According to the solubility parameters of aged asphalt system, the effect of the recycling agent components on the compatibility of aged asphalt was studied by using the molecular dynamics method. And the mechanism between the recycling agent and the aged asphalt is investigated based on the interaction energies analysis. The results show that the aromatic is helpful to improve the compatibility of aged asphalt, and the more the aromatic is, the better the recycling effect would be. However, the effect of saturate is negative. These results are consistent with the experimental data. With the increase in dosage, the interaction energy between aromatic and aged asphalt increases significantly because of their bigger electrostatic interaction energy and smaller Van der Waals forces. However, the interaction energy between the saturate and aged asphalt shows no obvious change in which the electrostatic and van der Waals interaction energy is almost the same. The main factor for aged asphalt recycling is electrostatic interaction energy between molecules.  相似文献

A novel scheme based on voltage prediction and fast virtual vector modulation algorithm for direct torque control of a permanent magnet synchronous motor fed by diode clamped multi level inverter is proposed.The system is based on diode clamped three level inverter,which is widely applied to middle high voltage speed regulation.Combined with space vector modulation,the reference voltage vector for direct torque control is obtained by voltage predictive control algorithm,then zero vector and two adjacent virtual vectors are used to synthesize reference voltage vector based on non orthogonal 60° coordinate.The neutral point potential is controlled by using the neutral point current characteristics of small vectors,the desired basic voltages and their dwelling time can be easily obtained and fast space vector modulation is achieved.Simulation results verify the feasibility of the proposed control scheme,that dv/dt of output voltage and neutral point potential of three level inverter are restrained effectively,and high dynamic and steady performances are obtained.  相似文献

Korean pine(Pinus koraiensis Sieb. et Zucc.) is an ecologically and economically important tree species in East Asia. Molecular studies of seed development of this species are limited due to the lack of effective RNA extraction protocols. This study aimed to obtain an effective method to extract high-quality RNA from Korean pine seeds. The TRIzol kit and CTAB methods were used to extract the total RNA from Korean pine seeds at different developmental stages. The bands of RNA extracted by CTAB were not clear, whereas the bands of RNA extracted by the TRIzol kit were brighter and clearer, indicating higher quality and integrity of the RNA products extracted by the TRIzol kit. The 28 S r RNA band was approximately1.5- to 2-fold brighter than the 18 S r RNA band on the agarose gel electrophoresis. The absorbance value A260/280 was 1.8–2.0, and the absorbance value A 260/230 was [1.9. The Bioanalyzer RNA integrity results showed that the RNA integrity number of the RNA extracted using the TRIzol kit was acceptable for high-throughputsequencing. Therefore, the total RNA extracted using the TRIzol kit method can be used for high-throughput sequencing and other molecular biology experiments.  相似文献

Methods used to compare the effectiveness of liming materials (e.g., relative neutralizing value, RNV; effective calcium carbonate equivalent, ECCE) were developed for ground limestone. This method is relatively untested on industrial byproducts that could be used when limestone is expensive or unavailable. The objective was to determine if RNV applies to both ground limestones and industrial byproducts. A 42-d incubation study was performed on three acid soils with 11 ground limestones and 9 different byproducts at four rates based on titration and the modified Adams-Evans buffer method. Overall effectiveness, assessed as RNV compared to Ca(OH)2, averaged 101.5 ± 0.9% for all the evaluated liming materials, except the paper sludge and dolomitic marble. Thus, RNV was a good estimate of neutralizing ability when particle size was accurate. Addition of RNV to packaging would facilitate the commercial use of byproducts as liming materials allowing consumers to compare products by price and properties.  相似文献
