温度是影响云厚朴提取物稳定性的主要因素,本研究考察云厚朴提取物的热稳定性。采用高效液相色谱法,测定云厚朴SFE-CO2(二氧化碳超临界流体萃取)工艺萃取物中的和厚朴酚、厚朴酚在不同温度干燥时的含量变化并得出降解规律,干燥时降解为一级反应,在100 ℃降解较快。采用恒温加速实验,得出SFE-CO2萃取液中的和厚朴酚、厚朴酚室温25 ℃贮存期分别为1 125.6 h和975.7 h。在制剂生产中,云厚朴SFE-CO2萃取物不宜长时间贮存,以减少有效成分损失;由于热不稳定性,高温干燥会导致制剂质量不稳定,降低药效,应在较低温度下干燥。  相似文献

通过2003年7-8月对大兴安岭生态定位站落叶松林内0~30cm土壤容重、根系的测定及土壤质量含水量的动态监测得出如下结论10~20cm土层和20~30cm土层土壤容重的平均值分别为0.338g/cm3、1.352g/em3,随深度的增大土壤容重增大;67.9%的根系分布在10~20cm的土层中,32.1%的根系分布在20~30cm的土层中,随深度的增大根系分布减少;从垂直分布看,降雨过后,表层0~10cm土壤质量含水量首先出现最大值且损耗最快;其次为10~20cm,20~30cm土壤质量含水量最大值出现在降雨后的第四天;降雨第四天后三层土壤质量含水量比较接近;从水平分布看,随坡度下降土壤质量含水量增大,即坡底样地土壤质量含水量要高于坡顶样地.  相似文献

The inelastic dynamic response analysis program for frame-shear wall structures developed by the authors is introduced firstly, in which the multi-vertical-line-element model was adopted for shear walls and the refined single-component model was used for beams and columns in frame.By analyzing three-story structural models tested in shaking-table in a famous foreign research institute, the validity of the modeling of shear wall in the program was verified. The analytical results indicate that the inelastic dynamic responseof shear walls under random ground motion input can be predicted effectively withthe program. Finally, with the preliminary discussion of some key points in modeling of shear wall, some suggestions areput forward for further improving and refining the multi-vertical-line-element model.  相似文献

The processing characteristics of the front bumper bracket are analyzed,and a reasonable process scheme is worked out.The three-dimensional sheet metal forming analysis software PAM-STAMP are adopted to simulate the bracket's drawing process.Then the surface of die is proved fine through analyzing the FLD diagrams and the forming results.An economical and optimized die structure is decided,and a complete set of dies of the bracket is designed.The spacing block is added in the sizing mold,which control the size precision of end products and assembling columns actively,and finally the certified products.The material utility and the labor productivity are raised,the production cost is saved,and the mold design quality and the efficiency are improved effectively.  相似文献

The purpose of a parallel hybrid electric vehicle(PHEV) is for the best energy distribution between internal-combustion engine(ICE) and electric motor though the appropriate control strategy.It can not only keep the advantage of the ultra-low emission of electric vehicles(EV),but also take advantages of the hyperbaric energy of ICE.Simulation model for PHEV is built based on CRUISE,an auxiliary control strategy is designed,and then parameter simulation study on the control strategy is performed.The simulation results show that according to the different control requirements,the vehicle performance can be improved by adjusting!the corresponding control parameters.  相似文献

Using non-parameter test and multinomial logit regression, this paper studies the dividend policy and behavior empirically. The results show that the change of the earnings of firms affects their dividend policy. When the EPS of the firms increase, the probability of choosing not to pay cash dividend is maximal, yet when the EPS of the firms decrease, many firms choose not to pay cash dividend or choose to increase DPS, so that the information that the relevant firms have great expectation is transmitted to the market. Furthermore, this paper also finds that the successiveness of the dividend policy of the listed firms in China is not good.  相似文献

A theoretic model is proposed based on the mechanism of the buckling failure of the stitched composite laminates containing delaminations. The buckling strength of the stitched composite laminates under the in-plane compressive load is predicted. The critical percentage elongation of the stitching thread is taken into account as a control parameter of the buckling failure. The energy method is used to calculate the buckling strength of the stitched composite laminates, and the minimal potential energy is used to calculate that of the unstitched composite laminates. The result shows that the buckling strength of the stitched composite laminates is larger than that of the unstitched composite laminates. The effects of stitching technical parameters such as the stitch thread diameter, stitch step and stitch space on the stitched composite laminates are also analyzed.  相似文献

Aiming at the free-riding problem in team incentive, this paper designs a dynamic incentive mechanism based on implicit side contract with dynamic game theory by introducing the reasonable assumption that there is horizontal monitor in team production. The theoretic analysis indicates that the dynamic incentive mechanism, in which a strict group incentive compatibility contract is taken at the first stage and an individual incentive compatibility contract is taken at the second stage, can implement team cooperation uniquely in the general condition of risk aversion and stochastic production by only two stage repeated game.  相似文献
