一起犬产后破伤风的诊治

破伤风又名强直症，俗称锁口风，是由破伤风梭菌经伤口感染引起全身肌肉强直性痉挛和对外界反应增强为特征的一种急性中毒性人畜共患病。破伤风梭菌芽孢常存于土壤、健康动物的肠道中。此病在动物分娩损伤、断脐、去势及外科手术中容易感染发病。在兽医临床实践中，多见于马属动物和牛去势、分娩后发病，犬发此病很少见。2008年10月，景东县城居民饲养的1只母犬，产后10d突然发病，通过发病病因、临床症状分析，诊断为破伤风。现将此病的诊治情况报道如下。

Two new species of Apoloniinae (Acari: Trombiculoidea: Leeuwenhoekiidae) from African small mammals, with a key to the species of the world

The genus Liuella Wang et Bai, 1992 is transferred from Trombiculidae to Apoloniinae and a new species Liuella monosetosa sp. n. described from specimens taken in Morocco from the hosts Gerbillus sp. and Meriones libycus Lichtenstein. A new species of Straelensia Vercammen-Grandjean et Kolebinova, 1968, Straelensia variocula sp. n. is described from specimens taken in Morocco and Burkina Faso from the hosts Genetta thierryi Matschie, Gerbillus sp., M. libycus and Elephantulus rozeti (Duvernoy). A list of species, hosts and localities and a key to the species of the Apoloniinae of the world are presented.     

Revision and phylogeny of rhamnocercinae monaco, Wood et Mizelle, 1954 (Monogenoidea: Diplectanidae)

Species of Rhamnocercinae Monaco, Wood et Mizelle, 1954 are gill parasites of sciaenid fishes (Perciformes). Seven are marine species (three in the western Atlantic and four in oriental Pacific) and one is a neotropical freshwater species (Rio Doce Basin, Brazil). While the status of the subfamily may be questioned, this assemblage of species is apparently supported by several shared apomorphic and plesiomorphic characters, such as: (1) peduncular spines with anterior and posterior roots; (2) haptor laterally expanded, armed with anchors (two pairs); bars (one ventral, two dorsal); 14 hooks and haptoral accessory spines; and (3) double (nested) tubes of the male copulatory organ (MCO), directed posteriorly with the genital pore lying posterior to the MCO. The phylogenetic hypothesis for the eight known species of this clade is: (Spinomatrix penteormos (Rhamnocercoides stichospinus, Rhamnocercoides menticirrhi) Rhamnocercus oliveri (Rhamnocercus rhamnocercus (Rhamnocercus stelliferi, Rhamnocercus bairdiella, Rhamnocercus margaritae)). This hypothesis indicates that Spinomatrix penteormos represents the sister group of all remaining rhamnocercines. The resulting phylogenetic sister-group relationships support the transfer of Rhamnocercus stichospinus Seamster et Wood, 1956 to Rhamnocercoides Luque et Iannacone, 1991 as Rhamnocercoides stichospinus (Seamster et Wood, 1956) n. comb.     

Determination of tetracycline antibiotics in beef and pork tissues using ion-paired liquid chromatography

A simplified procedure was developed for determination of tetracycline antibiotics in tissues which improved stability of these compounds in sample extracts and eliminated the need for troublesome cleanup procedures. Tissues were homogenized in water. Acetonitrile (16 mL) and then 1 mL of 0.1 M H(3)PO(4) were added to 4 mL of homogenate and the clear supernatant was filtered. The filtrate was mixed with hexane and dichloromethane and the resulting water layer was collected, evaporated to 1-2 mL, and filtered into autosampler vials. Ion-pairing liquid chromatography was used to separate tetracyclines from interferences in sample extracts, eliminating the need for further cleanup. Analysis was isocratic using a Phenomonex Prodigy ODS(3) column with a mobile phase of 4 mM oxalic acid, 4 mM sodium oxalate, 10 mM sodium decanesulfonate-acetonitrile (70 + 30 for oxytetracycline and tetracycline; 66 + 34 for chlortetracycline). Recoveries were generally in the 90-100% range with limits of quantitation of 0. 05-0.1 ppm. The procedure was evaluated with beef and pork muscle, liver, and kidney.
