Design and fabrication of a novel resonator for resonant accelerometer

A novel resonator for accelerometer with sensing and actuating combs was designed and fabricated based on micro electromechanical system (MEMS) process. Driving force and demand voltage of the resonator were analyzed by analytical method and Finite Element Method (FEM). Sensing capacitance on resonance state and Q factor under atmosphere was calculated by these two methods. The micro fabrication process was planned and realized using MEMS (Micro electromechanical System) method. The testing results show the performance of the resonator is high; the natural frequency of the resonator is 54 523.5 Hz, which has the error of 13.6％ with the theorical value.     

Design of compatible processing and analyzing system for nuclear signals

To on line detect, store and process nuclear signals with multiple forms and multiple frequencies, a compatible processing and analyzing system for nuclear signals based on ultrahigh speed data acquisition card was constructed. When the source signal is at pulse form, the system records signal with the mode of time digital converting. When source signal is at continuous form, the system records signal with the mode of analog digital converting. The processing procedures and algorithms were designed for various signal forms. The results for nuclear random process such as correlation function and power spectrum were effectively obtained.

卵型家族蛋白转录因子AtOFP8的抗旱性功能分析

为了探究拟南芥转录因子AtOFP8(At5g19650)的功能以及明确其作用机制,以Col、Atofp8-1突变体和35S∶HA-AtOFP8过表达拟南芥为试验材料,采用盆栽模拟自然界干旱的方法,连续控水15 d,通过对试验材料进行表型观察分析,同时测定试验材料在干旱胁迫下的相关生理指标以及植株体内干旱应答基因做出的反应。结果表明:随着干旱胁迫的加剧,35S∶HA-AtOFP8植株的种子萌发率和绿叶率均最高,Atofp8-1突变体则最低;干旱胁迫15 d时,Atofp8-1突变体、Col和35S∶HA-AtOFP8拟南芥叶片中MDA的含量分别较对照升高了229.8%,130.4%和71.1%;随着干旱胁迫时间的增加,Col、Atofp8-1突变体和35S∶HA-AtOFP8植株叶片中抗氧化酶活性、脯氨酸和可溶性蛋白含量均有不同程度的增加,但35S∶HA-AtOFP8植株叶片中抗氧化酶活性、脯氨酸和可溶性蛋白含量始终高于Col和Atofp8-1突变体;实时定量PCR的分析结果显示,35S∶HA-AtOFP8植株体内干旱应答基因(AtADH1、AtRD26、AtRDUF2、AtERD7)的...     

The Evaluating Model of the BSC in the Audit of the Capacity of Sustainable Operation

With the increasingly economic competition in the World, the audit industry, numerous investors and the enterprises pay more and more attention on the audit of company's sustainable operation. In view of existing situation that the audit on the capacity of sustainable operation attach main importance to the finance of the audited company, in the result, it is difficult to recognize it completely. The model of the balanced scorecard is used, an indicator system that combine company's finance condition and non-finance condition is built in the sustainable operation audit. Basing on the way to process non-dimensional quantities of indicators, the audit use the analytic hierarchy process to determine the weights of the evaluating indicators and take the degree of gray incidence as the evaluation criteria.     

Improvement Algorithm of Generation Cost Based on Reliability

This paper discusses the influenced manner of reliability on bidding, and establishes the direct functional relationship among reliability, generation cost and electricity price in different risk of power generation. In this function model, the generation cost and the price could reflect the current reliability of equipment in a dynamic way. The generation risk is also considered in competitive bidding. The bidding strategy based on this model helps the power plant acquire the optimal benefit.     

不同氮肥与密度水平对鲜食甘薯产量和品质的影响

为探讨氮肥用量和栽插密度与鲜食型甘薯产量、品质及淀粉糊化特性的关系,以徐薯32和徐紫薯5号为试验材料,设置3个施氮量(N)水平和5个密度(D)水平,于2017,2018年进行了田间试验。结果表明:两品种的薯块产量随施氮量的增加呈下降趋势,随密度的增加呈先下降后上升趋势,总体上在N0(0 kg/hm²)和D1(43 785株/hm²)水平下薯块产量最高。施氮使2个甘薯品种的干物质率降低,而显著增加了蛋白质含量;随栽插密度的增加,干物质率、淀粉和蛋白质含量总体上呈先升高后降低的趋势,还原糖含量总体呈下降趋势,而可溶性糖含量呈波动变化,均在D3水平下最低。施氮总体上使两品种块根的淀粉最高黏度、最低黏度和崩解值明显降低,消减值均明显升高,造成蒸煮食味品质的下降;两品种的最高黏度、最低黏度、崩解值和最终黏度值均随着密度的增加呈波动变化,徐薯32在D3水平下最大,而徐紫薯5号在D2水平下最高;施氮量和栽插密度对甘薯淀粉RVA谱的影响存在品种间和特性间的差异。综合本试验结果,在土壤肥力较高的地块大量施氮使甘薯产量下降,并降低了薯块营养品质和食味品质;在43...     

亚洲棉GaPP2C24基因的克隆及表达分析

PP2C是一大类重要的蛋白磷酸酶,广泛参与不同的逆境胁迫响应。为了解PP2C基因在干旱响应中的功能,以亚洲棉石系亚1号为材料,利用RT-PCR方法从中克隆了GaPP2C24基因,并对该基因进行了生物信息学分析,荧光定量PCR研究了其在亚洲棉不同组织和干旱胁迫下的表达情况。结果表明,GaPP2C24基因CDS序列全长为1 251 bp,编码416个氨基酸。序列同源比对发现,GaPP2C24与其他植物的PP2C氨基酸序列有较高的相似性,其中与可可树(EOY33930.1)、黄麻(OMO91132.1)的相似性分别为85%,84%。进化分析表明,GaPP2C24与同属锦葵目的黄麻聚在一支,亲缘关系最近,与可可树的亲缘关系次之。实时荧光定量PCR结果表明,GaPP2C24基因在子叶、下胚轴、胚根、叶、茎和根均有表达,且在茎中的表达量最高,根中次之。GaPP2C24受干旱胁迫的诱导表达,其在根和叶片中的相对表达量在处理1 h后最高,分别达到对照的53.9,6.9倍,推测该基因在棉花干旱响应中有重要作用。     

湖北双季稻区免耕直播油菜生长及产量形成

长江流域双季稻区因茬口紧、土壤黏重,晚稻收获后大都未种植下茬作物而形成冬闲田。本研究以华双5号油菜品种为材料,在湖北双季稻区三试验点进行裂区试验,测定油菜各生育期在不同氮素及密度水平下的个体及群体指标,成熟期考察经济性状及产量构成,为双季稻区免耕直播油菜示范及管理提供依据。结果表明：(1)双季稻区免耕直播油菜全生育期尤其是苗期显著缩短,苗期生长量严重不足,蕾薹期至开花期油菜生长快,春发特性明显;(2)氮肥及种植密度水平对双季稻区免耕直播油菜生长及产量有着显著影响,增施氮肥可改善个体素质、增加产量,提高密度可提高群体素质、增加产量;(3)湖北各试点每公顷纯氮用量270 kg、种植密度为45万株及60万株处理的产量均接近或达到2 250 kg hm^–2,超湖北平均单产,说明油菜免耕直播栽培模式可在湖北双季稻区试验示范;(4)生产实践中,应重视氮肥与密度的双重调节,以肥促长、以密补迟,相互配合。
