哺乳动物体细胞克隆研究进展

哺乳动物体细胞克隆技术是近年来才发展起来的技术，但体细胞克隆绵羊－多利的诞生却引起了世界轰动，充分显示了其重在的科学研究价值和潜在的应用价值。本文对哺乳动物体细胞克隆技术研究现状，理论基础研究，应用等方面作一综述。     

Approaches for Preventing the Male Sterllity Fluctuation of Photo-thermo-sensitive Genic Male Sterile Lines in Rice

The male sterility fluctuation of photo-thermo-sensitive genic ma1e sterile〔P(T) GMS〕lines induced by low air temperature is a key problem troubling the application of two-line system hybrid rice. The paper suggests to solve this problem by the breeding approeches, i.e, developing low sterile critical temperature P(T)GMS lines, herbicie resistant restorer lines, herbicide sensitive P(T)GMS lines and tetracycline-conditioned P(T)GMS lines to ensure the hybrid purity; and by the hybrid seed production techniques, i.e, taking the correct procedure of foundation seed production, the suitable district and season for hybrid seed production and the deep irrigation method against cold weather in high summer.     

湖南高品质棉研究进展与发展对策

根据国家将长江中下游棉区定位为50￣60支纱生产基地的区划要求,分析国内外及湖南棉区高品质棉的研究现状及发展前景,并针对限制湖南高品质棉发展的“瓶颈”因素提出了加强纺织技术改造,是当务之急,创造与引进优异新种质新材料、遗传品质改良工程,优异纤维品质的基因工程是根本途径,加速新品种选育是重中之重。     

配送中心线路优化方法的探讨

基于目前配送中心线路优化的各种方法,根据实际情况对上述算法进行分析和比较,并针对模拟退火法、遗传算法在配送线路优化问题中的具体应用,提出不同情形下的求解策略。     

生物素对肉仔鸡脾脏细胞PCNA基因的mRNA表达的影响

采用分子生物学方法研究了生物素对脾脏细胞增殖细胞核抗原（PCNA）基因的mRNA表达的影响。将60只1日龄AA雄性肉仔鸡随机分成3个处理，每个处理20只鸡，基础日粮为小麦-酪蛋白-鱼粉型日粮，在基础日粮中分别添加0．30mg／kg和2．7mg／kg2个水平的生物素，包括对照组共计3种日粮处理，为了刺激PCNA基因表达产物mRNA的表达，在48日龄采用皮下注射方式定量接种禽流感疫苗。结果表明：添加生物素显著提高了脾脏细胞PCNA基因表达产物mRNA的表达量（P〈0．01），其中2．7mg／kg处理组极显著高于对照组和0．3mg／kg处理组（P〈O．01），0．3mg／kg处理组和对照组之间无显著性差异（P〉0．05），由此推断，生物素通过促进脾脏细胞PCNA基因的mRNA表达，进而促进脾脏细胞的增殖。     

棉花枯、黄萎病菌营养亲和性研究进展

介绍了棉花枯、黄萎病菌营养亲和性研究方法和营养体亲和群研究,并着重总结了利用营养亲和群结合DNA多态性技术,研究尖孢镰刀菌(FusariumoxysporumSchlechtend:Fr)专化型、生理小种、亲和群之间的关系,以及棉花黄萎病菌(VerticilliumdahliaeKleb.)亲和群与致病型关系的研究进展。     

Ovipositor length of threeApocrypta species: Effect on oviposition behavior and correlation with syconial thickness

We investigated oviposition behavior in three non-pollinating fig wasps: the sympatric speciesApocrypta bakeri Joseph onFicus hispida L.,A. westwoodi Grandi onF. racemosa L., andApocrypta sp. onF. semicordata Buch.-Ham. The oviposition behavior differs significantly between one pair of species (A. bakeri andA. westwoodi) and the other species (Apocrypta sp. onF. semicordata).A. bakeri andA. westwoodi were similar in the following aspects: the posture of the abdomen and the action of the hind legs before penetration, and the bending ovipositor sheath during penetration. In contrast, the oviposition behavior ofApocrypta sp. is quite different. This difference can be explained by the significant correlation between ovipositor length and syconial thickness.Apocrypta sp. has a shorter ovipositor than the two other species, which correlates with the thinner syconial wall of its host figF. semicordata. It is deduced that the ovipositor length adapts to the syconial thickness and induces the oviposition behavior in the different species to diverge. For all threeApocrypta species, the midleg length and hindleg length are significantly correlated with their ovipositor lengths. This may be explained as due to the fact that body movement adjusting the hindlegs and midlegs up and down, or forward and backward, is also influenced by the ovipositor length.     

克瑞森无核葡萄的主要性状和栽培技术

克瑞森无核为晚熟无核葡萄优良品种。果穗圆锥形，平均重500g；果粒椭圆形，平均重4g，经赤霉素处理后可达6g；果皮红色，果肉黄色，脆硬味甜，口感极佳；10月中下旬成熟，耐贮运，冷藏案件下可存放5个月：抗病能力强于红地球。栽培时宜采用小棚架长梢修剪；合理灌水并严格控制生长后期氮肥的施用；采用化学疏花疏果技术，套袋果适时脱袋、及时采收。注意阴雨天不得进行抹芽、剪梢，以防白腐病侵染，     

番木瓜遗传改良研究进展

就番木瓜的株性和抗病性等性状遗传、杂交育种、人工诱变育种、离体培养、分子标记及基因工程育种等现代生物新技术育种方面的研究进展及相关问题进行了评述,重点综述了番木瓜株性遗传、远缘杂交与胚胎学、基因工程在抗环斑型花叶病毒病(PRSV)品种培育及分子标记辅助选择育种应用的研究进展,并分析了今后番木瓜育种的发展趋势。     

瓜类嫁接栽培技术探讨

从6个瓜类砧木品种中，选出了黄瓜适宜砧木为黑籽南瓜，苦瓜适宜砧木为黑籽南瓜和本地肉丝瓜，西瓜适宜砧木为超丰F1和欣京砧一号。瓜类嫁接方法以顶插接法和劈接法为宜，嫁接时期在3月初为宜。重病地黄瓜嫁接苗比自根苗枯萎病发病率降低95．8％，产量提高34．9％；嫁接苦瓜发病率降低83．7％，增产16．9％；嫁接西瓜发病率降低88．9％，增产13．7％。
