可编程控制器实验箱的研制

针对可编程控制器实践教学中存在的问题,研究制作符合实际教学特点的实验箱,从而在课程实验、课程设计、毕业设计、学生科技创新以及科学研究等方面发挥作用.可编程控制器实验箱主要进行了电源部分、输入端子、输出端子、实验面板及箱体的设计,在实际应用取得了较好的效果.     

全球金融危机背景下的中国粮食海外战略（1）

1．1实施中国粮食海外战略的全球背景 在过去的一年多时间里，由于国际原油价格暴涨、大量粮食和植物油被用于生物燃料生产等原因，暴发了一场全球粮食危机。紧张的供求关系使得国际粮食价格大幅上涨．而粮价大幅上涨使得全球一亿多人口深陷贫困和危机状态。不少拉美和非洲国家由此引发骚乱和民众示威游行。     

Muscarinic receptor subtypes in equine tracheal smooth muscle

Selective muscarinic receptor antagonists were used to identify muscarinic receptor subtypes in equine trachealis strips. The M₁ receptor antagonist pirenzepine (10^–7 mol/L to 3 × 10^–5 mol/L) and the M₃ receptor antagonist 4-diphenylacetoxy-N-methylpiperidine (4-DAMP, 10^–9 mol/L to 3 × 10^–7 mol/L³) dose dependently inhibited the contractile responses to electrical field stimulation (EFS) and exogenous acetylcholine (ACh). Schild plots yielded a pA₂ value for pirenzepine vs ACh of 6.75 ± 0.09, which is consistent with the affinity for M₂ or M₃ receptors, and a pA₂ value for 4-DAMP vs ACh of 8.47 ± 0.09, which is in agreement with the affinity for M₃ receptors. The M₂ receptor antagonist gallamine (10^–5 mol/L and 10^–4 mol/L) did not affect the response of trachealis to exogenous ACh and low-frequency EFS (0.1–2 Hz) but decreased the responses to high-frequency EFS (4–16 Hz). These results suggest that the muscarinic receptors mediating contractions induced by ACh in equine tracheal smooth muscle are of the M₃ subtype. The lack of an increase in the response to EFS following gallamine suggests that functional prejunctional inhibitory M₂ receptors are not present on the cholinergic nerves innervating equine tracheal smooth muscle.     

叶面喷施丰产素在黄瓜上的应用效果

本试验在黄瓜上叶面喷施丰州牌丰产素，其浓度分别为２０００倍、４０００倍和６０００倍。试验结果表明，３种浓度对黄瓜的生长势都有增强的作用，并对早期产量有较大的提高。其中２０００倍液对早期产量的增产幅度最大，比对照提高４２．８１％。并且对黄瓜的营养成份有不同程度的影响，其中６０００倍液对维生素ｃ和含糖量都有较大的提高，因此，对黄瓜品质的改进有较好的效果。     

姜片虫虫体抗原氨基酸的测定

本文报道4种方法制备姜片虫虫体抗原,进行氨基酸组成的测定。其氨基酸总量(mg/100ml)结果显示:Ag-F1:608.50;Ag-F2:645.80;Ag-F3:357.14;Ag-F4:501.40;以 Ag-F3总量为最低,但值得重视的是 Ag-F3的丙氨酸(8.34),组氨酸(8.60),甘氨酸(11.00);苏氨酸(12.00),均显著降低。而 Ag-F4的组氨酸(4.80)为17种氨基酸含量最低者。其原因有待探讨。     

具粘弹性支承的柔轴弹性盘转子系统的动力学分析

讨论了柔轴弹性圆盘转子系统在粘弹性支承下的临界转速和动力稳定性问题，轴和支承具有不对称的阻尼系数和刚度系数，利用能量法和耗散系统的Lagrange方程推导了系统的运动微分主程，阐述了求解方法，大多数的不稳定区出现在不平衡共振附近，通常可以通过调整轴、支承的阻尼和刚度系数的恰当组合来减小不稳定区域。

Identification of a Long Rice Spikelet Mutant

A spontaneously occurring rice (Oryza sativa L. ) mutant, characterized by homeotic conversion in glumes and stamens, was found in the progeny of a cross. The mutant showed long glumes and glumaceous lodicules and morphological transformation of stamens into pistils. Mutant florets consisted of 1 to 3 completely developed pistils, some pistilloid stamens with filaments, but tipped by bulged tissue and 0 to 3 stigmas. It seens that the mutant phenotype of the homeotic conversions in glumes and stamens is similar to that of the B loss-of-function mutants in Arabidopsis and Antirrhinum. The mutant is controlled by a single recessive gene as a segregation ratio of 3:1 (wild type to mutant plants) was observed in the F2 generation.     

实验猴志贺氏菌检出、血清分型及药物敏感性试验

采用实验动物国家标准(GB/T 14926.47-2001)的检验方法,对144份待出口实验猴粪便样品检测,检出志贺氏菌2株,阳性检出率1.39%。血清学分型,均属于B群志贺氏菌,血清型分别为X变种和Y变种。药敏试验结果表明,2株分离菌对先锋V、氟哌酸和环丙沙星高度敏感,而对青霉素、红霉素和复方新诺明耐药。     

影响水产动物药代动力学的因素

对影响水产动物药代动力学的机体因素、药理因素和环境因素进行了综述。影响药动学的因素很多，尤其对于所处环境因素复杂的水产动物来说，除了遗传种属、性别等生理因素和病理、药理等因素外，环境因子尤其是水温能显著影响药代动力学过程。研究不同条件下的药动学，对于合理、正确地使用药物有重要的指导作用。
