To be effectively heated in incinerator for MSW is very important for stabilization and completeness combustion, the smaller produce of the PCDD/Fs. At the same time, the transient heat transfer characteristics of the MSW lump decides the stay time of the MSW in incinerator and effects on the operation feature of the combustion equipments. All of these would lead to design the reasonable and clean combustion project, the optimum incinerator and recover energy system. The component, shape, dimension, property, the hardly and inner structure feature of the MSW lump are taken in account, and the effective conduct heat coefficient has been adopted. And then, the physical model is setup with different shape(ball, cylinder, squareness), and the 3-D mathematical model and conduct heat efficient with porous feature for transient heat transfer of MSW lump are presented, at the same time, the simulation tests are gotten in various boundary and the interesting conclusions are gotten: The center stable temperature of the MSW lump is mostly decided by the inner gas temperature of the incinerator and the heated area of the lump. The transient heat transfer characteristics is variously effected by the shape of the MSW lump in incinerator. The transient process becomes longer and the center stable temperature decreases, the volatile can't be easily separated out and the combustion efficiency decreases because of the increasing of the lump feature dimension.  相似文献

In order to protect the system of fiber Bragg grating (FBG) and keep its sensing performance on a high score, an adhesive-free bond which is considered as the alternative for epoxy adhesive technology is demanded. An electroless Ni-P plating process without coarsing for fiber Bragg grating was presented. With this plating method, the FBG was coated with a metal clad of Ni-P. By Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM), Energy Dispersive Spectrometer (EDS), X-ray diffraction (XRD) and Temperature vibration tests, the composition, structure and adhesion force of the plating coatings were analyzed. And the results indicate that the coating is smooth, flat and compact. The solder ability of Ni-P clad was tested by welding the FBG into metal components, and the results reveal that the coating films can meet the requirements of an adhesive-free bond.  相似文献

探索利用稻飞虱成虫有虫丛率估测成虫虫口密度的方法和途径。本文基于稻飞虱成虫种群发生的田间调查数据,用种群密度(y)和有虫丛率(x)分别拟合指数函数、幂函数、一元二次函数、一元三次函数、直线函数和对数函数6种不同模型。结果表明,以一元三次函数方法估计精度最高,误差小,应用效果最好,并根据最优数学模型建立平均虫口密度(y)与有虫丛率(x)的关系速查表。生产中可以应用拟合的最优数学模型对田间稻飞虱成虫的发生进行监测。  相似文献

Flag leaf angle (FLA) in rice (Oryza sativa L.) is one of the important traits affecting F1 seed production by mechanization. To elucidate the genetic mechanism of FLA and mine favorable marker alleles for F1 seed production in rice, we performed a genome-wide association study using phenotypic data over 2 years and genotypic data of 262 pairs of simple sequence repeat (SSR) markers collected from 441 rice accessions. We detected seven SSR marker loci associated with FLA and four loci were novel. The four newly found loci were RM6266 on chromosome 3, RM348 on chromosome 4, RM258 on chromosome 10 and RM7303 on chromosome 11. We found a total of 27 favorable alleles, of which four, i.e., RM348-130 bp, RM7303-90 bp, RM258-180 bp, and RM4835-230 bp, had phenotypic effects larger than 10°. Nine combinations, which increased FLA by 45.7°–94.7° through pyramiding the favorable alleles contained in seven typical accessions, were predicted.  相似文献

广西蔗区引进甘蔗品种(系)的比较试验   总被引:1,自引:2,他引:1  
为了筛选适应广西蔗区地理环境、稳产高糖的甘蔗品种,实现品种多样化,提高应对病虫害、气候环境变化等不利因素的能力,在前期引进栽培试验的基础上,将筛选出的3个甘蔗品种(系)进行适应性和农艺性状的观测分析。通过一年新植一年宿根的比较试验,发现凉蔗02-6、凉蔗03-81的农艺性状与当前主栽品种新台糖22号(CK)综合比较具有一定的优势。其中凉蔗02-6的分蘖率、株高、茎径、有效茎、甘蔗产量等性状都优于CK,蔗糖分与CK相当,新植、宿根凉蔗02-6产糖量分别比CK高约2.08t/hm 2、2.86t/hm 2且差异显著;凉蔗03-81甘蔗产量和产糖量等性状显著优于CK,但是蔗糖分显著低于CK,制糖成本较高,影响制糖企业效益。此外,对不同甘蔗品种(系)生长的跟踪观测发现,凉蔗02-6具有较强的抗旱抗寒能力。  相似文献

The beta-cyclodextrin-thiabendazole (beta-CD-TBZ) inclusion complex was synthesized and its structure characterized by (1)H NMR and IR. The mechanism of the supramolecular interaction of TBZ and beta-CD has been studied and discussed by spectrophotometry. The results showed that the phenyl ring of TBZ was included in the beta-CD cavity to form a 1:1 host-guest complex with an apparent formation constant of 1.60 x 10(3) mol(-1).L. On the basis of the enhancement of the absorbance of TBZ produced through complex formation, a spectrophotometric method for the determination of TBZ in bulk aqueous solution in the presence of beta-CD was developed. The linear relationship between the absorbance and TBZ concentration was obtained in the range of 8.86 x 10(-7)-1.45 x 10(-5) mol/L. The detection limit was 2.71 x 10(-7)mol/L, and the relative standard deviation was 0.86%. The interference of 48 coexisting substances was slight. The proposed method has been successfully applied to the determination of TBZ in fruits with recoveries of 96-103%.  相似文献

The composite photocatalysts were made by using solid dispersion method with nano-TiO2 loaded on hydrophobic or hydrophilic zeolite and zeolite with different pore diameters. The removal and mineralization efficiency of oxytetracycline (OTC) in aqueous solution were investigated under the irradiation of 32 W UV lamps by composite photocatalysts loaded with different ratios of nano-TiO2. The results showed that UV/10%TZ2 (hydrophilic zeolite) achieved a better removal efficiency of OTC than UV/40%TZ1 (hydrophobic zeolite) while UV/15%T5A (hydrophilic zeolite with a pore diameter of 0.5 nm) achieved a better removal efficiency of OTC than UV/10%T13X (hydrophilic zeolite with a pore diameter of 1 nm). That is to certify that the hydrophilic zeolite and zeolite with small pore diameters loaded with nano-TiO2 could achieve better removal effects for OTC in aqueous solution. The OTC that adsorbed on the inside surface of 13X cannot be degraded due to the out range of hydroxyl radicals attack.  相似文献

胡萝卜叶片线粒体DNA提取方法研究   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
本实验以胡萝卜叶片为材料,通过高盐差速离心和蔗糖沉淀差速离心两种方法提取线粒体DNA。通过改变分离和沉淀线粒体离心力大小、使用DNaseⅠ处理得到了无核DNA污染的线粒体。用SDS和蛋白酶K 裂解线粒体,经酚/氯仿/异戊醇抽提除去蛋白,并用RNase A 消化从而得到单纯线粒体DNA。本实验还特别设计了叶绿体特异性引物检测线粒体DNA纯度。结果表明:利用优化后的蔗糖沉淀差速离心法提取胡萝卜线粒体DNA,不仅操作简单,而且所得线粒体DNA纯度高、产量高,每克叶片能够得到34.46 μg 线粒体DNA。  相似文献
