Review on the measurement theories of enterprise knowledge management during the past three years in China

The implement of enterprise knowledge management gives rise to extensive research on its measurement. Based on the existing measurement theories and evaluation index systems of enterprise knowledge management during the past three years in China, this paper analyzes the problems in measuring target and designing the evaluation index system in the existing research findings, and explains detailedly why measurement target of enterprise knowledge management should be "level evaluation" instead of "performance evaluation", and definitely points out the meanings of enterprise knowledge management level and significance of its evaluation. This paper also indicates that the design of the evaluation index system should be complete, reasonable, proper and operable.     

Approach to Effective Control on the Project Investment

In this paper, in allusion to the three kinds of serious overvaluation (the budgetary estimate of project construction exceeds the rough estimate, the budget exceeds the budgetary estimate and the final accounts exceed the budget) causing uncontrollable project investment often appeared in domestic project construction,the main causes for that are analyzed. That is, the frequent project change and the malpractice of the cost managing system. In this paper, according to some real projects,the kinds and causes of project change are clarified and the malpractice of the cost managing system is analyzed. The effective approaches of reducing the project change, especially the united surveying and improving the cost managing system in order to make the effective control of the project investment are realized.     

Computer Simulation for Analysing the Melting Action of Mould Powders During Continuous Casting

When analysing the performance of casting powders in a specific casting machine, the thickness of liquid slag is a very important parameter. If the liquid slag thickness is not kept above a certain minimum value during the continuous casting operation,the surface and internal quality of the cast products will be jeopardised because lubrication between the strand and the mould is impaired . It is necessary, therefore , to choose the appropriate type of mould powder .In the industrial experiments, it is very difficult and expensive to study this sensitivity by introducing controlled variation in one parameter while keeping all the other constant. Numerical and computer simulation methods are used in the study .They can predict the liquid slag thickness developed above the liquid steel and distribution of the temperature. The sensitivity of the liquid slag thickness to variations can be determined in the material properties of the mould powders.     

黔西县农村水电发展存在的问题和对策

建国以来,黔西县小水电建设在省、地主管部门的关心支持和当地党委、政府的正确领导下,经过多年努力取得了一定成绩。但近年来由于种种原因,小水电建设未能继续向前发展,致使全县水能开发利用率极为低下。当前,农村小水电正面临着前所未有的大好发展机遇,分析全县农村小水电建设管理工作中存在的问题及其原因,研究相应的对策,对农村小水电的发展具有重要意义。     

竖井贯流泵能量特性试验研究

结合江苏某竖井贯流式泵站，对两种不同转轮在相同进、出水流道情况下进行了能量特性试验研究．试验研究表明，竖井贯流式水泵在超低扬程(1—2m)的调水工程中具有很好的水力性能，其模型泵装置的最高效率达69％左右，该项试验研究为今后竖井贯流泵的进一步开发研究获得了良好的开端．     

播种检测技术的研究进展与趋势

播种作业过程中,一旦出现播种异常现象应能及时报警,并检测出故障的性质和位置,以便机手排除故障,提高播种机的播种质量。要实现这一目的,就必须对播种性能施全程监控。为此,介绍了播种检测技术发展概况,指出了提高精密播种机田间播种质量的关键问题,分析了播种检测技术的发展趋势。     

棉花膜下滴灌监控系统软件的设计

将工业自动化通用组态软件KingView和VB开发软件有机结合起来,设计棉花膜下滴灌智能决策与自动监控系统软件,并以数据库、模型库、知识库和方法库为技术核心,通过田间传感器进行数据实时采集、计算、分析与决策,由控制系统发送决策指令来控制灌溉设备开/闭,以提高灌溉的时效性。     

基于图形化电喷发动机教学软件的开发研究

结合我校已成功开发的大众时超AJR“电喷发动机实验教学考核台架”,根据电喷发动机的工作原理线路图,利用FLASH、DELPHI等软件开发的基于图形化电喷发动机教学软件,特别能把电喷发动机的故障现象通过图形化演示的方式形象地表现出来,结合利用发动机教学台架的教学功能,达到理论-实践一体化的教学,保证了汽车检测与维修专业相关课程的教学效果。     

荒漠化预警模型及其应用研究

分析了土地生产潜力的影响因子及其计算方法，从机理上分析各因子给未来荒漠化的发展趋势可能造成的影响，并从土地生产潜力退化基本原理出发，建立了荒漠化顸警模型。以疏勒河流域为背景，在GIS平台支持下，应用预警模型分析了该流域昌马灌区农业综合开发后的荒漠化趋势，对灌区荒漠化的发展趋势和潜在危险性进行了分析判断。
