论生物多样性与建设海南国际旅游岛的关系

经过多年的研究和实践,人们已深刻地认识到,海南省的发展战略应该积极发展服务型、开放型和生态型经济,形成以旅游业为龙头、以现代服务业为主导的特色经济结构。显然要实现这个宏伟的目标,生物多样性的保护和持续利用就是最根本和最关键的问题。如果作为生态旅游基本资源的季节性雨林、红树林、海洋生物资源和农业生物多样性被毁,一切都将是一纸空文。本文就拟简略地探讨一下有关这些方面的问题,并提出一些建议供有关方面参考。     

几种禾草的开花习性

研究１１份禾草种质料的开花习性表明：稗草，长叶雀稗及草芦的小花开放顺序，通常由顶部向基部开放，而庐山草芦及鸭茅则表现为由中上部位向上，下两端开放。单个花序开花持续时间在７－３２天。除草芦外，其余各属饲草的不同草种间小花开部特点相似。３种稗草有部分不花闭颖返粉结实。庐山草芦一日开花高峰在下午１４－１５时，其余均在上午，多数在８－１０时。     

古巴非洲猪瘟根除的经验与借鉴

1971年非洲猪瘟首次传入古巴并于当年根除,1980年再次传入并在一年内又被根除。古巴能快速根除非洲猪瘟,主要与防控专业委员会的及时成立,协作机制的快速建立;全面扑杀措施的快速实施,健康猪产品的合理利用;民间团队的积极参与以及政府财政的大力支持密切相关。古巴的根除经验,可为我国非洲猪瘟的防控提供参考。     

In vitro dose–response of carvacrol, thymol, eugenol and trans-cinnamaldehyde and interaction of combinations for the antimicrobial activity against the pig gut flora

In vitro simulations of the gastric and small intestinal fermentation with varying doses of carvacrol, thymol, eugenol and trans-cinnamaldehyde and binary combinations thereof were carried out to calculate dose–response equations for the antimicrobial effect against the main pig gut flora components. Interaction effects were evaluated following the isobole method. In gastric simulations eugenol and trans-cinnamaldehyde showed clearly less inhibitory activity towards lactobacilli than carvacrol and thymol, which could also be observed in the small intestinal simulations. The minimum concentration for carvacrol, thymol, eugenol and trans-cinnamaldehyde in small intestinal simulations to reduce the number of total anaerobic bacteria compared to control with a probability of 99.7% was 255, 258, 223 and 56 mg/l respectively. This strong activity of trans-cinnamaldehyde was due to its effect against coliform bacteria; a dose of 104 mg/l gave a reduction of 1 log CFU/ml vs. 371, 400 and 565 mg/l for carvacrol, thymol and eugenol respectively. Few combinations demonstrated synergism; most mixtures showed zero interaction or antagonism. Only carvacrol + thymol was slightly synergistic.     

红马银花的资源状况及其生长规律的调查研究

目的分析红马银花(Rhododendron vialii)的遗传多样性以推测其濒危原因,为保护和开发利用红马银花提供理论依据。方法利用SSR分子标记技术,对云南省4个红马银花居群共155个个体的遗传多样性和遗传结构进行了分析。结果8个位点共检测到57个多态性位点,平均每个位点有6对等位基因;在物种水平上具有较高遗传多样性(不同等位基因数N_e=2.780±0.166,有效等位基因数N_a=5.563±0.269,Shannon’s信息指数I=1.156±0.057,观测杂合度H_o=0.546±0.038,期望杂合度H_e=0.598±0.025)。AMOVA分析显示：遗传多样性81%来自居群内,19%来自居群之间,并且居群分化系数(F_st)为0.094±0.020。居群内近交系数(F_is)为0.088±0.081;Structure聚类分析将4个居群聚为2组。结论导致红马银花濒危的主要原因是生境遭到破坏,遗传多样性暂时没有受到很大的影响,建议主要以就地保护为宜。     

Prepuce and partial penile amputation for treatment of preputial gland neoplasia in two ferrets

Preputial tumours in ferrets are frequently malignant and therefore warrant prompt investigation. As many cases do not respond favourably to surgery, even in combination with radiation therapy, wide surgical resection has been recommended. Such a procedure may necessitate partial or total penile resection but outcomes have thus far not been well described. The current case series describes two ferrets in which surgical resection, including penile amputation, was performed using 10 and 5 mm margins, respectively. In the first case, no recurrence of preputial gland adenocarcinoma was noted for 32 months postsurgery, whereas multiple attempts at surgery and radiation therapy were unsuccessful in the second. These cases suggest that margins of at least 1 cm may help achieve a better outcome. Penile amputation for the treatment of preputial tumours appears to be well tolerated by ferrets, as demonstrated by these cases.     

Using leaf tip necrosis as a phenotypic marker to predict the presence of durable rust resistance gene pair <Emphasis Type="Italic">Lr34</Emphasis>/<Emphasis Type="Italic">Yr18</Emphasis> in wheat

Fifty wheat varieties along with Jupateco-73 and Morocco were studied for the expression of leaf tip necrosis (LTN), a trait linked with the durable rust resistance gene pair Lr34/Yr18. LTN was frequent (i.e., ≥6) in nine replications of a field experiment over 3 years in 17 genotypes, and the varieties were considered positive for LTN. In molecular analyses of these varieties, having relative severity values up to 78 for yellow rust and 45 for leaf rust, the 150-bp Lr34/Yr18-linked allele was consistently amplified. Expression of LTN in six of nine replications is an appropriate threshold for predicting the presence of Lr34/Yr18 gene pair, and genotypes can be selected using this trait.     

应用高光谱数据定量反演查干湖水质参数研究

湖泊水质下降和富营养化问题日益严重,传统监测方法已经日益不能满足水质监测的需要。该文通过野外高光谱仪器测定查干湖水体反射光谱,分析研究水体反射光谱特征与水质参数叶绿素a含量、透明度和浊度之间的关系,运用多种半经验算法建立反演模型。结果表明:单波段光谱反射率与叶绿素a和浊度的相关系数较小,但与透明度相关系数较高;光谱反射率通过对数、比值转换,可以有效的提高叶绿素a和浊度估测模型的精度,却对透明度作用不大。总体来说,叶绿素a和浊度估测模型效果较好,透明度高光谱估测模型相对较差,需进一步研究。     

多重聚合酶链反应筛选方法的研究

本文提出了筛选多重聚合酶链反应的常用方法，根据该法将56个牛微卫星组成的21个多重聚合酶链反应组合，其中14个三微卫星组合，7个二微卫星组合，这些多重聚合酶链反应组合可用于大批量测定微卫星的试验，如基因定位及亲子鉴定等。
