规范自交系繁育提高玉米制种质量

玉米自交系质量既关系到当年(季)的制种质量和操作难易,更关系到下年(季)杂交一代种子的种性和增产潜力,其中纯度更是玉米种子生产成败的关键。因此,规范自交系繁育是目前提高玉米制种质量的当务之急。     

Case- carburization Numerical Modeling and Craft Optimization on Steel Parts of Various Shapes

According to the diffusion equation of carburizing process and its boundary conditionand initial condition, various shapes steel parts are modeled under various case carburize craft parameters, concentration distribution curves have been obtained. Various craft parameters are compared, and carburizing temperature has more influence on carbon concentration distribution. Various shapes steel parts' carbon concentration distribution curves have some difference. According to the carbon concentration distribution curve, craft parameters can be adjusted in order to obtain the best carburizing craft.

面对全球、我国和我省种子产业的发展趋势,分析了我国高校近年来建立种子学科的现状和广东有关高校种子学科建设的可能性,提出了一些仅供参考的设想.     

A SDUDY ON THE LOCKING PERFORMANCE OF THE SYSTEM FOR HEIGHT OF MG150-WD COAL SEAM SHEARER

In this paper, based on the automatic-control theory, the time and frequency response of the hydraulic control system for height of MG150-WD coal shearer are analysed, and the steady and dynamic locking performance tests are made. The results show that the locking performance is satisfactory.     

DEVELOPMENT AND EXPERIMENTAL ANALYSIS OF HYDRAULIC LOCK OF THE THINNEST COAL SEAM SHEARER

The structure and work theory of a new type of hydraulic lock of the thinnest coal seam shearer is described in this paper. Its performance tests have been done the test results show that the performance of hydraulic lock is satisfactory and can be fit for the needs of locking and floating of the cutting drum of the thinnest coal seam shearer     

建立农产品质量安全市场准入机制的原则及措施分析

随着《中华人民共和国农产品质量安全法》的深入实施,中国农产品质量安全准入制度的建立势在必行,而建立良性的准入机制是各项制度有效运转的根本。该文从建立良性的农产品质量安全市场准入运行机制、建设有效的技术支撑体系、加强财政政策扶持等方面入手,提出了建立农产品质量安全市场准入机制的措施和建议。     

不同生态环境马铃薯维生素C含量分析

对马铃薯参试品种在西北地区不同生态条件下的维生素C含量变化进行方差分析和稳定性分析。结果表明：试点间、品种间以及试点和品种的互作间都存在着极显著差异，6个品种平均维生素C含量为15．04mg／100g，陇薯3号最高，为18．68mg／100g，90-2-10最低。为12．23mg／100g；7个地点平均维生素C含量为15．04mg／100g，青海西宁最高，为16．75mg／100g，青海海南最低，为12．93mg／100g。中薯36这个品种的回归系数〈1，是稳定性较好的品种。     

绵茵陈中绿原酸的提取工艺研究

【研究目的】研究并优化乙醇提取绵茵陈中绿原酸的最佳操作参数;【方法】以绵茵陈为原料,通过单因素试验、正交试验和方差分析确定最佳提取工艺;【结果】结果表明:乙醇提取绵茵陈中绿原酸的效果较好;确定的最佳工艺参数乙醇浓度为60%、料液比1:25、提取温度60℃、提取时间1.5h;【结论】采用60%乙醇可以很好提取绵茵陈中的绿原酸。
