油锯产品减振降噪研究现状与发展趋势

油锯是林业、农业辅助作业中的重要工具。针对油锯减振降噪问题，综述了油锯产品减振降噪研究成果和现状及目前研究存在的问题，并指出了油锯减振降噪研究的发展趋势。     

Development of a Non-Pollution Orange Fruit Expert System Software Based on ASP.NET

Based on ASP. NET, a orange fruit tree fertilizer expert system software was developed. The system could simulate and decide an annual fertilization plan for young and mature trees in terms of geographical position and climate. This paper introduced the design conditions, framework, production, and deployment of the system. It exhibited characters of orange specialty and was a typical online agriculture expert system. The use of the system for orange fruit management could decrease production cost, guarantee orange quality and improve economical benefit at the same time. Farmer using the system saved N input by 41-238 g/plant, P2O5 input 3-24 g/plant, and K2O input 1-36 g/plant, and got higher yield by 6-17 kg/plant.

佛山新城滨河景观带设施和功能优化

滨河景观带是佛山新城的城市绿色客厅,是展现城市风格和景观的重要窗口。基于佛山新城滨河景观带的建设现状,分析了其存在的不足,结合国内外有代表性的城市公园调研工作,对新城滨河景观带改进配套设施、拓展功能以及提高管理服务提出优化建议,以期为其他城市公园起到较好的引领作用和示范意义。     

鸡传染性支气管炎病毒HH06株膜蛋白多克隆抗体制备及生物学功能研究

文章通过RT-PCR方法扩增传染性支气管炎病毒（IBV）HH06株M全长基因，经抗原性和亲水性分析，将M部分序列成功亚克隆于pET-30a（+）和PVAX1载体中。将阳性重组质粒pET30a-M转化E. coli Rosetta （DE3）感受态细胞，诱导表达获得20 ku重组M蛋白。Western blot检测表明，重组蛋白能够与IBV参考阳性血清反应。以纯化重组M蛋白免疫新西兰白兔制备多克隆抗体，其ELISA效价达到1??218；Western blot结果证实，其具有良好的反应性和特异性。间接免疫荧光试验表明，抗M蛋白多克隆抗体可检测到PVAX-M1转染BHK-21细胞表达的M蛋白，与IBV HH06毒株具有很好的特异性反应。病毒感染抑制试验表明，多抗血清对IBV Beaudette株的抑制率可达到25.9%。为IBV检测及M蛋白功能的研究奠定基础。     

社区体育健身俱乐部服务绩效评价指标体系研究

采用文献研究法、问卷调查、实地考察以及访谈等方法，深入我国各地各个社区内部，了解社区体育健身俱乐部的在服务绩效评估体系中存在的问题，并提出切实可行的解决办法，为提高我国社区体育健身俱乐部的服务水平提供改进建议。     

铀矿资源勘探智能电极的研究与设计

目前国内市场大多数铀矿资源勘探仪器所用电极都是普通的电极,需要人工分配布点,人工调整电极顺序,给测量人员带来极大不便。介绍了一种通过用A/D采集线上电压,和标准值进行比较,根据其结果来判断是否驱动继电器动作的方法,以实现自动辨别极化电极、不极化电极并且自动切换两种电极的智能电极,为测量过程节省大量人力、物力。     

基于ZigBee的液肥变量深施系统设计与试验

为了提高液肥深施效率,设计了一种基于ZigBee的液肥变量深施系统.该系统采用远程电脑终端与STM32F103RET6控制器同步结合实现液肥输出监测与控制:监控液肥水位值的同时利用流量传感器采集当前流量值,并通过ZigBee无线通讯协议传输数据;根据流量预设值,利用增量式PID算法动态调整变频器频率,最终使试验系统能够精确控制液肥流量输出.在试验系统的基础上,通过液肥深施试验以探讨施肥深度、变频器频率、注肥压力、系统用泵的回水开度等参数对流量精确控制的影响,并利用试验数据建立精准控制流量的数学模型.果园试验结果表明,液肥变量深施系统整机施肥精度最高可达99.52%,单次施肥的液肥损耗量最大值为0.22 L/min;在改变施肥深度的情况下,系统液肥输出流量的最大差值为0.15 L/min,变频器频率的最大差值为0.79 Hz.在改变回水开度的情况下,确定了试验中系统的最佳工作参数,即回水开度在40%时,系统工作最为稳定,流量输出误差小,液肥损耗量少.     

Comparative Effects of Porcine Oocytes Vitrified at the GV and MⅡ Stages

This study was designed to compare the efficiency of porcine oocytes vitrified at the GV and MⅡ stages. The vitrified GV oocytes were matured in vitro and then evaluated their cortical granule distribution with immunofluorescence, CD9 protein level with Western blotting and zona pellucida dissolution time with pronse digestion method, as compared to vitrified MⅡ oocytes.The results showed that the survival percentages of oocytes vitrified at the GV stage were significantly lower than those vitrified at the MⅡ stage after 2 h of warming (P<0.05);However, there was no difference in maturation rate between vitrified and fresh oocytes (P>0.05). The oocytes vitrified at MⅡ stage resulted in significantly decreased normal cortical granule distribution and CD9 protein level (P<0.05), but no such results were found in vitrified GV oocytes after maturation (P>0.05). In addition, vitrification did not affect the dissolution time of zona pellucida in GV and MⅡ oocytes (P>0.05). The data demonstrated that despite of lower survival rate compared with MⅡ oocytes, vitrified porcine GV oocytes after maturation showed normal polar body extrusion, cortical granule distribution and CD9 protein level.
