"十五"期间重庆雾水化学特征研究

"十五"期间重庆市区雾水呈酸性,近郊区雾水呈弱酸性,远郊区基本未酸化;由市区向外,雾水的电导率逐步降低,阴离子浓度逐步降低,钙离子、铵根离子和钾离子浓度也逐步降低,但钠离子和镁离子则有所不同;重庆雾水的酸化类型以硫酸型为主,其次是盐酸型和硝酸型.雾水的碱化类型在市区和远郊区以钙-铵型为主,在近郊区以钙型为主.雾水中离子浓度比雨水高出数倍.     

以图书馆搬迁为契机重塑高校图书馆整体形象

文章结合我馆搬迁的实际工作,论述了以科学规划为指导的图书馆搬迁推动了高校图书馆服务方式扣管理模式的改进,更新思雏方法,树立以人为本的服务理念,重新塑造高校图书馆的职业道德形象、学术形象、优质服务形象、内部环境形象等整体形象。     

沙木蓼硬枝扦插育苗试验

本文简述了沙木蓼硬枝扦插时，采用不同基质、不同穗长和不同生长素的对比试验效果。结果表明，基质以耕作土和沙子混合，比例8：2的效果良好；三种生长素NAA（吲哚乙酸）、IAA（萘乙酸）和GGR（生根粉）对苗木生长都有促进作用，浓度以100～200mg／L为宜；插穗适宜长度为8～12cm。     

The temporal and spatial Norrin expression and significance in oxygen induced retinopathy

AIM: To detect the expression and location of Norrin in mouse retina with oxygen-induced retinopathy (OIR). METHODS: Retinal neovascular angiogenesis of OIR mouse was observed by FITC-Dextran filled retinamounts. Norrin, VEGF mRNA expression was studied by RT-PCR in control mouse retina on postnatal days 7, 10, 12, 17 and in OIR mouse retina on postnatal days 7, 8, 12, 12.5, 13, 14, 15, 17 and 19. Norrin protein expression and location was observed by immunohistochemical methods. RESULTS: Retinal neovasculature was observed in OIR ischemic mouse on postnatal days 17. Norrin mRNA expression markedly increased in retina after hypoxia 12 hours, which was correlated with the upregulation of VEGF. The peak of increase in Norrin occurred at 24 hours, and levels then decreased slowly. Norrin was expressed in outer layers of retina of P15-17 OIR mice, and was not found in normal control mice retina. CONCLUSION: Increased levels of Norrin in OIR ischemic retina show temporal correlation with increased expression of VEGF. Increased Norrin locates in outer layers of retina. Norrin may play an important role in neovascular angiogenesis.     

6个苜蓿品种在冀西北地区的生产性能

为探求适宜在张家口坝下地区生长的苜蓿(Medicago sativa)品种,以德宝、敖汉、中苜1号、三得利、阿尔冈金和金皇后作为试验材料,比较了这些品种前两年的越冬率以及生长第3年的形态学指标。结果表明,播种当年各苜蓿品种的越冬率差异较大,第2年的越冬率较第1年有所提高,且彼此间差别不大;同茬次不同苜蓿品种的株高、分枝数和花序质量均差异显著(P0.05)。苜蓿品种的分枝数和花序质量随茬次变化逐渐降低;苜蓿的株高第2茬最高,1、3茬较低;而干鲜比是第1茬和第3茬较大,第2茬较小。苜蓿植株的主要变异来源于花序质量和分枝数,其次为茎叶比和干鲜比。中苜1号可作为推广品种在张家口坝下地区大面积种植。     

5种宿根花卉品种性生长习评价及栽培研究

为了丰富北京园林绿地应用植物种类、丰富景观、稳定植物群落,试验从北京地区及其他城市引种约40种宿根品种,经过2个生长周期的适应性观察,筛选出能越冬、夏季表现良好、有较好观赏效果的匍枝亮绿忍冬、‘矮黄金’一枝黄花、‘瀑布’矾根、‘面包师’厚叶福禄考、‘霍特’匍匐婆婆纳5种宿根品种,进行了物候和适应性观测试验,对自然株高、花果期、花色、绿期等8项指标进行了综合评定,并进行了繁殖栽培技术和管理等研究。     

四川凉山农业产业化发展现状及对策

以农业基础设施、农民专业合作经济组织、市场与政府4个方面为基准点,分析了凉山彝族自治州农业产业化发展中存在的问题,并提出了相应的解决措施。     

Visual Programming of Stochastic Weather Generator and Future Applications on Agroecological Study

Based on former studies on weather simulator modules in IPMist laboratory, study on visual programming of stochastic weather generator (VS-WGEN) was continued. In this study, Marlkov Chain,Monte Carlo, Fourier Series, and weak stationary process were used to generate the daily weather data in software Matlab 6.0, with the data input from 40 years' weather data recorded by Beijing Weather Station. The generated data includes daily maximum temperature, minimum temperature, precipitation and solar radiation. It has been verified that the weather data generated by the VS-WGEN were more accurate than that by the old WGEN, when twenty new model parameters were included. VS-WGEN bas wide software applications,such as pest risk analysis, pest forecast and management. It can be implemented in hardware development as well, such as weather control in weather chamber and greenhouse for researches on ecological adaptation of crop varieties to a given location over time and space. Overall, VS-WGEN is a very useful tool for studies on theoretical and applied ecology.
