EXPERIMENTAL RESEARCH ON VISCOELASTICITY OF HUMAN BLOOD- WITH REFERENCE TO THE EFFECT OF CELL HEMOTOCRIT

This paper describes a part of the experiments concerning the viscoelasticity of human blood, which are based upon the theories lead by the authors. The data from the experiments are compared with those in the literatures. The effect of cell hematocrit on viscoelasticity is especially discussed and a new viscoelasticity index is defined to eliminate this effect.     

EFFECT OF MICRO-GALLIUM ON THE INTERGRANULAR SEGREGATINN OF PHOSPHORUS IN CARBON STEELS

The effect of small amounts of gallium on the intergranular segregation of phosphorus in carbon steels is discussed, with the help of the impact test, fracture morphology and micro-structure analyses, combined with composition analysis on the fracture surfaces by Auger electronspectrometer. The results show that gallium in the steel with a content of gallium more than ten thou-sandth can suppress, to some extent, the intergranular segregation of phosphorus and retard the tempering process. As a result, the temper embrittlement of the steel disappears and the embrittlement transition temperature declines.     

The Stability of Quaternion Metrices and Their Judging Criteria

Some conceptions of stable quaternion matrices and some judging criteria are given.The Robrach theorem,Taussky theorem,Ostrowski Schneider theorem and Gerschgorin theorem are generalized to quaternion field.The conclusion about two quaternion matrices,i.e.,inferior positive matrices are unstable,interior negative matrices are stable and some other results are pointed out.     

A Fast One-Step Scanning Thinning Algorithm

A new quick thinning algorithm was presented in this paper,which assigneddifferent weights to different pixels near the skeleton pixels and rules out the im possible pixels in thethinning procedure. It needs neither iteration on pixel panel nor detection on every pixel such thatthe time consumed is greatly lessened. A filling algorithm is also offered for better results.Experiment on variety of binary patterns showed that it could get both a high speed and a goodskeleton shape compared with other algorithms,This new algorithm reaches perfect result.     

五个鲜食玉米新品种的DNA指纹图谱研究与应用

利用SSR标记技术，对5个鲜食玉米新品种及其亲本的DNA指纹图谱进行了研究。从88对SSR引物中，筛选出37对在鲜食玉米中表现多态性丰富、带型清晰明显且稳定的引物，分析了鲜食玉米自交系的遗传多样性，建立了各品种的特征DNA指纹图谱及数字指纹，可以有效用于种子质量检测。

采纳行为作为创新技术在组织中应用与实施的首要步骤，对于保证后者的效果十分重要。借助近年来在技术采纳领域被广泛应用的TOE研究框架，以影响中国农业企业创新技术采纳的各类因素为研究对象，从创新技术特性、企业组织特性和外部环境特性3个方面科学地归纳出技术的感知收益、成本、相容性和组织的集权化、正规化、企业规模、高层主管的创新特性以及外部环境中竞争压力、政府的推动作用、已采纳者的影响等10项指标，不仅丰富了农业技术采纳理论，而且对于农业企业技术创新实践也具有重大的指导价值。     

茶树钾营养特性的研究

本文对我国主要茶区茶园土壤的含钾状况，茶树品种和土壤水分对茶树吸收钾的影响和茶园施肥钾肥的增产效果进行了系统研究。结果表明，我国有近６０％的茶园土壤处于罐钾状态，这已成为限制茶叶高产优质的主要障碍因子之一。不同品种茶树对钾的吸收具有明显差异，它们对钻的最大速率Ｖｍａｘ为龙井４３＞碧云＞苹云＞碧峰＞菊花春，米氏亲和常数Ｋｍ为碧峰＞碧云＞龙井４３＞苹云＞菊花春。干旱处理的茶树体内累积的钾和叶片的含钾量     

籼稻体细胞胚胎发生特异性蛋白质研究

以籼稻Oryza sativa L.subsp. indica品种“广陆矮4号”幼穗和种子为外植体，在含有2，4-D2.0mg/L的MS培养基上，分别形成胚性和非胚性愈伤组织，建立体细胞胚胎发生实验系统。应用Native/SDS双向凝胶电泳分析，结果表明，非胚性愈伤组织分化培养前后均存在一种分子量为45kD的非胚性蛋白质N1，另一种非胚性蛋白质N2（54kD）仅
