In order to analyze the reason why the Spiral Up-flow Reactor system has excellent removal effect of COD, N and P, the authors use PHOENICS, a computational fluid dynamics program, to investigate the hydraulic characteristics and flow model of the anaerobic part of Spiral uP-flow reactor. The result shows that the fluid in the reactor unit flowed upward by the spiral way, and that flow pattern was combined by plug flow and complete-mix flow, and that the percentage of plug flow was about sixty-five percent. Spiral Up-flow Reactor units the Characteristics of PFR and CSTR, which makes it work well.  相似文献

The test of functional groups of microorganisms in Spiral Up-flow Reactor System and the correlation between microorganisms in the water and the main environmental factors are studied.The results show that the diversity of microorganisms population in the SUFR system is complex and the bio-community formed in the SUFR system is stable.The close relations between abundance of bacteria and nutrients are found.The correlation between heterotrophic bacteria and COD is 0.949.The correlation between organic phosphate bacteria and TP is 0.815. The correlation between nitrosobacteria and NH_3-N is 0.909. The correlation between disnitrifier bacteria and TN is 0.653.  相似文献

This paper analyzes the structure and line current waveform of 3-phase AC voltage regulation circuit. As an application of 3-phase AC voltage regulation circuit, a high-frequency welding device's simulation model and harmonic analysis of line current are presented. Results of simulation are compared to field measurements. The two are in a good agreement, so this simulation model is correct. Two single-tuning filters and one second-order HPF are designed according to the device's harmonic condition. Simulation results of the circuit with filters indicate decrease of the harmonics in current of power supply, and the waveform is close to sinusoidal wave, which prove correctness of the solution to harmonics pollution.  相似文献

The authors conduct the experimental study and optimal computing for the condenser of automobile air conditioner. The especially the properties of heat transfer and flow at the side of air when using shutter fin. The authors the influence of several combinations of fin's geometry parameter to heat transfer and flow resistance. The maximal heat transfer is used as a criterion relation to select the fin's geometry parameters in the same facing air area of condenser. Furthermore, a program is designed to conduct optimal computing, and the computing results are basically consistent with experimental results. In 1995, Padmanabhan and Vrat presented inventory models for deteriorating items with a constant selling price and stock dependent selling rate . Based on the result, in 2000, Kun-Jen Chung, Peter Chu and Shaw-Ping Lan devoloped the necessary and sufficient conditions of the existence and uniqueness of the optimal solutions of the profit per unit time functions without backlogging and with complete backlogging. Actually, the selling price need not be constant, it may be variable . This paper puts forward an EOQ model when the selling price is variable without backlogging, discusses the existence and uniqueness of optimum solution. The example is provided to illustrate the model. The theoretical evidence is provided for the inventory system to make management decision.  相似文献

For certain types of inventory, the ordering cycle and demand may be random variants, which satisfy certain types distribution. The classical EOQ model usually neglects the fact. Based on the constant demand, under the hypothesis that the ordering cycle is a random variant which satisfies exponent distribution, average demand is a linear increasing function, this paper considers the effects of the time-value of capital and inflation on replenishment strategy of inventory system. Loosening the condition of basic economic order quantity model under deterministic state, the total cost function of the model is provided. The optimum order quantity and cycle are obtained. The application range of EOQ model under the constant demand is widened. The theoretical evidence is provided for the inventory system to make management decision.  相似文献

With the development of EHV/UHV DC transmission projects, it is inevitable to study DC pollution flashover performance of long insulator strings. The DC artificial pollution tests of five types of porcelain and glass insulators have been carried out in the artificial climate chamber. The paper analyzes the relationship between 50% flashover voltage U50 and string length, the relationship between U50 and salt deposit density, flashover voltage gradients and valid creepage distances of DC polluted insulators. Based on the test results of insulator strings of 5 - 23 units, there are linear relationship between the 50% DC flashover voltages and string length. The experimental results show that the pollution flashover performances of various types of insulators are different, and that the pollution degree exponents of polluted insulators are affected ainsulator materials and shapes, whose values are 0.3 to 0.36. Under the same pollution degree, the pollution performances of glass insulators have advantage of those of porcelain insulators with the same configuration and the flashover voltage gradient along creepage distance and valid creepage distances of glass insulators are higher than those of porcelain insulators.  相似文献

随着静电喷雾技术的发展,对荷电多相湍流的研究也不断深入,由于这一流动现场极其复杂,模型构建的难度增大.在多相湍流模型建立的理论基础上,采用双流体模型,考虑湍流脉动与电场耦合作用,引入“体平均”概念,构建了荷电多相湍流数学模型.“双流体”多相湍流模型在工业领域模拟复杂湍流中的成功应用和不断发展,为荷电多相湍流提供了新的工程模拟模型和方法.在单相荷电流体湍流模型方程建立的基础上,根据“双流体”多相湍流模型建立的理论基础,把荷电颗粒当作拟流体处理,借用拟流体多相湍流描述方程建立的方法,推导了荷电颗粒拟流体多相湍流的描述方程,为进一步获得荷电颗粒拟流体多相湍流模型提供了基础.  相似文献
