水土流失区建立新的生态环境途径的探讨——以鲁山县楼子河试验区为例

本文以鲁山县楼子河试验区为例,剖析了该试验区生态环境遭受严重破坏的原因,主要是由于人为不合理的社会经济活动的影响,加陡坡开荒、毁林毁草,掠夺式的获取薪材等。为了实现农业生态系统的良性循环,促进农林牧副诸业的发展,笔者根据楼子河试验区因地制宜综合治理的经验,提出了水土流失区建立新的生态环境的途径和措施。     

Effect of soil moisture during stratification on dormancy release in seeds of five common weed species

Although the effects of cold stratification on the release of physiological dormancy in seeds have been studied extensively, knowledge of the role of soil moisture content on seed dormancy release during cold stratification is limited. Our study determined seed dormancy characteristics and the effect of soil moisture content on seed dormancy breakage during cold stratification in the five common weed species Amaranthus retroflexus, Chenopodium album, Chenopodium hybridum, Plantago lanceolata and Setaria glauca. Seeds of all five species were dormant at the time of harvest and their germination response to light and temperature varied. Soil moisture content had a significant effect on seed dormancy release of all species except P. lanceolata. Germination percentage of A. retroflexus, C. album, C. hybridum increased and then decreased as soil moisture content increased, regardless of germination test temperature. The optimal soil moisture content and seed moisture content for dormancy breakage of A. retroflexus, C. album, C. hybridum were 8%, 12%, 8% and 22.0%, 37.7%, 25.7% respectively. Dry storage (after‐ripening) significantly increased germination of S. glauca. Moreover, increasing soil moisture content first slowed and then increased dormancy breakage in S. glauca. These results suggest that data on soil moisture content should be incorporated into models that predict weed seed dormancy breakage and timing of seedling emergence as well as those for weed management.     

‘巨峰’葡萄主梢和副梢花器官与种子发育的研究

 ‘巨峰’葡萄主梢花粉粒大于副梢, 花粉染色率与副梢差异不显著, 发芽率低于副梢, 但花粉发芽率不影响种子的形成。主梢小花雌蕊在减数分裂后形成的功能大孢子小于副梢。同时开花前主梢胚囊的发育状况优于副梢, 开花期正常胚囊率主梢也明显低于副梢。因此, 开花前后主梢异常胚囊的出现是导致受精发生障碍并使结籽率低下的原因。     

喹烯酮的研究及其在生产中的应用

喹烯酮是一种新型药物饲料添加剂,具有抑制有害菌,保护有益菌的作用,能够促进动物机体生长,提高饲料转化效率。文章对喹烯酮的物理和化学性质、作用机理、检测方法、代谢、毒性等以及在动物养殖生产中的应用进行了论述,以期为喹烯酮在生产中更加合理、广泛的应用提供依据。     

中国麇鹿朊蛋白核心片段的原核克隆表达与纯化

从采取的新鲜麋鹿血液中提取麋鹿基因组DNA,通过PCR的方法从麋鹿基因组中扩增麋鹿PrP蛋白核心片段的DNA,并分别在引物的5′和3′端引入EcoRⅠ和HindⅢ两个酶切位点,下游引物将原序列TATTAC突变为TAAT从变成两个终止密码子。通过两个酶切位点将麋鹿PrP蛋白核心片段DNA连接到pET-32a（＋）,转化DH5α,通过酶切鉴定和PCR鉴定,筛选出阳性克隆送菌液测序,从测序结果分析阳性克隆是否符合要求。测序正确后将核心片段基因连接到pET-32a（＋）,阳性质粒命名为MPrP-pET-32a（＋）,阳性质粒转化E.coli BL21（DE3）,进行诱导表达、蛋白质纯化鉴定。     

猪市行情难以再有大反弹

2005年10月以来，猪价掉头直下。截至2006年5月下旬，猪价已惨不忍睹，不少地区三元活猪价跌破6元／kg，土猪活猪价甚至跌破4元／kg。猪产业链上的诸多环节——养殖、饲料加工、原料，等等，均苦不堪言。     

杨梅属植物共生结瘤固氮研究进展

杨梅属35个种中有28个种能与Frankia放线菌共生结瘤固氮。根据有关文献从杨梅属植物共生固氮根瘤及其内生放线菌的形态结构、杨梅属植物根瘤内生放线菌的分类地位、杨梅属植物共生固氮放线菌的生理生化特性、环境条件对杨梅属植物根瘤共生固氮的影响以及分子生物学方法在杨梅属植物根瘤共生固氮放线菌中的应用等方面作了较为详细的阐述。     

蜂胶化学成分的最新研究进展

近年来蜂胶的化学成分，尤其是来自热带地区的蜂胶化学成分已成为国外蜂胶研究的热点。蜂胶的化学成分主要包括黄酮类化合物，芳香酸与芳香酸酯、醛与酮类化合物、脂肪酸与脂肪酸脂、萜类化合物、甾体化合物、氮基酸、糖类化合物、烃类化合物、醇和酚类及其它化合物。本文综述了近年来国外蜂胶化学成分的最新研究进展。     

Molecular cloning and expression of kidney‐type glutaminase from common carp (Cyprinus carpio) and its up‐regulation by glutamine in primary culture enterocyte

Glutaminase (GLS) is the key enzyme of glutamine (Gln) metabolism and utilization. In this study, a cDNA encoding GLS protein was identified from common carp Cyprinus carpio intestine. The open reading frame of GLS cDNA encodes a polypeptide of 595 amino acids, which shows a high similarity with its zebrafish Danio rerio counterpart. Bioinformatic analysis showed the protein belongs to kidney‐type GLS. The putative protein has glutaminase domain and ankyrin repeats domain, which are highly conserved among vertebrate orthologues. Real‐time quantitative PCR analysis revealed that the abundance of GLS mRNA was the highest in the white muscle, followed by the brain, eyeball and pituitary. Glutaminase was ubiquitously expressed in all intestinal segments of common carp. The activity of GLS did not distribute uniformly along the entire length of the intestine. In primary culture enterocyte, and the expression of GLS mRNA is up‐regulated quickly and effectively by Gln.
