Index System of Sub-Microstructure Analysis System of Asphalt Concrete(MASAC)

Based on the study of image processing algorithm,the Sub-Microstructure Analysis System of Asphalt Concrete(MASAC) suitable for Windows Operating System was specially programmed.In this paper the index system of MASAC is chiefly illustrated and the functions of a part of indexes are briefly introduced.The index system is classified into 5 types,i.e.characteristics of aggregate particles,arrangement of aggregate particles,contact among aggregate particles,air voids between aggregate particles and distribution of aggregate particles.By analysis for the microstructure of asphalt concrete,it can be used to investigate the internal relationship between asphalt concrete microstructure and macro-performance,and evaluate the asphalt mixture homogeneity.     

Stability of Non-equilibrium State for Multi-phase System

Based on the second method of Lyapunov stability theory, the stability of non-equilibrium state for multiphase system is analysed. The results show that the dV/dt is always less than zero ff the V-function, which is defined as the entropy generation of the system, is greater than zero for the non-equilibrium state in linear zone, and the system is absolutely stable. On the other hand, the stability of the system in non-linear zone is determined with the symbol of dV/dt.     

Research on Market Targeting Model of Selecting Manager and Cooperation Mechanism in Commercial Bank Based on Stock Option

Selecting manager by market and improving team cooperation efficiency are two basal tasks to construct an effective human resource management system of commercial bank in China,but there are the limitations the traditional methods in explaining the players' cooperation.The paper constructs a market targeting model of selecting manager of commercial bank and a game model of team cooperation based on stock option,and then the talent identification mode and team cooperation mechanism in commercial bank are established.It is concluded that talented managers is selected but talent-less is refused owing to stock option incentive mechanism,and employee and managers holding stock plan is an incentive force to whole team if residual remains of shareholder is less than half team residual remains.     

油菜生育期动态模拟模型的构建

在13个不同熟期甘蓝型油菜品种的2年大田试验中,调查不同播期条件下各品种的生育进程及发育状态。依据油菜生理发育时间恒定原理、生理生态理论及各生育阶段与温度、光周期等外部环境关系,采用Logistic曲线描述油菜光周期效应,谐波分析法分析气温昼夜变化,分段正弦指数函数分析热效应和低温春化效应,结合上述因素构建油菜生育期动态模拟模型;确定模型光周期敏感因子、温度敏感性、生理春化时间和角果期因子4个遗传参数;模型的检验分析表明,对不同播期模拟值与观测值的根均方差平均值为2.67 d,对不同品种模拟值与观测值的根均方差平均值为3.74 d;4个遗传参数值对13个油菜品种聚类分析的结果符合品种特性。因此,该模型在一定范围内可准确揭示油菜对温、光的反应规律,具有较强的可靠性和预测性。     

Design for Object-Oriented FEM Analysis Program of Three-dimension Solid

In the nonlinear analysis, stress state and stress history are in respect to stress-strain law. It is needed to store its stress history in calculation and analysis. Based on stress state of material, Object-Oriented Programming method used has the advantage in storing stress history intelligently. It overcomes the shortcoming of Process-Oriented Programming method, saves space and reduces difficulty of programming. Based on the three-dimension solid element, how to design for Object-Oriented nonlinear FEM Program.     

施用有机酸和氨基酸对烤烟生长及氮素吸收的影响

试验结果表明，在营养液中添加适量的有机酸和氨基酸促进了烟株的生长发育和氮代谢。表现在：提高烟株的根系活力和叶绿体色素含量，促进烟株干物质和氮素的积累，不同氨基酸和有机酸作用大小不尽相同。有机酸处理烤烟叶绿体色素前期增加快后期下降也快，而氨基酸处理后期叶绿体色素变化则相对比较缓和；在促进烟株干物质积累和氮素积累方面，有机酸作用高于氨基酸，而对硝酸还原酶活性和氮含量的影响却低于氨基酸。从整体上看，有机酸对促进烟株生长和氮素积累的效果好于氨基酸。     

主要作物新品种抗旱性鉴定指标的研究与应用

针对我国北方干旱缺水,水资源日趋匮乏的特点,研究了农作物高产品种抗旱性鉴定方法、评价指标,编制了我国第一个有关农作物品种抗旱性鉴定的地方标准,完善了农作物品种的育种程序。河北省在全国率先开展了小麦和玉米等农作物新品种在参加区域试验的同时进行抗旱性鉴定试验。抗旱指数成为我国小麦和旱稻等作物的抗旱性鉴定指标和标准。     

山羊乳腺上皮细胞的培养及EGFP基因转化

用组织块培养法获得山羊乳腺细胞原代培养物，并根据山羊乳腺成纤维细胞与上皮细胞对胰蛋白酶的敏感性不同将二者分离纯化。对细胞形态进行光镜观察发现：纯化的山羊乳腺上皮细胞传代至第15代时其生长仍正常。纯化的乳腺上皮细胞增殖可形成圆顶型结构，呈乳头状，称之为乳球体；乳腺上皮细胞可产生并分泌乳汁。山羊乳腺上皮细胞含不同的细胞类型，大多数上皮细胞呈短梭形或多角形，呈蜂窝状；部分细胞呈圆饼状，体积较大；部分细胞呈长形。采用电穿孔法将绿色荧光蛋白（EGFP）基因转化体外培养的山羊乳腺上皮细胞，荧光显微镜下观察到EGFP基因的表达。     

柑橘果实发育中果胶酸钙、草酸钙和果胶动态的研究

以单性结实的龟井蜜柑和自花结实的鄂柑1号橘为试材,对整个果实发育期的子房(幼果)、果皮和果肉的果胶酸钙、草酸钙和果胶含量变化进行了测定。结果表明,1)两品种子房(幼果)果胶酸钙含量呈类似的下降趋势;草酸钙则相反,龟井花后趋下降,而鄂柑1号却明显上升;而且鄂柑1号子房(幼果)果胶酸钙、草酸钙和果胶含量均相对较高。2)在果实增大期内,两品种果皮和果肉的果胶酸钙含量均出现显著上升,对应果皮草酸钙含量虽有波动但居相对较高水平,而果肉草酸钙则趋明显下降。3)两品种果皮和果肉水溶性果胶含量均在增大期内呈显著上升,对应原果胶含量均相对较高,进入增大后期均明显下降。     

甘露糖阳性选择系统的建立及在番茄转化中的应用

利用PCR克隆了大肠杆菌(Escherichia coli)6-磷酸甘露糖异构酶基因（pmi)并进行了序列测定。将该基因替换植物表达载体pAMBIA2301中的卡那霉素抗性基因，构建了以pmi为选择标记基因的植物表达载体pPMI，并导入根癌农杆菌(Agrobacterium tumefaciens)EHA105中。研究了甘露糖对番茄(Lycopersicum esculentum)生长和生根的影响及叶盘对甘露糖的敏感性。通过根癌农杆菌介导对番茄进行遗传转化，获得转化番茄再生植株，并对转化植株进行了PCR扩增检测。研究表明以甘露糖阳性选择系统在番茄遗传转化中应用是可行的。
