芋优异种质资源鉴定评价研究

对农业行业标准《农作物种质资源鉴定评价规范芋》编制的技术路线进行了分析研究,以期为芋优异种质资源的鉴定评价提供参考。     

Hemin induces and sustains the phosphorylation of Erk1/2 in human umbilical vascular endothelial cells

AIM: To investigate the relationship between hemin and Erk1/2 activation in human umbilical vascular endothelial cells (HUVECs). METHODS: Cultured HUVECs were separately incubated with hemin or H₂O₂ for different times. Subsequently Erk1/2 phosphorylation and total Erk1/2 were determined by Western blotting assay. Flow cytometry was employed to determine the cell cycle distribution. RESULTS: Hemin at the concentration of 1-10 μmol/L induced the phosphorylation of Erk1/2 in HUVECs, and sustained the phosphorylation of Erk1/2 for three hours. The duration of phospho-Erk1/2 induced by hemin was much longer than that in H₂O₂ control (3 h vs 30 min). CONCLUSION: Hemin induces and sustains the phosphorylation of Erk1/2 in HUVECs, which indicates that the effect of hemin on the Erk1/2 activation may be one of pharmacological target of hemin.     

侧柏叶总黄酮对槐蚜的杀虫活性研究

用乙醇水加热回流法提取侧柏叶总黄酮,并就提取物对槐蚜的杀虫活性进行了测定.结果表明:室内叶片法生测后,提取物对槐蚜毒效的LC50为13.71 mg/mL;田间防治效果测定,当浓度为30 mg/mL时,对槐蚜的防治效果为85.19％.因此,侧柏叶总黄酮对槐蚜有较好的杀虫效果.     

猕猴桃实生苗组织培养体系建立的研究

以饱满成熟的猕猴桃种子为起始材料,用 2. 5g·L-1赤霉素处理 5小时,再用次氯酸钠灭菌消毒后,将萌芽的种子接种到MS+蔗糖 20g·L-1 +肌醇 100mg·L-1和 0. 75%琼脂的培养基上,根、茎、叶生长表现良好,初步建立了猕猴桃实生苗组织培养体系。猕猴桃实生苗组织培养同利用茎段、茎尖组织培养一样,培养基中无须附加任何激素。     

叶面施锌对苋菜生长的影响

采用0.28、0.40和1.00ml.L-1的锌肥禾丰锌〔氧化锌≥87%(W/V)〕进行叶面施肥,研究叶面施锌对苋菜生长的影响。结果表明:3个施锌处理均对苋菜株高、茎粗和叶面积有促进作用,并能改善苋菜品质,降低硝酸盐积累,增加产量,其中浓度为0.40ml.L-1的处理效果最佳。     

Expression of natural killer cell stimulatory receptor NKG2D and its ligand MICA in Tibetan patients with gastric cancer at Qinghai plateau

AIM: To investigate the expression of natural killer cell stimulation receptor D(NKG2D) in peripheral blood and the expression of major histocompatibility complex class I chain-related protein A(MICA) on the gastric carcinoma tissue and the neighboring non-cancerous tissue in Tibetan patients with gastric cancer at Qinghai plateau. METHODS: Samples of 33 patients and 20 healthy persons were collected to detect NKG2D in peripheral blood by Flow cytometry analysis. The expressions of MICA in part of the correspondent tissues were examined by RT-PCR and immunohistochemistry.RESULTS: The expression of NKG2D in the plateau of Tibetan patients with gastric cancer group (13.47 ±5.26)% was significantly lower than that in healthy groups (32.62±10.08)%. The mRNA level of MICA in gastric cancer was significantly higher than that in neighboring non-cancerous tissue (P<0.05). The expressions of MICA proteins showed a significant difference between the neighboring non-cancerous tissue (21.21%, 7/33) and the gastric carcinoma tissue (78.79%, 26/33), between the high differentiation (60.00%, 3/5) and the moderate (72.73%, 8/11), low differentiation (88.24%, 15/17). The expressions of MICA were not correlated with tumor size, sex, age, lymph node metastasis of the patients (P>0.05). Spearman rank correlation displayed that the expressions of MICA mRNA were positively correlated with the MICA protein level (r=0.903, P<0.01).CONCLUSION: The immune escape in Tibetan patients with gastric cancer at Qinghai plateau probably relates to the down-regulation of NKG2D and the up-regulation of its ligand MICA. The activity of NK cells and the anti-cancer cellular immunity level are descending in the plateau of Tibetan patients with gastric cancer. The decrease in the receptor NKG2D is a reason for the activity of NK cell descending.     

早熟马铃薯新品种洛马铃薯8号的选育

洛马铃薯8号由“中薯3号x秦芋30号”杂交选育而成。早熟,生育期66d,休眠期中等,51d左右。薯块卵圆形,黄皮黄肉,薯皮光滑,芽眼浅,薯块较整齐,平均单株薯块数2．5个,单薯质量104．72g,商品薯率94．46％,淀粉含量13．6％,VC含量24．4m~100g,蛋白质2．70％,还原糖含量0．19％,较抗病毒病和晚疫病．667m2产量1302．04kg以上,适宜中原二季作区春秋两季种植。     

红托鹅膏生态环境研究

以武定狮山为样点,对红托鹅膏的生境进行了初步研究。结果表明,红托鹅膏主要生长于滇青冈、滇石栎等阔叶林或针（云南松）阔混交林中,其生长的土表层疏松、透气、潮湿,具有厚4 cm~9 cm的腐叶层,有稀薄的阳光透入,土层有机质含量高,矿物质养分丰富,土壤容重较小,偏微酸性（pH5.4~5.7）。子实体分化发育较适宜的温度为19℃~21℃,空气湿度为75%~86%,土壤含水量为38%~50%,并每天保证1 300 lx~2 000 lx的光照2 h~5 h,200 lx~900 lx的弱光6 h~9 h。     

2种中国黑块菌的介绍及可持续发展研究

黑块菌是一类珍稀的外生菌根食用菌。着重描述印度块菌和夏块菌的形态特征和鉴别特征,并介绍它们的生境及分布区域。同时,对块菌的可持续发展提出建议。     

4种纯林空气负离子浓度研究

利用负离子仪对上海市松江区中央公园的4种纯林内的空气负离子浓度进行测定,并通过比较分析,得出如下结果：桂花、紫叶李、蚊母树纯林在5月和7月份的空气负离子浓度日变化曲线呈双峰型,石楠呈单峰型;在6月和8月份紫叶李、蚊母树和石楠纯林日变化曲线相似,几乎平行;不同纯林日平均负离子浓度有差异,相关性分析表明,纯林内的空气负离子浓度与温度和相对湿度的几乎无显著相关性,为合理利用负离子资源提供一定依据。
