蚕品种选育多用途化发展趋势

为了满足蚕桑生产发展多元化和提升改造传统蚕桑业发展需要开展的特殊用途蚕品种选育进展迅速,本文就以蚕丝生产为目的如雄蚕品种、细纤度蚕品种、粗纤度蚕品种、人工饲料育品种及广食性蚕品种、天然彩色茧蚕品种等的选育,以及非蚕丝生产为目的如吐平面丝蚕品种、吐丝胶茧蚕品种、生物反应器专用蚕品种、药食专用蚕品种等育种研究进展进行概述.     

Effect of NOS on podocytes in hyperlipidemia rats and the protection of simvastatin in podocyte damage

AIM: To investigate the possible effect of hyperlipidemia on golmerular podocytes,the nitric oxide synthase (NOS) availability and the synthesis of NOS in podocyte damage by hyperlipidemia,further to study the protective effect of simvastatin on podocytes.METHODS: 4 groups of Wistar rats were fed high fat diet for 18 weeks.Serum lipid,urinary protein excretion and renal pathological changes were detected.Immunohistochemistry was used to determine the expression of desmin.The expression of nNOS was detected by Western blotting.RESULTS: The level of serum lipid was increased significantly in hyperlipidemic group and treated group after 4 weeks (P<0.01) and was decreased significantly in simvastatin treated group compared with hyperlipidemic group (P<0.01).Podocyte injury was detected under electronic microscopy in hyperlipidemic group after 4 weeks,and the injury became more serious during the lasting time.The expression of desmin was increased in hyperlipidemic group after 4 weeks,and the level was significantly decreased in treated groups (P<0.01).The urinary protein excretion was increased significantly after 6 weeks (P<0.01),and the level was significantly lower in treated groups (P<0.01).The expression of nNOS was significantly decreased in hyperlipidemic and treated groups (P<0.01),and the level significantly decreased in simvastatin group (P<0.01).CONCLUSION: Hyperlipidemia induces podocyte injury.The injury seems to be associated with NO deficiency and decreased renal NOS activity.The injury can be relieved by simvastatin.     

The anticancer activity of genistein on implanted tumor of human primary gastric carcinoma cells in nude mice

AIM: To investigate the apoptosis of implanted tumor of primary human gastric cancer cells in nude mice induced by genistein and the relation between this apoptosis and expression of bcl-2 and bax.METHODS: Establishing a transplanted tumor model by injecting human primary gastric cancer cells into subcutaneous tissue of nude mice.The different doses of genistein (0.5mg/kg,1mg/kg and 1.5 mg/kg ) were directly injected beside tumor body respectively,for six times at an interval of two days.Then changes of tumor volume were measured continuously and tumor inhibition rate of each group was calculated.We observed the morphologic alteration by electron microscope,measured the apoptotic rate by TUNEL staining method,detected the expression of apoptosis-regulated gene bcl-2 and bax by immunohistochemical staining and RT-PCR.RESULTS: Genistein could significantly inhibit carcinoma growth when it was injected near the carcinoma.Genistein induced implanted tumors cells to undergo apoptosis with apoptotic characteristics by transmission electron microscope.The apoptosis index of above three groups was increased progressively.Positive rate of Bcl-2 protein of above three groups was decreased progressively and positive rate of Bax protein of above three groups was increased progressively by immunohistochemical staining.The density of bcl-2 mRNA decreased progressively and the density of bax mRNA increased progressively with elongation of time by RT-PCR.CONCLUSION: Genistein is able to induce the apoptosis of transplanted tumor cells.This apoptosis may be mediated by down-regulating bcl-2 and up-regulating bax mRNA and its protein.

纤维亚麻新品种云亚1号选育报告

纤维亚麻新品种云亚1号(原代号YY-1)是从引入材料8323-11的自然变异后代中经系统选育而成的云南省首个自主知识产权的亚麻新品种.该品种两年多点试验结果:平均原茎产量11772.0k9/hm2,较对照增产3.04%;全麻率29.61%,较对照提高1.46个百分点;平均纤维产量2679.8kg/hm2,较对照增产9.11%.纤维断裂强力值为225N.     

大豆杀虫剂氧化乐果降解菌的分离

采用富集驯化培养方法,从哈尔滨农药厂污水处理池的活性污泥中筛选获得2株能彻底降解氧化乐果的菌株.氧化乐果浓度为100 mg·L-1时,两株菌在1 d内可完成降解,氧化乐果浓度为400 mg·L-1时,两株菌在3 d内可完成降解,浓度在1 000 mg·L-1时7 d内可完成降解,浓度达2 000 mg·L-1时7 d内降解率可分别达到75.28%和72.42%;当农药浓度较高时,菌株生长速度表现为延后.降解谱实验表明:菌株具有较宽的有机磷农药降解谱;通过生理生化分析及16S同源性分析发现,这两株菌与假单胞菌属和气球菌属极其相似.     

试谈提高计算机文献信息检索实习教学效果的途径

根据教学实践，探讨了提高计算机文献信息检索实习教学效果的途径。认为通过拓宽教学内容，改进教学方法；健全实习设施；编制实习指导手册；合理安排实习内容和实习作业；提高指导教师的综合素质等途径可以明显地提高计算机文献信息检索实习的教学效果。     

豚草化学防除效果研究

采取目前湖北市场上常见的几种除草剂对豚草进行防除,其结果表明:20%克芜踪的灭杀效果最好,第7 d可达100%;而加少许中性洗衣粉的10%草甘膦对豚草的灭杀效果比不加洗衣粉的效果更为明显,但总体防效均较克芜踪缓慢。
