Electro-circuit Design About the Data Acquisition and Wireless Transmission System Based on High-speed SCM

The system acquires the state signal from the moving equipment by data acquisition module that based in W77E58 high-speed SCM, and transmits the data fast by wireless mode. The signal data can be use for fault diagnosis and precise analysis. The system has the ability for acquiring abundance of data with a high speed, the ability for high accuracy data conversion, and has a function of programme controlling gain and programme controlling low-pass filtering. The successful application of this system on the vibration monitor about the material-transporting bogie in an iron works of a domestic steel enterprise proves the stability and credibility about the design project, also testifies its practical value and versatility.

In order to upgrade traditional industry and realize the automation of furnace condition judgement and standardization of operation, an expert system for various furnace conditions and breakdown judgement and operation guidance on blast furnace are developed based on the theory of artificial intelligence and knowledge engineering. The system is fulfilled through C++Builder and combined with the actual production picture. The system has efficient and convenient man-machine interface by using menu operation method. The testing and operation of actual production data in simulation system indicate that the system is exact and reliable and can provide both the warning of various furnace breakdown and corresponding operation guidance.     

Requirement Model Based on UML 2.0 for Equipment MIS

First, it is describe the authors how to analyze the structure of organize and build the model of structure organize. Second, they abstract the workflow of main operation in organize and build workflow model by active diagram. Finally, they abstract actor, use case with case diagram and finish the requirement model.     

Power Frequency Electric Field Caused by EHV Lines and Its Effect

Mathematical model of power frequency electric field is established based on Charge Simulation Method(CSM) to analyze power frequency electric field caused by EHV lines with overhead ground wires and its effect, which are entering the megalopolis. Calculative method on the electric field under the transmission lines is analyzed and validated. According to the criterion of environmental evaluation, the distributing characteristic of electric field is summarized, in case of various arrangement manners of lines. At last, some advice and methods of eliminating electric field under the transmission lines entering the megalopolis is proposed with regard to protecting environment.
