减氮条件下生物炭对烤烟根系发育及土壤微生物群落的影响

为探索减氮条件下生物炭对植烟土壤的烤烟根系生长及土壤微生物种群数量的影响,采用大田试验方式,研究减氮40％条件下添加不同用量的生物炭对旺长期烤烟根系形态指标、根系活力以及土壤微生物数量的影响.结果表明,减氮条件下施用生物炭料可有效增加烟株根系各形态指标,同时增强根系活力,并且对增加土壤酶菌和细菌数量有显著促进作用.相对...     

番茄内生细菌对番茄溃疡病菌拮抗作用的研究

为了筛选出对番茄溃疡病菌有拮抗作用的内生细菌,从健康番茄茎样本中分离得到186株内生细菌.用抑菌圈法测定,其中9株内生细菌对番茄溃疡病菌有拮抗作用.通过形态特征观察、生理生化特性测定和16 S rDNA序列分析,对拮抗作用较强的7个菌株进行了鉴定.结果表明,BM-31、BT-10、BT-9、BT-7、BT-3为微杆菌(Microbacterium spp.),QB-22和QB-8为假单胞菌(Pseudomonas spp.).     

海洋江豚的研究概述

近年来随着国家政策的重视,人们环保意识的提高,针对珍稀濒危水生野生动物,尤其是鲸类动物的保护工作受到越来越多的关注。截至目前,国内相关研究单位针对鲸类动物开展了大量研究,但研究对象主要局限在中华白海豚(Sousa chinensis)和长江江豚(Neophocaena asiaeorientalis asiaeorientalis)。相比较而言,在我国分布范围更广的海洋江豚得到的研究和保护远远不够,亟需开展系统深入的研究工作。鉴于此,本文对江豚的记载、分类和海洋江豚的研究进行了回顾,重点总结了海洋江豚的生态学、生物学、遗传学、声学以及摄食和繁殖等方面的研究进展,对今后的研究和保护重点提出了建议,包括注重基础研究、强化保护区建设、注重保护技术研发和加强宣传教育,以期对未来的工作提供借鉴。     

海带孢子囊发育过程中的形态结构与生理生化变化研究

本研究以海带(Saccharina japonica)杂交品系“玉带1号”为研究对象,根据孢子囊形成过程中的外观形态,将孢子囊形成与发育过程分为5个阶段,系统观察了孢子囊形成过程中的外观形态和组织结构变化,研究了孢子囊发育不同阶段生理生化特征的变化规律。结果显示,在孢子囊发育过程中,孢子体表面依次出现光滑、磨砂、突起、破皮和光滑等表观现象,伴随着表皮细胞的突起、隔丝的伸长、孢子母细胞的分化与发育,以及游孢子的形成和释放等组织变化过程;另外,在孢子囊发育过程中,海带孢子体对氮的积累持续增加,蛋白含量呈先显著增加到释放游孢子阶段又有所降低的趋势;过氧化氢(H2O2)和超氧阴离子含量的变化趋势相似,在孢子囊形成初期,其含量呈先上升到后期又有所下降;不同抗氧化酶在孢子囊形成过程中的活性变化存在差异,其中,超氧化物歧化酶(MDA)活性总体呈下降趋势,而抗坏血酸过氧化物酶(APX)、过氧化物酶(POD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性均呈先上升后下降的趋势,丙二醛(MDA)含量无显著变化;在孢子囊发育过程中,1,5-二磷酸核酮糖羧化酶活性呈先降低后升高的趋势,苹果酸脱氢酶(MDH)活性无显著变化。本研究有助于加深对海带杂交品种孢子囊形成过程及生理生化特征的理解,可为海带杂交品种孢子囊的人工诱导提供理论依据。

Effects of glucose and Mg2+ in the neurons damaged by glutamate

AIM and METHODS: To observe the effects of glucose-free and Mg²⁺-free in the extracellular fluid on the changes of [Ca ²⁺]_i in the cerebro-cortical neurons damaged by 1mmol/L glutamate using laser confocal scanning microscope. RESULTS: Both frequency and amplitude of neuronal calcium oscillation induced by glutamate were lowered in glucose-free and Mg²⁺-free buffers. The basic [Ca²⁺]_i concentration was lowered in the former case , but it was elevated in the latter case. CONCLUSION: Mg²⁺-free aggravates [Ca²⁺]_i overload induced by 1mmol/L glutamate ,under certain conditions the glucose-free might resist damage role of glutamate and Mg²⁺-free.     

The activation effect of maize pollen polysaccharides on human thoracic cavity macrophages

AIM: To study the activation effects of maize pollen polysaccharides(PPM) on human thoracic cavity macrophage (hTMΦ). METHODS: Activities of lactate dehydrogenase(LDH) and acid phosphatase (ACP) in the hTMΦ were detected by automatic biochemical analyzer, and the level of tumor necrosis factor alpha(TNF-α) and interleukin-6(IL-6) in the hTMΦ was analyzed by radioimmunoassay, after hTMΦ were cultured with 0.312, 0.625, 1.250, 2.500, 5.000 mg/mL PPM-RPMI 1640 for 24 and 48 hours in vitro. RESULTS: The activities of LDH and ACP increased in the hTMΦ induced by PPM, and the levels of TNF-α and IL-6 in the hTMΦ induced by PPM increased markedly too. And the induced expression effect of TNF-α and IL-6 is associated with the concentration of PPM, and time for PPM inducing. CONCLUSION: PPM can induce cytokines secretion in hTMΦ, and activate hTMΦ in vitro.
