Study and Practice of Safety Grade Assessment for Large Convention and Exhibition Centre

This paper takes "how to estimate the complex security of Large Convention and Exhibition Centre effectively" as the research goal.Based on analyzing the difficulties,target system,technical constitution,probing into the architecture,safety science,and using for reference the mathematics,operational research,statistics and modern system theory and method,trying to explore establishing an evaluation methodological system,which is provided with integrated characters on subject.Based on these ways,it exerts "quality to quantity" fuzzy analytical hierarchy process(FAHP) and aims at discussing the safety grade assessment of the Chongqing International Conference Exhibition Center focusing on designing theories.The aim is to enhance the integration of design practice and safe consciousness,strengthen the building safety management,and perfect city public security system.In practice,it is also an efficient tool for favoring values of architectural environmental safety.     

浅谈种业界知识产权的过度保护

知识产权在种业界一般表现为植物新品种权。《中华人民共和国植物新品种保护条例》（以下简称《植物新品种保护条例》）第六条规定：“完成育种的单位或者个人对其授权品种，享有排他的独占权。任何单位或者个人未经品种权所有人许可，不得为商业目的生产或者销售该授权品种的繁殖材料，不得为商业目的将该授权品种的繁殖材料重复使用于生产另一品种的繁殖材料”。这一规定是品种权人权利的核心。     

黑龙江省农业经济增长方式转变的实证分析

在分析农业经济增长理论的基础上，运用算术指数法得到黑龙江省农业的全要素生产率。依据全要素生产率对黑龙江省农业改革以来的增长方式做了定量描述，从实证分析的角度，考察各种要素投入的增长及其对农业经济增长的贡献，衡量改革以来科技进步在黑龙江省农业生产中的状况和作用，进而描述黑龙江省农业经济增长方式的演进过程，为黑龙江省确定今后加快实现农业经济增长方式转变的政策和战略提供参考依据。     

城市垃圾处理技术应用探讨

对我国城市垃圾的处理方式卫生填埋、焚烧,特别是堆肥方法进行了分析,结论是按照城市垃圾处理工程的三个原则,堆肥法无疑是一种最有效的处理城市垃圾的方法。     

Quercetin activates mitochondrial autophagy via PINK1/parkin pathway to alleviate cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury in rats

AIM To analyze the regulatory effect of quercetin （QUE） on PTEN-induced putative kinase 1 （PINK1）/parkin mitochondrial autophagy pathway, and to explore the mechanism of quercetin in relieving cerebral ischemia/reperfusion （I/R） injury. METHODS Sixty SD male rats were randomly divided into sham operation group, model group （I/R group）, QUE group,3-methyladenine （3-MA） group and QUE+3-MA group. Administration started in each group 3 days before modeling, once a day, at 30 min after the last administration,except sham group, the other groups used 4-vessel blockage method to establish the whole brain I/R model. On the day after modeling, the neural function was evaluated by neuropathy disability score （NDS）. The volume of cerebral infarction was measured by 2,3,5-triphenyltetrazolium chloride （TTC） staining. The morphological changes of mitochondria in hippocampus were observed by transmission electron microscopy. The contents of interleukin-6 （IL-6） and tumor necrosis factor-α （TNF-α） in hippocampus were measured by ELISA. The activity of superoxide dismutase （SOD） and contents of malondialdehyde （MDA） in hippocampus were detected by xanthine oxidase method, thiobarbituric acid condensation method. Western blot was used to detect the proteinex pression of PINK1, parkin and LC3-II in brain tissue. RESULTS Compared with sham group, the hippocampus of the rats in I/R group and QUE+3-MA group showed swelling of mitochondria, destruction or disappearance of internal crista and other pathological damage,also the volume of cerebral infarction, the contents of IL-6, TNF-α and MDA, the protein expression levels of PINK1, parkin and LC3-II were increased （P<0.05）, while NDS score and activity of SOD were decreased （P<0.05）. Compared with I/R group and QUE+3-MA group, the pathological damage degree of hippocampus in QUE group was reduced, the volume of cerebral infarction, the contents of IL-6, TNF-α and MDA were decreased （P<0.05）, the proteinexpression levels of PINK1, parkin and LC3-II, and NDS score and activity of SOD were increased （P<0.05）.The above indexes in 3-MA group were opposite to QUE group. No significant difference in the above indexes between I/R group and QUE+3-MA group was observed （P>0.05）. CONCLUSION Quercetin activates mitochondrial autophagy and reduces cerebral I/R by regulating the expression of PINK1/parkin pathway proteins.     

菌草灵芝研究现状与前景

以菌草灵芝为试材,从菌草灵芝栽培技术研究、成分提取及分析、免疫学研究、毒理安全、质量安全5个方面系统阐述了菌草灵芝研究现状.结果 表明:菌草灵芝不仅筛选和确定了更适菌草栽培的灵芝菌株和菌草栽培配方,以及不同生长期菌草灵芝有效成分含量,而且采用超声、酶法辅助热水提取多糖、三萜类化合物等菌草灵芝有效成分可提高得率,菌草有效活性成分粗多糖的免疫作用优于纯多糖,且菌草灵芝的毒理和质量安全研究分析表明菌草灵芝无不良反应,质量安全可控,可作为保健产品、美容产品或食品的主要原料或辅料应用于各加工领域.同时,为菌草灵芝进一步深入理论研究提供参考依据.     

我国高等中医院校1997-2005年论文统计分析

 

以CBMdisc为数据源，通过文献计量学方法，对1997－2005年全国23所高等中医院校在国内期刊上公开发表论文的总数进行统计分析研究，旨在揭示我国高等中医院校科技论文产出现状和分布规律，进而了解全国同类院校的科研水平和地位，为领导决策，也为科研人员更好地开展学术交流、拓宽思路提供有价值的参考依据。

     

RH植物液肥在茶苗上的应用效果

采用RH植物液肥800倍进行苗圃对比试验,结果表明：对茎粗、株高等性状有显著作用,茶苗生长较为健壮。     

试论加快齐齐哈尔市生态园林城建设的对策

“齐齐哈尔市”是个以冶金、机械为主的综合性重要工业城市,刚解放时城区规模小,布局零乱,街道狭窄,有4万株自然散生榆、杨等树木,绿地面积只占城区面积的0．46％。谈不上什么城市绿化,更达不到绿化功能上的要求,风沙弥漫,素有风刮“卜奎”之称。建国近半个多世纪以来,在党中央、国务院一系列方针的指导下,在省、市政府的正确领导下,城市绿化有了长足的发展,城市绿化覆盖率已达28％,人均公共绿地面积已达7m^2,在城市绿化系统中市、区级公园9处,游园及街心广场绿地69处,绿化街道125条,城郊有4处风景区,建设已初见规模,城防林经过3a的建设也有了雏型;点、线、面相结合的环状绿地系统正在健康的发展中。
