油茶果脱蒲分离机研究现状

对国内外常见油茶果脱蒲分离机结构及工作原理进行阐述,并提出蒲籽分离的技术难点,以期为油茶果脱蒲分离机的设计提供参考,促进油茶果制油产业发展。      

果子狸细小病毒性肠炎首次诊断及防治初探

1999年 9～ 1 0月 ,湖南某果子狸驯养场发生一起以下痢、便血为主要症状的急性病毒性传染病 ,60d内造成 1 87只果子狸发病 ,1 56只果子狸死亡 ,尤其是当年生仔狸的发病率和死亡率很高 ,分别为 66 0 %和 96 2 %。根据流行病情况、临床症状、病理变化和血清学检验 ,以及病原体分离、电镜检查和生物学试验证实 ,此疫情为细小病毒感染。用此病毒与细小病毒抗体血清做交叉血清学检测反应为阳性 ,因此证明此病毒与犬细小病毒有共同抗原关系。通过对健康狸进行紧急脏器疫苗接种和用犬细小病毒弱毒疫苗加强免疫 ,以及采取其他综合防治措施 ,迅速使本病得到有效控制     

处理主干和主枝对光皮树幼树早花早实的促进效果

对3年生光皮树幼树,采用环割倒贴皮、铁丝绞缢、绳索绞缢、环刻4种人工造伤方法分别对其主干和主枝进行处理.结果表明:4种处理方法对树干直径和冠幅生长的影响差异不显著;铁丝绞缢主枝法处理,其树高及开花株数和开花数量都与其他处理存在显著差异;铁丝绞缢主枝与铁丝绞缢主干法促进开花的效果差异不显著.     

甲壳素对连作平邑甜茶生长、光合及抗氧化酶的影响

以苹果连作土盆栽的平邑甜茶幼苗为试材,探讨了0、0.5、1.0和2.5 g·kg-1不同施入量的甲壳素对其光合速率、活性氧含量及抗氧化酶活性的影响。结果表明,1.0 g·kg-1的甲壳素处理能显著促进幼苗株高、地径,干样质量和根冠比的增加,根冠比为对照的1.51倍;明显提高了幼苗叶片光合色素含量、净光合速率和蒸腾速率,其中光合速率为对照的1.30倍;同时提高了幼苗叶片超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)和抗坏血酸过氧化物酶(APX)活性,分别为对照的1.10倍、1.85倍、1.77倍和1.43倍;减少了叶片丙二醛(MDA)、过氧化氢(H2O2)和超氧阴离子的积累,分别为对照的73%、62%和34%,降低了脯氨酸(Pro)和可溶性糖含量。当甲壳素施用量为2.5 g·kg-1时则显著抑制平邑甜茶幼苗生长,降低幼苗叶片光合速率和抗氧化酶活性,并使超氧阴离子和脯氨酸含量明显上升。因此,适宜用量的甲壳素能减轻苹果的连作障碍。     

Biodegradation of Linear Alkyl Benzene Sulphonate

The paper researches on the degradation of LAS (Linear Alkyl benzene Sulphonate) by combining AS1.860 immobilized with low intensity ultrasonic irradiation. The paper also discusses the influence of pH, rotary velocity, LAS concentration and the condition of low intensity ultrasonic irradiation on the degradation of LAS, the degradation rate of LAS is the main index of our experiment, the results of orthogonal test shows that low ultrasonic irradiation can increase the metabolizing of microorganism cells and facilitate the biodegradation of immobilized cells to LAS, here we research the degradation condition of 50mg/L LAS simulation wastewater with low ultrasonic irradiation, and the results show that the influence is obvious, the optimization degradation rate is about 83%, nine point five percent higher than that of the immobilized cells without ultrasonic irradiation.     

The Bankruptcy System and the Auction Model of Management Buyout

This paper studied how the auction processis influenced by bankruptcy probability, bankruptcy cost, and the corporatetax rate. The study found thatthe bidding price of the management is negatively associated with bankruptcy cost and probability, and positivelyassociated with the corporate tax. However, the expected profit of the outside investor is positivelyassociated with bankruptcy cost and probability, and negatively associated with the corporate tax. When the bankruptcy cost and probabilityis high enough, the acquisition market would be totally inefficient.     

Deciding Method of Capability Vs. Price of Real Estate

The authors determine the index system and the index weight of capability of real estate by applying Delphi method and AHP method, and found the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model of capability of real estate. They creates the model of capability Vs. price based on value engineering theory. The authors analysis detailedly deciding method of capability Vs. price of real estate combined with a practice example and application. The method adapts to a house as well as the type of the house. The method resolves the problem which capability Vs. price of real estate was only described by qualitatively for ages, which supplies theory basis to developer and consumer.     

Real Estate Brand Evaluation

At present, in the evaluation process of the real estate value the material form is mainly concentrated on, while the value brought by the real estate brand are usually neglected. In this paper, considering the particularity of the real estate brand evaluation, the method of network analysis is adopted. In the evaluation process, the evaluation method of excess income law are developed by leading the thoughts and methods of the fuzzy set theory, and a systematic assess model is found. Then, an example is given as illustration. At last, the appraise about the application of the model is made.     

丰两优1号的种植表现及其高产栽培

本文报道了两系杂交稻丰两优1号的特征特性和在温州的种植表现,并提出了与该组合相适应的适时播种、合理密植、水调群体、精量施肥、科学防治病虫害为主要内容的高产配套技术。     

水稻覆膜栽培技术研究进展

水稻是我国主要粮食作物之一,随着社会经济的发展,绿色、优质、高效、生态和安全成为水稻栽培的重要目标。水稻覆膜能有效控制杂草生长,减少除草剂施用,提高肥料利用率,是一项具有增产增效、资源高效利用、绿色生态环保效果的优良技术。综述了覆膜对稻田环境和水稻生产的影响,探讨了水稻覆膜技术在发展过程中覆膜方式、膜的材质以及需求等方面的变化,进行了水稻覆膜机插的效益比较,展望了水稻覆膜栽培技术的发展方向,以期为水稻绿色高效栽培技术的发展提供新方法。
