伪狂犬病病毒Fa株gp63（gI） 基因核苷酸序列测定及分析

对我国最早分离的伪犬病病毒（pseudorabies virus,PRV)Fa株糖蛋白gp63(gI)基因核苷酸序列及的氨基酸序列作了测定与分析，完整的gp63(gI)结构基因从起始密码子ATG到终止密码子TGA共有1050个核苷酸残基，编码由439个氨基酸残基构成的多肽链，4种核苷酸残基的构成比分别为：G35．9％，11.33%,T11.81%,C40.95%,G C含量达76．85％，PRV Fa株gp63基因核苷酸序列与Nice株的相比，两者同源性达98．13％，仅存在3个核苷酸残基的缺失变异，氨基酸推导序列分析表明，糖蛋白gp63具有典型膜蛋白特征，与Nice株相比，同源性为97．42％，gp63基因起始密码子由3个连续的ATG组成，ATG上游区域内无启动子调控区序列。     

Design of nondestructive test system for plasma clots

One of the most important measures that are used to guarantee blood transfusion safety is to detect clots in the plasma before transfusion. To overcome the disadvantages of manual detection method, this research designs a nondestructive testing (NDT) system for plasma clots inspection based on machine vision technique and artificial neural networks. The key technology for system design are studied and presented. Image acquisition is performed by custom-designed software based on MATLAB platform, and the methods of image cut, reverse color, median filter as well as gray cutting are adopted to preprocess image. The use of fisher discrimination method, combined with iterative threshold segmentation method and the selection of connected domain, can successfully eliminate the interference of air bubble and correctly extract the image of plasma clots. Plasma clots are discriminated by a recognition model based on artificial neural network BP algorithms. The results of clinical contrast experiment shows that the system can effectively detect whether plasma contains plasma clots and the new system shows a much higher degree of repeatability and stability. From the image acquisition and processing to the recognition of plasma clots, the detecting time of a sample is no more than 1 min.     

Research of UD2UU with human simulated intelligent control for a double inverted pendulum

Double pendulum has four equilibrium points (down down, down up, up down, and up up). Twelve transfer actions and eight spin actions can be formed with these equilibrium points. One of the transfer action, up down to up up (UD2UU) with human simulated intelligent control (HSIC) theory based on sensor motor intelligent schema is studied. Control system designed by HSIC has following advantages: hierarchic control architecture with multi controller and multi control mode; hybrid control law combining close loop and open loop control as well as positive feedback and negative feedback control; associating schema based on characteristic model which takes charge of switch between each control mode. The design process of HSIC controller for UD2UU is discussed. The real time control results demonstrate the validation of the proposed theory and method.     

冬小麦千斤栽培技术中几个关键问题的研究

冬小麦蚰包,是亩产稳定800斤,高者可达1100斤以上的优良品种。本文系统总结了蚰包小麦十年创千斤的经验,论证了小麦生产过程中的阶段性、蚰包小麦创千斤的基本条件、群体动态结构及科学管理等问题。     

马尾松扦插繁殖年龄效应及继代扦插复壮效果

分析马尾松同种源异龄（２,４,５,６,８年生）母株插穗的生根性状,发现２～４年生母株插的生根性状间无显著性异,从量化水平上证实运用常规的扦插技术,采用４年生以内的马尾松母株插株插是比较可行的。２年生与５年生母株间后各年龄级间的生根率左异显著。认为４年生以上母株的扦插繁殖年龄效应明显,特别是８年生母株,无论是生根时间,还是生根率及其他生根性状,表现出极明显的年龄效应。建议利用优良尊本子代幼树作为采穗     

对苯二胺对泥鳅的急性毒性及安全评价

研究对苯二胺对泥鳅的急性毒性并进行安全性评价。在实验室条件下,以染发剂的主要成分对苯二胺为诱变剂,采用半静水试验法,研究了对苯二胺在不同浓度(0、15、17.85、21.24、25.27和30mg/L)和不同染毒时间(24、48、72和96h)条件下,对泥鳅(Misgurnus angullicaudatus)的急性毒性作用。结果表明:对苯二胺24、48、72和96h的LC50分别是39.40、27.93、23.69和18.78mg/L,安全浓度为4.21mg/L。根据有毒物质对鱼类的急性毒性标准,对苯二胺属于高毒性污染物(LC50在1～100mg/L),建议染发时谨慎使用,并关注染发污水排放对环境的影响。

12种中药有效成分对3株水产致病菌体外抑菌试验

选择12种有抑菌作用的中药的有效成分,采用平板挖洞法对3种水产常见致病菌作药物敏感试验,然后采用二倍稀释法测定12种中药有效成分对3种致病菌的最小抑菌浓度(MIC)和最小杀菌浓度(MBC)。结果表明：12种中药有效成分对3株细菌都有不同程度的抑制作用,其中没食子酸、槲皮素、黄岑苷、大黄酸、盐酸小檗碱、大黄素甲醚对温和气单胞菌抑制效果最好, 没食子酸、槲皮素对温和气单胞菌MIC,MBC最小,MIC为0.03125 mg/ml,MBC为0.0625 mg/ml;大黄素甲醚、没食子酸、甘草酸、槲皮素对嗜水气单胞菌抑制效果最好, 大黄素甲醚、没食子酸、甘草酸对嗜水气单胞菌MIC,MBC最小,MIC为0.03125 mg/ml,MBC为0.0625 mg/ml;大黄素甲醚、甘草酸、没食子酸、盐酸小檗碱对变形杆菌抑制效果为最好,没食子酸,大黄素甲醚、甘草酸对变形杆菌MIC,MBC均最小,MIC为0.03125 mg/ml,MBC为0.0625 mg/ml。
