Effect of diet with thiram on liver antioxidant capacity and tibial dyschondroplasia in broilers

1. An experiment was conducted to study the effect of thiram on liver antioxidant capacity and incidence of tibial dyschondroplasia in broilers. 2. One hundred and twenty Avian commercial broilers were allotted at random to three treatments: control group, low thiram group (50 mg/kg) and high thiram group (100 mg/kg). 3. Blood samples were collected to determine the activity of AST (aspartate aminotransferase). At the end of the trial, broilers were killed and liver samples were collected to determine the activity of SOD (superoxide dismutase), GSH-Px (glutathione peroxidase) and MDA (malondialdehyde) content, while the right proximal tibiotarsi were dissected in longitudinal section for assessment of tibial dyschondroplasia (TD) incidence and TD score. 4. The results showed that thiram increased the incidence of TD and TD scores, increased serum AST activity and MDA content of liver, and decreased the activity of SOD and GSH-Px in the liver. 5. They suggest that thiram causes TD in broilers by reducing liver antioxidation capability and damaging liver function; this may be one of the mechanisms by which thiram causes TD in broilers.     

不同基因型大麦苗期对干旱胁迫的响应及HvPIPs基因表达特征分析

为研究不同基因型大麦苗期对干旱胁迫的响应,挖掘优质抗旱的大麦种质资源,以4份不同基因型大麦(2个高抗品种ZDM5430和ZDM5458,2个干旱敏感型品种7DCADA和IL-12)为材料,利用聚乙二醇(PEG-6000)模拟干旱条件,综合分析不同品种大麦的苗期抗旱性差异;并通过对不同品种根系进行PIPs实时定量分析,研究水通道蛋白AQPs基因与干旱胁迫之间的应答关系。结果表明,持续干旱胁迫会使大麦生长变缓,各处理苗长、根长、叶含水量和根含水量都呈下降趋势,其中,4个品种的大麦叶含水量在干旱胁迫14 d时下降最为显著,与对照相比,其降幅分别为29.14%、52.64%、21.67%和72.15%。干旱胁迫对大麦苗期干物质积累量和根冠比的影响较小,各处理间差异不显著;但持续干旱后,抗旱品种ZDM5430的根冠比呈上升趋势,在胁迫7、14、21 d时较CK分别增加了4.92%、42.86%和21.05%。随着胁迫时间的延长,大麦旗叶叶绿素含量和根系活力也呈下降趋势,其中ZDM5430和ZDM5458较对照组降幅较小,说明抗旱品种的形态指标、叶绿素含量及根系活力受干旱胁迫的影响较小。通过PIP...     

微热光电系统燃烧室内截面突变对燃烧的影响

微燃烧室是微热光电（MTPV）系统的重要组成部分。微燃烧室的外表面必须产生一个高而均匀的温度分布，以尽可能高地输出辐射能。通过对截面突变的微燃烧室的试验研究，得到了不同氢氧混合气流量、氢氧体积混合比下燃烧室内的燃烧状况，壁面和出口端面的温度分布。试验结果表明：采用截面突变的燃烧室能很好地控制火焰中心位置，获得稳定的外壁面温度分布规律，可以在截面突变处产生涡流，增强氢气和氧气的混合。     

明甪直天王殿松木斗拱振动台试验研究

以甪直保圣寺天王殿斗拱为参考对象,进行无缩尺松木斗拱模型的地震台试验研究。通过对斗拱的加速度与动力放大系数变化趋势、斗拱在振动过程中位移响应变化特征、斗拱变形最大时刻和各构件变形最大时刻的滑移位移和回转位移数值对比分析,得出以下结论：地震加速度用于衡量地震烈度,并不能直接反映斗拱试件的最大变形;振动频率的变化对斗拱回转变形的变化起重要作用,振幅是决定各构件水平滑移的主要因素;各构件变形最大值与斗拱整体变形最大值具有很强相关性,其中栌斗和华拱的回转变形对斗拱的整体变形而言,处于支配地位;斗拱的华拱连下昂部分主要起装饰作用,其榫卯连接节点位置在振动过程中较为薄弱,在对实际文物维护修缮过程中应引起重视并采取相关加固措施。     

Micromodel of Computer Emulational Simulation on Twin-roll Casting Strip Solidification Structure

Based on the research on the solidifiation of twin-roll casting strip,the analytical model and emulational model of nucleation,the growth of dendrity tip and colunar dendrity transformation to equiaxis dendrity (CET)of twin-roll casting strip solidification are established by means of the principle of metal solidification and modern computer emulational technology.The foundation for the emulational simulation of twin-roll casting strip solidification structure is laid.     

Requirement Model Based on UML 2.0 for Equipment MIS

It discusses the modeling mechanism and character of UML and develops the Computer Equipment management Information System Based Web using Rational Rose of UML CASE Tool. The research in processing fMRI data using temporal-spatial model based on CCA

In the analysis of cognition of human brain,the fMRI is often used.Corelation is a common method in fMRI data detecting,but its ability should be improved.Based on the Canonical Correlation Analysis(CCA),the temporal correlation and spatial correlation are used together to detect the activated area in the fMRI data.By the application of the method in simulation data and fMRI data,it shows that this method is effective in the detecting.     

Study of IP over WDM System Structure

WDM technology is the basis of optical network implementation. Due to eliminating SONET/SDH and ATM elements, and allowing direct connection with IP routers, IP over WDM can reduce network cost and simplify network expansion .
