Analysis on Mineral Element Contents in Associated with Varietal Type in Core Collection of Yunnan Rice

Eight-element contents of 653 unpolished rice samples harvested from Xingping experiment farm, Yunnan Province under the same ecological conditions were analyzed by ICP-AES method. The mineral elements content were closely related to low diversity, high-yielding, and multi-resistance breeding; The K, Mg, Ca and Mn content in high-yielding and resistant varieties were high, and other nutrients such as P, Fe, Zn and Cu were low, which was connected with the heredity and physiological mechanism of mineral nutrients. There is zonal distribution of mineral elements content from Yunnan rice, especially for P, Fe, Zn and Cu co-related with the diversity center, paddy versus upland, glutinous and non-glutinous, glume-hair versus nuda, rice color, rice flavor, soft rice versus non-soft rice, but it did not find any association with indica-japonica types. The results supported the ecological variety group view of 5-grade taxonomic system “species-subspecies-ecological groups-ecological variety groups - varietal types“ .     

Structure,function and signal transduction of vascular endothelial growth factor receptor-2

Angiogenesis, or the formation of new blood vessels out of pre-existing capillaries, is very important in many physiologic and pathologic processes, such as embryonic development, cancer, retinopathies, etc. Vascular endothelial growth factor receptor-2 (VEGFR-2) plays a key role in angiogenesis. In this review, we discussed the structure, function and signal transduction of vascular endothelial growth factor receptor-2. Understanding these should provide important insights into how new strategies can be devised to interfere in the physiologic and pathologic processes involved in angiogensis.     

Expression and modulation of connective tissue growth factor in renal interstitial fibrosis

CTGF, a member of the CCN family of immediate early genes, is a recently discovered profibrotic growth factor, which is involved in many pathophysiologic procedures. CTGF acts as a downstream effector of TGF-β acting on interstitial cells to enhance the progression of fibrotic renal diseases. It has been shown that CTGF gene expression can be induced or blocked by some kinds of cytokine and drugs. It is an interesting candidate target for future intervention strategies of renal interstitial fibrosis.

牛流行热病毒灭活疫苗免疫后牛外周血淋巴细胞亚类分布的研究

对牛流行热病毒灭活疫苗免疫并攻每后，牛外周血淋巴细胞亚类的变化进行了研究。结果表明，灭活苗免疫后，牛的CD4^ 显著升高，可能与参与辅助B淋巴细胞合成抗体有关，攻毒后，γδT细胞均显著上升，免疫组在攻毒后3周仍保持在相当的高水平，IL－2Rα阳性细胞在攻毒后高热期也有显著升高，而CD8^ 细胞没有明显变化。
