Bioactive Polyoxygenated Steroids from the South China Sea Soft Coral,Sarcophyton sp

Seven new polyoxygenated steroids (1–7) were isolated together with seven known analogues (8–14) from the South China Sea soft coral, Sarcophyton sp. The structures of the new compounds were identified on the basis of extensive spectroscopic analysis and comparison with reported data. All the steroids are characterized with 3β,5α,6β-hydroxy moiety, displaying carbon skeletons of cholestane, ergostane, gorgostane and 23,24-dimethyl cholestane. In the in vitro bioassay, metabolites exhibited different levels of antimicrobial activity against bacterial species Escherichia coli and Bacillus megaterium, and fungal species Microbotryum violaceum and Septoria tritici. No inhibition was detected towards microalga Chlorella fusca. Preliminary structure-activity analysis suggests that the 11α-acetoxy group may increase both antibacterial and antifungal activities. The terminal-double bond and the cyclopropane moiety at the side chain may also contribute to the bioactivity.     

马尖相思利用价值的研究

通过木材物理力学性质、木材热值、木材化学性质的测定，树皮单宁的定性、定量分析，树叶饲用成分的分析测定，生物量的测定等得出：木材宜做人造板、细木工、刨切单板等；木材有效热值高，属优质生物质燃料；木材综纤维素含量达７４．５％，适合制浆造纸。４年生树皮单宁含量达３２．８％，纯度８２．４％，属凝缩类，为优质栲胶原料。树叶含粗脂肪３．０％以上，粗蛋白１０％～１４．１７％，含１７种氨基酸，有开发利用饲料的价值。生物量大，４．５年生幼林地上部分生物量达２３．４８ｔ／ｈｍ￣２年；林下土壤０～３０ｃｍ内的有效氮含量比西南桦、山桂花、高阿丁枫三种人工纯林高２．１６％～２．３６％；比天然林高１．８８％～２．１９％，是优良的固氮树种。其经济效益显著，４．５～３．５年生人工纯林投入产出比分别为１：７．３７，１：４．４９。     

植酸酶及其在畜禽生产中的最新应用研究

植酸酶是一种新型饲料添加剂,它能提高动物对饲料中植酸磷的利用率,降低粪便中磷的排泄量。本文对植酸的化学结构、理化性质与植酸酶的来源、生物学特性,并对影响植酸酶活力的因素及其在畜禽生产中的最新应用研究作了简要介绍。     

葡萄品种浆果成熟期多样性及归类标准评价

对郑州葡萄圃内260个鲜食和153个酿酒品种的浆果成熟期进行了鉴定评价。在郑州地区,最早熟的葡萄种质材料早莎巴珍珠6月29日生理成熟,果实发育期48d;最晚熟的种质材料大宝10月12日成熟,果实发育期144d,在其间的103d时间里不断有成熟的葡萄品种,表现了丰富的多样性。酿酒葡萄的果实成熟期相对集中,大多数酿酒葡萄品种在8月中旬成熟,7月份和9月份成熟的葡萄品种所占的比例极少。果实发育期≤60d、61～80d、81～100d、101～120d、≥121d的品种次数呈正态分布,果实发育期81～100d的品种占收集品种的53.03%;果实发育期少于60d的极早熟品种和果实发育期多于120d的极晚熟品种所占比例较少。早、中、晚熟品种按照浆果发育期进行归类较为简便。     

烤烟幼苗根系在低温胁迫后的形态及生理生态响应

根系作为重要的吸收器官和代谢器官,其生长状况不仅直接控制着植物吸收水分和养分,而且制约着植株地上部分生长的好坏。温度是影响烤烟幼苗根系发育的重要因素之一。南方多数烟区育苗阶段早春低温严重,影响着健壮烟苗的培育。为此,选用云烟87(YY87)、Msk326(K326)和云烟85(YY85)等3个品种烤烟幼苗,在5～7℃条件下分别处理2,4及6d,研究烤烟幼苗根系在低温胁迫后的形态及生理生态响应。结果表明:YY87低温胁迫处理不同时间后,SOD,POD,CAT酶活性均有不同程度上升;K326在处理2 d及4 d后,3种酶活力均较对照明显下降;而YY85的SOD酶活性上升,CAT和POD活性则表现下降。就根系活力而言,YY87在不同低温处理时间均表现为上升;而K326及YY85则表现为短时间(2d)低温胁迫根系活力受到抑制,随着处理时间延长,其根系活力又逐渐增强。低温处理2d后,YY87根平均直径、根表面积和根体积显著下降,但随着胁迫时间延长则恢复正常;K326则在低温处理2d后根直径、根长、根表面积和根体积均达到最大,其后逐渐降低;YY85则表现根表面积和体积均有不同程度下降。由此表明,不同品种幼苗根系受到低温胁迫后其根系形态及生理生态指标存在着不同的响应机制。     

Survival and serum biochemical responses of spotted sea bass Lateolabrax maculatus during simulated waterless live transportation

Waterless live fish transportation is an alternative and promising transport strategy, which may reduce shipping costs, increase stocking density and improve survival of some species. Spotted sea bass is one of the most economically important marine fish in China. However, waterless transportation has not yet been studied on spotted sea bass. To explore the possibility of waterless transportation of spotted sea bass and its sublethal stress responses, the survival rate and dynamics of blood biochemical parameters were evaluated in the present study by preserving it under no water, less water and water (control) conditions for 9 hr. The serum biochemical parameters including total protein, cortisol, glucose, lactate, alanine aminotransferase (ALT), aspartate aminotransferase (AST), total carbon dioxide (TCO₂), creatinine, blood urea nitrogen (BUN), ammonia, superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity and malonaldehyde (MDA) were investigated. Results showed that the survival rates of fish in all groups gradually declined with time increasing. At the end of transportation, the survival rates in the control group, less‐water group and no‐water group decreased to 49.11%, 15.60% and 23.96% respectively. Significant changes were observed in several selected serum biochemical parameters, including glucose, lactate, ALT, TCO₂, BUN and ammonia during simulated waterless transportation, which might negatively affect the physiological homeostasis of fish, leading to the high mortality in present study. In general, waterless transportation of spotted sea bass was possible, but it might be rather suitable for short time than long time.     

山东百部离体快繁技术的研究

以山东百部(Stemona Shandongensis D.K.Zang)茎段为外植体,进行离体快繁技术的研究。实验结果表明:启动培养基为MS+6-BA 5.0mg.L-1+NAA0.1mg.L-1+糖30g.L-1+琼脂6.5g.L-1;分化培养基为MS+6-BA 4.0mg.L-1+NAA0.05mg.L-1+糖30g.L-1+琼脂6.5g.L-1;生根培养基为1/2MS+NAA0.1mg.L-1+糖30g.L-1+琼脂6.5g.L-1,通过正交试验也证明了实验结果。     

山羊胚胎脊髓灰质的发育

对山羊胚胎脊髓灰质形成和发育的形态学变化进行了系统研究。结果表明 :山羊脊髓神经管闭合以后 ,其组织发生持续近 2 0 d才形成完整的 3层同心圆结构 ;山羊脊髓神经管的组织发生和脊髓灰质的形成在时间上有很大程度的重叠性 ;脊髓灰质各结构形成和发育的规律也不完全一致 ,有些结构发生早 ,而神经元分化较晚 ,如侧角、胶状质 ;有些结构发生虽然晚 ,但其中的神经元胞体分化和发育则较早 ,如 Clarke氏背核 ;有些结构发生早 ,神经元发育也早 ,如腹角运动神经元。     

生物活性肽的制备、功能及在动物生产中的应用研究进展

本文从生物活性肽的来源、制备、功能及在动物生产中的应用研究等方面对生物活性肽进行综述。     

樱桃番茄运输包装件振动冲击性能试验

针对目前樱桃番茄储运过程中主要包装形式以及造成破损的情况,选择典型运输包装件,进行了正弦扫频、堆码强度、堆码扫频振动传递性能、垂直冲击和跌落试验。通过对单件包装件的扫频振动试验,测出单件的固有频率为26.61Hz;通过堆码强度试验,测出了包装件的最大堆码层数为9层。通过9层堆码扫频振动传递性能试验确定了底层、中间层和顶层包装件的固有频率分别为36.61、10.76和6.44Hz,得到了各层包装件振动加速度、振动传递率随时间的变化曲线,并探讨了固有频率和振动传递率峰值与堆码高度之间的关系。在此基础上,通过垂直冲击试验,测出了产品的脆值为89.58;通过跌落试验,测出了包装件最大允许跌落高度为580mm。
