植酸酶在畜牧业上的研究与应用

大量研究结果显示,植酸酶在动物生产和环境保护方面具有很好的应用前景。本文就植酸酶的种类和来源、理化特性、作用机理以及在畜牧业上的应用作一简要综述。     

水稻同核异质雄性不育系的细胞质遗传效应与细胞学研究

 对所构建的7种水稻同核异质雄性不育系进行细胞质遗传效应研究,包括主要生长特性和农艺性状、与恢复系测配的影响以及花粉发育的细胞学观察。结果表明,7种同核异质不育系的播始历期为81~83 d,剑叶长为25.10 ~29.40 cm,穗长为21.45 ~24.30 cm,株高为80.60 ~94.13 cm,每穗粒数在163.2~222.1。与恢复系辐恢838和绵恢725进行测配,结果表明用绵恢725配组时,各组合的生育期为113~115 d,剑叶长和剑叶宽2个性状与用辐恢838配组时类似。最主要的差别在株高、有效穗、每穗粒数、每穗实粒数、结实率和千粒重等几个性状。总体看株高明显下降,每穗粒数和实粒数显著增加,而结实率和千粒重多数不如用辐恢838配组的组合。用7种同核异质雄性不育系混合后与单一恢复系配组,在实践中是可行的。细胞学观察结果表明,同核异质雄性不育系花粉粒败育开始在单核期,92%以上为典败。花粉粒败育时,维管束的结构被彻底破坏。由此推断,所用的同核异质雄性不育系的败育应该同维管束的不正常发育有关,其败育机理应该是相同的。

Characteristics of Brittle Failure and Stress Drop Under Triaxial Loading and Unloading

The characteristics of deformation failure and stress brittle drop of granite under loading and unloading conditions are studied respectively based on two unloading stress path cases and conventional triaxial compression experiments. The experiments show that the primary deformation of rock is rebound or tension in the (main) unloading direction, but plastic deformation in the non or sub unloading direction is not significant. And the curves of stress strain after peak strength present obvious brittle. Whilst the primary deformation of rock under loading is axial pressure deformation, and plastic deformation increases with the raise of confining pressure. The fracture is characterized by strong tensile, and all tensile cracks are fully developed. Furthermore, when the rock samples are unloaded in two directions, and even normal to unloading direction, sub unloading annular tensile cracks are produced. The shear fractures is obvious comparatively when confining pressure becomes higher, and it develops following tensile cracks with more micro tension cracks formed in two sides along shear plane. But the fracture is characterized by shear under conventional triaxial compression with little tensile cracks; the coefficients of brittles stress drop of granite is increased with the growth of confining pressure under conventional triaxial compression and reduced under unloading. When the initial confining pressure is the same, the coefficients of brittles stress drop under unloading is less than that under loading. In SchemeⅡ, the coefficients of brittles stress drop reaches negative when initial confining pressure is up to 30 MPa, and the one （R）is RⅢ>RⅠ>RⅡ in three test cases.     

Localization Band Angle Prediction With Three invariant Model

The prediction with RR’s two invariant Model are smaller than the data, while it can catch the trend of linear increase in band angle with increasing mean stress for fixed values of the least compressive stress and a decrease with increasing values of the least compressive stress.Based on the RR’s two invariant Model, with a Lode angle as the third invariant and the more complicated yield condition, true trixial compression test was carried out.And three invariant model was proposed in good agreement between real data and predictions.     

Damage Identification for Guyed Mast Based on WVD Cross term Statistic Distinction

The relative alteration of Wigner Ville Distribution cross term statistic was proposed for damage detection of guyed masts. And numerical analysis and experimental study were carried out with the case of the aero navigating guyed mast in Fuling District. It was found that not only the shaft’s damage of different location and degree, but also the local damage of different type could be identified with the relative alteration of WCS accurately. The accuracy and sensitivity of the identification can be improved by increasing the guy’s initial pre tensions. The damage identification test can quantify the damage extent of simulation. And it was indicated that the WCS index can identify the local damage of guyed mast and the results of damage identification were in good agreement with those of numerical analysis.     

Study on NO2 gas sensing characteristics of In doped ZnO thin films prepared by RF magnetron sputtering

In doped ZnO thin films were prepared on glass substrate by RF magnetron sputtering. The result of XRD and AFM shows that the films are polycrystalline with high c axis orientation. The study of gas sensing reveals that the films are sensitive to NO2 and the best sensibility occurs at 273 ℃; the sensibility is concerned with the concentration of NO2 and the film thickness. The ZnO∶In films are more sensitive to the NO2 gas with higher concentration of NO2 and thinner films have a better sensitivity. Exposed to 2×10-5 NO2 at 273 ℃, the 90nm thick film has a sensibility of 16, indicating that ZnO∶In films can be used to measure NO2 with a low concentration.

医疗保险对长期住院贫困精神分裂症患者的影响

目的了解长期住院的贫困精神分裂症患者在参投医疗保险后,其临床治疗与生活质量的变化。方法以在中山市第三人民医院住院2a以上并在2008年1月1日至2008年6月30日间参投医疗保险的精神分裂症患者为研究对象,对其参保前后的住院医疗费用、抗精神病药物使用情况、医疗相关服务、药物副反应、临床疗效、生活质量等方面进行自身对照比较。结果患者投入的医疗费用增加（P〈0．01）,抗精神病药物使用以非典型为主,药物副反应减少（P〈0．01）,生活质量有所提高（P〈0．05）。结论医疗保险对长期住院贫困精神分裂症患者的康复治疗及生活质量有积极影响。
