棉花海南冬繁技术要点

江苏省宿迁市农业科学研究院在40余年品种改良历程中．始终坚持棉花海南冬繁工作，并培育出泗棉3号等一大批优良棉花品种。以多年进行棉花南繁经验，针对海南特殊气候特点与冬繁制约因素，总结出适期播种、合理运筹肥水、中耕除草、防病治虫的关键技术．从而保证棉花冬繁成功。     

Protein extraction from defatted wheat germ by reverse micelles: Optimization of the forward extraction

In this work, the forward extraction of defatted wheat germ protein (DWGP) by reverse micelles was studied. The reverse micellar systems were formed by sulphosuccinic acid bis (2-ethylhexyl) ester sodium salt (AOT), isooctane and KCl solution. The effects of AOT concentration, pH, KCl concentration, extraction time, the amounts of defatted wheat germ flour (DWGF), W₀ (the molar ratio of water to surfactant, i.e. W₀ = [H₂O]/[AOT]) and temperature on the forward extraction efficiency of DWGP were tested. On the basis of single-factor experiments, the optimum extraction was achieved by response surface methodology (RSM). The experimental results lead to the conclusion that the highest forward extraction efficiency of DWGP was reached at the AOT concentration 0.06 g/mL, pH 8, KCl concentration 0.1 mol/L, time 30 min, the amounts of DWGF 0.500 g, W₀ 25 and temperature 36 °C. Under these conditions, the forward extraction efficiency of DWGP achieved 37%.     

现行森林资源调查方法存在的问题及对策

对我国现行森林资源调查方法存在的问题进行了分析研究,提出应解放思想、转变观念,改进和完善调查方法,主张森林资源一类、二类调查应实行“分离”制,以更好地适应时代的发展和新形势的要求。为森林资源调查监测方法的改革提供有益的探索性建议。     

可供利用的植物基因克隆技术

植物基因工程研究的首要目标是把特定的靶基因从植物基因组或其它生物基因组中分离出来，只要把基因分离并克隆，才有可能了解其遗传信息，然后进行分子操作。本文主树常用图谱克隆基因技术及克隆基因；转座子标鉴克隆基因技术及克隆基因；文库克隆基因技术；基于PCR技术克隆基因；人工合成基因技术进行了综述。     

Study on Metsulfuron-Methyl Degradation in Simulated Wheat (Triticum Asetivum L.) Rhizospheric Soil with Penicillium sp. Inoculation

Weathering of abraded metallic Pb from bullets is a significant source of Pb contamination in shooting range soils. Weathering studies were performed using metallic Pb powder to simulate the fine-size fraction of metallic Pb found in shooting range soils. The effects of soil properties (moisture, organic matter-[OM] and pH) on weathering of abraded metallic Pb were examined by incubating a typical Florida soil for 5 to 12 days at 100% or 80% field capacity (FC) after spiking with 5% metallic Pb, after removal of soil OM at 100% FC, and after adjusting the soil pH to 4.8, 6.1 or 8.5 at 100% FC. The weathering products were examined using X-ray diffraction (XRD). Transformation of metallic Pb to secondary Pb-minerals was more rapid at 100% FC, in the presence of OM, and at lower pH. While little transformation of Pb occurred in the absence of soil OM and mostly litharge (PbO) was found at higher pH, both hydrocerussite and litharge formed at lower pH. A three-step weathering mechanisms of metallic Pb including oxidation, carbonation and dissolution was proposed. Addition of both calcium carbonate and phosphate rock was effective in reducing water-soluble Pb, though the effect was minimal after 11 weeks of incubation, attributing to the liming effect of metallic Pb added to the soil. While reducing soil moisture and organic matter and increasing soil pH slowed weathering of metallic Pb in a soil, the effect of calcium carbonate and phosphate rock on Pb solubility in soils highly contaminated with Pb was limited.

通过参与性农户评估的调查方法对密云水库周边地区877户农户对信息来源途径、环境保护认识、生态补偿意愿,期望与机会成本、移民意愿与补偿等方面进行分析研究,并针对存在的主要问题提出了相应的对策建议。保护水库周边地区生态环境,需要通过拓展农户信息来源途径,大力普及生态知识,增强农户环境保护意识,引导农户依托当地的旅游资源和北京郊区的区位优势,发展生态环保的都市农业。     

新农村建设中的农村职业教育发展思考

介绍了我国农村职业教育的现状及面临的一些困境,分析了农村职业教育对新农村建设的意义,并提出了一些对策。
