水稻早世代稳定株系的农艺性状分析

育种实践表明，水稻品种间和亚种间杂交后代农艺性状发生疯狂分离，纯合个体的出现一般需经7~10代，5~8年^[1,2]。采用花培^[3,4]和远缘杂交染色体消除技术^[5,6]虽已应用于缩短作物育种时间，但仍耗时耗力。在作物如小麦、大麦、花生、水稻 ^[8~13]等育种实践中，偶尔会遇到杂种F2不分离的现象。吴先军等^[11]提出了水稻早世代稳定现象的概念，即水稻杂交后代F3以前出现农艺性状整齐一致、以后世代不分离的遗传现象。由于水稻早世代稳定现象在育种中具有巨大的应用潜力，对其遗传机制和育种应用进行深入而系统的研究具有重大的理论探讨价值和现实意义。     

Effective working areas of the electro hydraulic power impulse

In order to ascertain the numbers of the electrodes (treatment for the sewage) and forecast the grain size property of the cracked mineral, based on the hypothesis of the equivalent effective volumes of one discharge of electro hydraulic power impulse technology, the formulas are worked out for computing the effective working areas of the two common working modes. The theoretic analysis and the results of the experiments of the treatment of bacillus coil liquid and crushing of quartz ceramic show that the results conform to the formulas relatively, and the precision of the calculated data has relations with the polluted degree of the sewage, the intensity, elasticity and dimension of the solid material, and the formulas for computing the effective working areas are feasible.     

Strategies of Foreign Market Entry on the Basis of Strategic Alliance

By analyzing the achievements the TTX company and QI company gained on the basis of strategic alliance, this paper proves that strategic alliance is an effective mode of foreign market entry by Chinese enterprises, especially, private, small and medium enterprises, and they can actually promote their competence and acquire profit upon restricted resources by making an alliance with partners. This paper also discusses the problems exist in the alliance and the threat TTX faces, and put forward effective countermeasures.     

不同品种梨汁中糖和有机酸含量测定及相关性分析

利用反相高效液相色谱法测定了不同品种梨汁中的糖和有机酸含量,并应用SAS统计软件对各种糖和有机酸含量之间的相关性进行了分析。结果表明,梨汁中的糖主要为果糖、葡萄糖和蔗糖,其中果糖和葡萄糖含量较高;不同品种梨汁中果糖、葡萄糖及总可溶性糖含量变异较小,相对稳定,果糖与葡萄糖、总可溶性糖之间表现出显著的相关性;有机酸有苹果酸、柠檬酸、琥珀酸、莽草酸、酒石酸、奎宁酸、乳酸和富马酸,以苹果酸含量最高;不同品种梨汁中各有机酸含量差别较大,其中琥珀酸与乳酸、富马酸,莽草酸与柠檬酸、奎宁酸的含量之间表现出极显著的相关性。

Feasibility for Building the Under-ground Sewage Treatment Plant in Chongqing City

With the development of the economy, the demand forhabitation is enhanced and the sewage and industrial waster water must be disposed before outlet. Today, most of the sewage treatment plants are built on the aboveground without discussing the underground. Therefore, by the comparative analysis of the property and cost of the underground sewage treatment plant and the ground, the underground sewage treatment plant have merits in save the city land and improvement environment.The Chongqing citypossess a lot of advantages in using the space of underground with the analysis of the physiognomy and geology condition of the Chongqing city. Therefore, the development of underground sewage treatment plant is feasible in the Chongqing city.     

微流控芯片在农产品安全检测中的应用

近年来,随着食品工业的迅猛发展,国内外食品安全事故也频繁发生。开发安全可靠、便携有效的检测方法对食品安全至关重要。微流控芯片集样品前处理、分离和检测等过程为一体,实现了样品前处理和检测分析的自动化、集成化、小型化、低消耗、高效率和便携化,满足了现场、实时检测的需求。本研究对微流控芯片在食品成分、农药残留、兽药残留、食品添加剂和重金属检测中的应用进行归纳总结,为农产品安全检测提供参考。     

Performance analysis of a concentrating solar hybrid photovoltaic thermal system

The photovoltaic components of a hybrid photovoltaic thermal (PV/T) system are combined with a solar thermal collector, which generates both thermal and electrical energy simultaneously with a higher integrated efficiency. A three dimensional steady model of the concentrating solar PV/T system which has a plate type metallic thermal collector with a serpentine rectangular channel is developed. The processes of photovoltaic and thermal transformation and heat transfer in the PV/T collector are calculated and simulated. The effects of the optical concentrating ratio, coolant mass flow rate, ambient air velocity and glass cover on both thermal and electrical performance of the collector are presented and discussed.     

Improved BP Algorithm in Vibration Failure Diagosis of Steam Turbine-Generator Set

A failure diagnosis model of neural networks for the vibration failure feature of steam turbine-generator set is established on the basis of the improved BP algorithm ,and used for diagnosing practical generator set,the results of verification show that the method is effective.     

Analysis on Internal Stress in Polycrystalline Diamond Films Measured by Raman Spectroscopy

The divagation of the internal stress in diamond films is analyzed .It's found that due to the unknown directions of the stress and crystallographic axes , the proportional parameter to express the relationship between the stress and the shift of Raman spectrum is hard to obtain precisely , resulting in the divagation of the internal stresses which are calculated from the shift of Raman spectrum.
