This paper uses the training of OC-SVM to analyze the mechanism of the Quantum-behaved particle swarm and develops a method of training OC-SVM based on the directional- QDPSO .The new position of the directional particle is calculated based on the current global best point(gBest), which identified the optimized direction conforms to Zoutendijk fastest decline method principle.In the initialization, the position of one particle is initialized according to SMO, which makes its position nearer to the global optimum solution. The boundary points of subjected plane are concerned as the initialized position of other particles, so as to make the searching area wider.The experiment result shows that the convergence and the generalization of D-QDPSO is good, the misrecognition of D-QDPSO is 0.12% lower than that of SMO, and the operating speed is 2 times faster than that of LPSO. 相似文献

A way to enhance coal bed methane desorption and seepage by sonic vibrating of cavitataion water jets is proposed because the gas coal seams have the intrinsic properties of micro-porosity, low permeability and high adsorption. The mechanisms of how the sonic vibrating effects promote methane desorption and seepage are analyzed, and the contrast experiments of methane desorption and seepage under sonic vibrating effects are also provided. The results show: when the cavitation number is 0.020 0, under sonic vibrating effects, the volume of coal bed methane desorption increases by 36.9%, and the time for coal bed methane desorption reduces by 19.6%. The electric magnetic emission (EME) rules of deformation and failure of composed coal and rock samples are studied by lab experiments and fractal theory. The results show that at the initial stage of loading, EME signals increase, then decline slightly and stay at a stable level. Substantial increase appears when the composed coal and rock samples are close to the main fracture, and EME signals decline slowly when they are in the stage of residual deformation. The EME signals have a positive exponent relation to roof ratio in the composed coal and rock samples. The EME pulse count has the fractal characteristic, and the fractal dimensions increase with the process of loading. When the composed coal and rock samples are close to main fracture, the fractal dimensions decline suddenly, and it has a positive linear relation to the ratio of roof in the composed coal and rock samples. Asymmetrical grid faults occur more frequently and have more adverse effects on the doubly fed induction generator (DFIG) than symmetrical grid faults in the transmission system. The transient response of DFIG under asymmetrical grid faults is analyzed firstly. Meanwhile, operation behaviors of several low voltage ride-through (LVRT) techniques under severe asymmetrical grid faults are given by simulation with the Matlab/Simulink software. Then the characteristics of these LVRT techniques are further researched and analyzed based on the simulation results. Finally, the economies of these LVRT techniques are discussed. Parallel immune clone algorithm is proposed based on population coevolution theory and parallel computing affinity of individual at multiple compute nodes. Introducing the immune memory mechanism, the evolution processes of antibody population and memory units are conducted simultaneously, meanwhile, it improves mutual cooperation among antibodies, and ensures solution set approaching optimal solution from the inside of feasible region or infeasible region border. Clone proliferation, high frequency variation and operation of crossover operators increase the chance that better individuals gain affinity maturation by the operation of clone expansion, improve diversity of antibody population distribution, achieve the balance of optimization between depth and range, and ensure the convergence of the algorithm and the diversity of the search range. A computational study for a standard data set is carried out to test the validity of the algorithm, and the effect of algorithm parameters on the results is analyzed. 本研究对新疆昌吉郊区部分奶牛场进行调查,从两个大型奶牛场集乳样,主要针对患有隐性乳房炎的奶牛,共采集120份乳样进行细菌分离鉴定并选择主要病原菌进行药敏试验。结果表明,导致奶牛隐性乳房炎的主要致病菌有葡萄球菌属、链球菌属、肠杆菌属,其中金黄色葡萄球菌和表皮葡萄球菌共71株,占55.04%;牛链球菌18株,占13.95%;大肠杆菌1株,占0.78%。这些致病菌对环丙沙星、新生霉素等药物有很高的敏感性,而对青霉素、链霉素、杆菌肽和多粘菌素已经产生耐药性。 相似文献

在环太湖丘陵地区选择4种有代表性的土地利用类型进行野外原位试验,研究了自然降雨条件下磷素随地表径流的迁移特征。结果表明,各场降雨水相总磷的“次降雨径流平均浓度”呈对数正态分布。悬浮颗粒态磷是水相磷素迁移的主要形态,占水相总磷的76%~89%,其浓度主要由表土总磷含量及地表径流量决定;而溶解态磷(DP)主要与表土中的有效磷含量以及径流与表土相互作用深度有关。溶解态无机磷(DIP)占溶解态磷的57%~85%,竹林的DIP浓度最高。菜地径流的有机磷含量(DOP)明显高于另外3种土地利用。不同土地利用下溶解态和悬浮态磷的迁移通量分别为23~92.7mg·m^-2·a^-1和113.4~364.3mg·m^-2·a^-1,与地表径流量表现出较强的相关性。 相似文献

以化学诱变剂EM S处理小麦条锈菌CY 17和CY 31的夏孢子诱发其毒性突变,用抗条锈Y r近等基因系筛选毒性突变体,建立了4个CY 17和1个CY 31的突变菌株,各筛选品种上的病菌突变频率明显不同,突变率在2.14×1-0 6~3.68×1-0 5。对突变菌株的毒性测定结果表明,CY 17的所有突变菌株对Y r12发生了毒性突变,且CY 17和CY 31的所有突变菌株对Y r5,Y r10,Y r15和Y r24等4个抗病基因表现无毒性。研究证实毒性突变是小麦条锈病菌毒性变异的重要途径。 相似文献

本实验的目的是探索最佳营养液配方以此为根据提高甜罗勒(Ocimum basilicum L.)精油含有率和改善精油组分。在以前的研究积累,并参照国际通用配方Hoagland基础上设计了新的配方(下称自制配方)。自制配方与Hoagland配方的主要区别为:自制配方中大量元素的H2PO4^-和SO4^2-离子浓度分别为Hoagland配方的4倍和2倍;NO3^-的浓度降低了8mg/L,且营养液中不使用NH4^ 。实验结果显示:Hoagland配方对生物量的增加,以及营养成分的增加有显著的促进作用,但自制配方在不显著降低生物量和保证基本营养成分的基础上,明显地提高了精油的含有率,而且,使精油的组分优化。 相似文献
