Biocompatibility of Acellular Porcine Dermis

In vitro cultured vascular endothelial cells (VEC) and mouse 3T3 fibroblasts (3T3) on the acellular dermal matrix , which were made of porcine skins. We made the cell proliferation test with MTT assay and the histological observation after cells were seeded on the acelluar dermis for 1 week with histological section. The cell growth curves showed VEC and 3T3 grew much rapidly on the acelluar dermis.The histological observation revealed VEC had formed a monolayer, some places even had formed 2 to 3 layer. The results suggest that the acelluar porcine dermal matrix have good biocompatibility , it will be widely applied.     

Research on Financing Plan for International Cooperative Project in Housing Industrialization

Housing industry is a prop industry with great potential, but it is restricted by shortage of funds. So it is necessary to probe the financing system of housing industrialization in China. This paper puts forward a financing plan for the international cooperative project in industrialized housing in Chongqing. CALCULATION OF TNE END-EFFECT FACTOR OF SYNCHRONOUS MOTOR WITH CYLINDRICAL SOLID ROTOR

This paper presents the end-effect factor of Synchronous motor with cylindricalsolid rotor offered by analysing the 3-D electromagnetic field and using the Poynting vector.To ap-ply it in an actual calculation,the end-effect factor is proved correct and applicable.     

Study on Application Model of Knowledge Expression

As a key resource, the knowledge management is becoming a research field interested by many researchers. In order to study the mathematics theory base of knowledge expression, in this paper, a knowledge expression model is given. In this model the knowledge system is expressed by multi-tuple, the single knowledge object is expressed by the tuple, a structural expression of knowledge is given using token as example and the application of the model in city water supply pipe network is presented in this paper.     

Real-time Performance of Linux System

The standard Linux is a typical time-sharing system, it has a poor real-time performance. But according to the applications of the Linux OS are expanding on real-time domain, it becomes necessary to enhance the performance of the Linux system. This paper analyses the schedule policies and schedule algorithms of the Linux kernel, and discusses several different kinds of methods about enhancing real-time performance of the Linux system from the total Linux system. They authors summarizes the current research's developments of the Linux system.     

神舟3号飞船搭载的树莓试管苗超微结构及其RAPD分析

已有研究表明,植物进入太空后,其生长、发育、细胞组织结构以及基因组均发生不同程度的变化.例如,大豆[1]及三叶草[2]受空间微重力的影响使其生长明显加快,许多植物的形态及细胞学行为也受太空环境影响[3～10];另外,空间微重力可以改变植物基因表达水平[11～14],半胱氨酸等放射性保护剂的应用进一步证实太空射线可损伤植物染色体[15].但目前有关太空习行对植物试管苗亚细胞超微结构及其基因组影响的报道较少.本文对神舟3号飞船搭载并成功回收的树莓试管苗进行了细胞亚显微结构及RAPD分子标记的初步分析.     

江淮稻区不同穗型粳稻品种主要农艺和品质特性的比较分析

依据着粒密度，对江淮稻区大面积生产应用的和新近育成的36个粳稻品种(系)进行聚类分析。结果表明，供试品种可分成半密穗型(Ⅰ)、偏密穗型(Ⅱ)和密穗型（Ⅲ）三类。随着水稻品种由散穗型向半密穗型、偏密穗型和密穗型的演变，产量性状、品质性状、形态性状和部分生理、生化性状发生了明显的变化，产量、每穗总粒数和实粒数显著增加，而穗数/m²、千粒重和结实率呈下降趋势；株高增加，上部三张叶片变长、变宽，生物日产量增高；穗部一、二次枝梗数增多，着粒密度变大；抽穗期和成熟期叶片、茎秆的含氮量和叶片叶绿素含量增高；糙米率和整精米率下降、垩白粒率降低、胶稠度变硬、蛋白质含量呈上升的趋势。
