文章利用自行研制的木材透气性实验装置,探讨了木材含水率、厚度和压力对毛白杨透气性的影响。实验证明:实验装置结构合理,气密性较高,操作方便,满足测量要求;在吸湿范围内:木材透气性与含水率呈负二次曲线关系,含水率为10%左右透气性最大;透气性随着压力差的增加而增加,并呈直线上升趋势;透气性随着厚度的增加而减少,并呈指数下降趋势;在本实验探讨的影响因素中,含水率和厚度对透气性的影响显著。 相似文献

In order to improve the efficiency of softening bamboo block when manufacturing bamboo veneer, chemistry reagents such as
NaHCO3 are often adopted during bamboo softening treatment. But the results of Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) showed
that the band intensity at 1,733 cm−1, assigned to C=O stretching vibration in xylan, was reduced in the spectrum of softening-treated bamboo with NaHCO3 compared with that of not softening-treated bamboo and softening treatment of bamboo without NaHCO3. That is to say, that the hemicellulose of bamboo was destroyed after softening treatment with NaHCO3, which meant that softening treatment of bamboo with NaHCO3, is not a perfect softening treatment method. Thus, in this paper a softening technology at 120°C for 30 min in a closed
container was adopted. The results of FTIR show that there was almost no difference in FTIR spectra between no softening treatment
of bamboo and softening treatment of bamboo at 120°C for 30 min, which meant that softening treatment at 120°C for 30 min
had no effect on the composition of bamboo. The results of dynamic mechanical analysis (DMA) show that T
g of not softening-treated bamboo was 120°C, while T
g of softening-treated bamboo at 120°C for 30 min was 88°C. T
g of softening-treated bamboo at 120°C for 30 min decreased by 26.7% compared with that of not softening-treated bamboo. The
results of hardness show that the hardness of bamboo strip after a softening treatment for 30 min at 120°C decreased by 42.0–54.6%
compared with that of not softening-treated bamboo. The results of hardness and DMA show that the effect of softening treatment

Siberian Pine (Pinus sibirica) is an ecologically and eco-nomically important species in pristine forests throughout northern Rus-sia. Four provenances of P. sibirica were introduced from Mongolia and Russia to the Greater Xing’an Range (the Daxing’anling), northeast China in 1993. The aim of this research was to study genetic variation and selection of the introduced four Pinus sibirica provenances. Heights (H), basal diameters (BD), survival rates (SR) and crown lengths (CL) of different families were measured as primary outcomes in different growth years. Results of data analyses demonstrated high coefficients of phenotypic variation (PCV) and heritability (H2) for H, BD and CL at 18 years after introduction. PCV and H2 increased with age. Correlations of growth traits between any two growth years were all significantly positive, but the correlation coefficient was smaller when the growth year interval was larger. Correlations between H and the original environment factors decreased gradually, indicating that with long-term subsistence in the new environment, the influence of the source environment declined. Colligation of multiple traits to estimate provenances showed that Novosibirsk, Tomsk, and Altai Mountains had higher survival rates and biomass, and proved more suitable for introduction and plantation in the Greater Xing’an Range in China. 相似文献

All factors affecting the PCR system in Pinus massoniana Lamb were investigated one by one.The results show that the optimum PCR system of EST-SSR were:2μL 10×Buffer(Mg2+ Free), 30 ng template DNA,0.187 5 mmol/L dNTPs, 3.75 mmol/L Mg2+,8 pmol primer pair,1.0 U Taq DNA poly-merase in total 20μL reaction system.
