Clonal production and organization of inhibitory interneurons in the neocortex

The neocortex contains excitatory neurons and inhibitory interneurons. Clones of neocortical excitatory neurons originating from the same progenitor cell are spatially organized and contribute to the formation of functional microcircuits. In contrast, relatively little is known about the production and organization of neocortical inhibitory interneurons. We found that neocortical inhibitory interneurons were produced as spatially organized clonal units in the developing ventral telencephalon. Furthermore, clonally related interneurons did not randomly disperse but formed spatially isolated clusters in the neocortex. Individual clonal clusters consisting of interneurons expressing the same or distinct neurochemical markers exhibited clear vertical or horizontal organization. These results suggest that the lineage relationship plays a pivotal role in the organization of inhibitory interneurons in the neocortex.     

Polycrystalline CVD Diamond Films with High Electrical Mobility

Advances in the deposition process have led to dramatic improvements in the electronic properties of polycrystalline diamond films produced by chemical vapor deposition (CVD). It is now possible to produce CVD diamond with properties approaching those of IIa natural diamonds. The combined electron-hole mobility, as measured by transient photoconductivity at low carrier density, is 4000 square centimeters per volt per second at an electric field of 200 volts per centimeter and is comparable to that of the best single-crystal IIa natural diamonds. Carrier lifetimes measured under the same conditions are 150 picoseconds for the CVD diamond and 300 picoseconds for single-crystal diamond. The collection distance at a field of 10 kilovolts per centimeter is 15 micrometers for the CVD diamond as compared to 30 micrometers for natural diamonds. The electrical qualities appear to correlate with the width of the diamond Raman peak. Also, although the collection distance at the highest fields in the films nearly equals the average grain size, there is no evidence of deleterious grain boundary effects.

橡胶树新种质主要性状鉴定评价报告(Ⅰ)--1986年定植大田新种质鉴定评价

对我国1986年定植于大田鉴定评价圃的14份橡胶树新种质的产量、乳管数及生长势等性状进行了鉴定。结果表明：1、3、7和9号的生长势优于对照品种RRIM600，其中，7、9号种质的平均茎围与对照差异达到显著；Amazon野生橡胶树种质干胶产量均不及对照品种RRIM600，最好的1份种质平均干胶产量3．6kg／株，为对照品种RRIM600的88．7％，但二者差异不显著；除10、12和13号3份种质的乳管数相对较优外，其它新种质的乳管列数和乳管个数均明显少于对照。综合评价1、3、7和9号种质生长较快，9号种质产胶潜力相对较好，10、12和13号3份种质其乳管数相对较优。     

双峰驼血液蛋白多态性遗传的研究(摘要)

作者对136峰双峰驼的血液蛋白多态性作了分析,通过聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳测定血红蛋白(Hb)、血清白蛋白(Alb)、后白蛋白(Pa)和运转蛋白(Tf)得出的结果表明:双峰驼的Hb,Alb,Pa和Tf只有一种基因型,而且全部纯合,不表现多态性现象。同时还发现6个月以下的幼驼没有驼羔血红蛋白存在。     

添加己酸和盐酸对玉米秸秆青贮饲料质量的影响

通过测定盐酸、己酸处理的玉米秸秆青贮饲料的pH值、含水率、有机酸含量及组成、干物质消失率、NDF瘤胃降解率、干物质回收率和青贮饲料化学成分，研究了盐酸、己酸的处理对玉米秸秆青贮饲料质量的影响。试验结果表明：在玉米秸秆青贮饲料中添加盐酸，降低了青贮饲料中乳酸占总酸的比例和干物质回收率，并使青贮饲料的细胞壁物质含量显著增加，明显降低了玉米秸秆青贮饲料的质量；己酸的添加对青贮饲料质量无显著影响(P＞0．05)；盐酸和己酸的共同处理除了明显改善青贮饲料的色泽、气味和质地外，还可明显降低青贮饲料中OB，ADF和ADL的含量(P＞0．05)，显著提高了青贮饲料的营养价值。

Sinapine detection in radish taproot using surface desorption atmospheric pressure chemical ionization mass spectrometry

Plant research and natural product detection are of sustainable interests. Benefited by direct detection with no sample preparation, sinapine, a bioactive chemical usually found in various seeds of Brassica plants, has been unambiguously detected in radish taproot (Raphanus sativus) tissue using a liquid-assisted surface desorption atmospheric pressure chemical ionization mass spectrometry (DAPCI-MS). A methanol aqueous solution (1:1) was nebulized by a nitrogen sheath gas toward the corona discharge, resulting in charged ambient small droplets, which affected the radish tissue for desorption/ionization of analytes on the tissue surface. Thus, sinapine was directly detected and identified by tandem DAPCI-MS experiments without sample pretreatment. The typical relative standard deviation (RSD) of this method for sinapine detection was 5-8% for six measurements (S/N=3). The dynamic response range was 10(-12)-10(-7) g/cm2 for sinapine on the radish skin surface. The discovery of sinapine in radish taproot was validated by using HPLC-UV methods. The data demonstrated that DAPCI assisted by solvent enhanced the overall efficiency of the desorption/ionization process, enabling sensitive detection of bioactive compounds in plant tissue.     

锤片式粉碎机分段圆弧筛片设计与粉碎性能试验

针对锤片式粉碎机工作过程中物料环流层影响粉碎性能的特点,设计了分段圆弧筛片代替环形平筛,使锤筛间隙不断变化,破坏环流层,改善粉碎机性能。试验研究表明,针对4KB型锤片式粉碎机设计的15种分段圆弧筛片中,当分段圆弧半径为76mm,间距为97mm时,粉碎机的生产率最高,比环形平筛增加了29.8%,度电产量增加了26.6 %,过度粉碎现象得到了改善,物料粒度也比较均匀,温升明显降低。
