Effects of Medium-chain Triglyceride on Growth Performance and Serum Biochemical Indices in Broilers

The study was conducted to investigate the effects of medium-chain triglyceride replacing the soybean oil in the basal diet on growth performance and serum biochemical indices of broilers.One hundred and forty four healthy,similar body weights AA broilers at the age of 14 days were randomly assigned to four groups with six replicates ger group and six broilers per replicate.Groups A,B,C and D were respectively fed with 0,0.6%,1.2% and 2% medium-chain triglyceride substituted the equivalent amount of soybean oil (using corn flour to balance the energy levels in each group) .The test lasted for 28 days and the indexes were measured once every two weeks.The results showed that the average daily gain and average daily feed intake of groups B,C and D were higher than that of group A,and the F/G was lower than group A.The average daily gain of groups C and D at 28 to 42 days old and group D at 14 to 42 days old were significantly higher than that of group A (P < 0.05).The serum glucose,total content of amino acid,total protein and albumin of groups B,C and D at age of 28 and 42 days old were higher than that of group A,while the serum triglyceride,total cholesterol and urea nitrogen levels were lower.The total cholesterol content at 42 days old and triglyceride concentrations at 28 days old of group C were significantly lower than those of group A (P < 0.05).The results indicated that medium-chain triglyceride could raise average daily gain and reduce the total cholesterol content and triglyceride concentrations of broilers,which were useful for improving the growth performance.     

产碳青霉烯酶肠杆菌科细菌检测方法研究进展

抗生素的不合理使用使得细菌耐药性快速产生及传播，细菌耐药性已然成为重大公共卫生问题。碳青霉烯类抗生素在临床治疗中表现良好，常作为治疗多重耐药菌感染的最后一道防线，碳青霉烯耐药菌的出现对公共卫生安全产生了极大的威胁。产碳青霉烯酶是碳青霉烯耐药菌耐药的主要机制，因此，对产碳青霉烯酶肠杆菌科细菌的检测至关重要。目前，对于碳青霉烯酶的检测手段以表型检测和分子生物学检测方法为主。表型检测一般易于操作，成本低廉，便于在临床进行，但在检测效率和检测用时方面差强人意。分子生物学及其他新型技术在保持高特异性和敏感性的基础上能做到快速、高通量检测，但试验检测的成本高，需专业设备和人员，部分技术在碳青霉烯酶检测领域仍有待开发。当前，多种碳青霉烯酶的检测方法可针对不同的需求和目的，并没有一项检测能满足所有情况。进行检测时，试验所需时间、操作难度、经济成本等都需列入考量，应根据实际情况选择合适的检测方法。笔者通过结合当前背景，归纳总结产碳青霉烯酶肠杆菌科细菌的检测方法，从试验特异性与敏感性、可操作性、检测时间、试验成本等方面分析比较各个方法特点，以期为之后新的检测方法的开发及现有方法的改良研究提供切入点，为临床监测与检测方案的制定和实行提供思路。

腐殖酸与EDTA对高铁酸钾降解水中孔雀石绿影响的研究

在高铁酸钾与孔雀石绿的质量比为10∶1,pH值为7.0的条件下,考察腐殖酸与EDTA对高铁酸钾降解水体中孔雀石绿的影响。结果表明,加入少量的腐殖酸和EDTA溶液,孔雀石绿溶液的吸光度降低,有利于高铁酸钾对孔雀石绿的降解;EDTA的加入量过多时,反而抑制高铁酸钾对孔雀石绿的降解;加入2.0 mL腐殖酸和4.0 mL EDTA溶液降解2 h效果较好。     

Infection of human enterovirus 71 in immunosuppressed rhesus monkeys

AIM: To investigate the infection process of human enterovirus 71 (EV71) in a rhesus monkey model of immunosuppression.METHODS: The monkey immunosuppression model was established by oral administration of cyclosporin A at a daily dose of 15 mg/kg for 7 days. Fourteen days after inoculation of EV71 FY23 strain via respiratory and digestive tracts, the infectious monkeys were sacrificed, and then the pathological changes of systemic organs were observed and the viral analysis in different tissues was performed.RESULTS: Compared with the experimental group without cyclosporin A, more positive results were observed in the immunosuppressed monkeys, such as more severe clinical symptoms, higher viral load/antigen expression and more pathological changes in the organs.CONCLUSION: The findings of the viral multiplication in the host provide evidence for evaluation of EV71 vaccine, and also indicate the delimitation for the population using EV71 vaccine in future.     

乌鲁木齐市空气污染成因及防治对策探讨

分析了乌鲁木齐市1999～2009年间每年以及2005～2007年各月份空气环境质量中主要污染物SO2、NO2、PM10的监测结果 ;探讨了造成该市空气污染的自然条件、城市功能布局、能源结构、供热点分布、移动源、监测和治理能力等因素,并从改善生态环境、优化工业布局、加强污染治理、调整能源结构、推进节能工作、防治机动车尾气排放、提高监测能力及公众意识等方面提出了污染防治的对策和建议。     

固相微萃取法测定卷烟主流烟气中的游离烟碱

通过顶空固相微萃取进样器（HS-SPME）对卷烟主流烟气剑桥滤片中的游离烟碱进行萃取，并用气相色谱/质谱（GC/MS）进行外标法定量分析，对溶剂、萃取纤维、预平衡时间、萃取时间、萃取温度、脱附时间等分析条件进行了优化.同时建立了滤片不同含水量对游离烟碱测定影响的校正曲线，根据实际样品主流烟气粒相物水分的含量对游离烟碱的测定值进行校正，实现了对游离烟碱存在环境无干扰的条件下简便、快速、准确测定卷烟主流烟气粒相物中的游离烟碱.以参比卷烟3R4F为实际样品进行测定时，本方法的RSD为8.3%，检测限和定量限分别为0.2 μg/支和0.5 μg/支.

从天葵药材的解剖结构探讨其形态本质

天葵"块根"是由主根及下胚轴共同膨大形成,天葵药材的形态本质应为肉质直根。天葵肉质直根的增粗主要原因是由于木薄壁细胞产生三生形成层,形成大量三生维管束;以及次生韧皮部和次生木质部中薄壁细胞的不断增加。
