2012年我国蒜薹产业产贮销情况回顾与2013年前景分析

回顾2012年我国蒜薹产业的产贮销情况,总结蒜薹营销及贮藏的经验教训,剖析2013年蒜薹收贮及销售市场的影响因素,提出今后蒜薹产业可持续发展的一些思考,旨在为我国蒜薹产业的良性发展提供有益的参考与启示。     

基于SSR分子标记的杜仲遗传多样性体系建立

In order to set up the genetic diversity system of Eucommia ulmoides Oliver based on SSR molecular markers, the establishment of SSR-PCR reaction system and screening out SSR marker primer showing high polymorphism were studied. A L₉(3⁴) orthogonal design was performed to optimize the main factors of the SSR-PCR reaction system. The results indicated that the best SSR-PCR reaction system for E.ulmoides was DNA template 1 μL (30~60 ng·μL^-1), 2×Taq PCR Master Mix 10 μL, primer 1 μL with the total volume of 25 μL. The PCR reaction system had high stability and repeatability, the pairs of SSR primers with high polymorphism were gotten. The 8 E.ulmoides samples' DNA sequence was amplified with 13 pairs of SSR primers by SSR-PCR technique, 34 alleles were detected, 2.6 alleles were detected from per site on average. Each allele's effective number was 1.751 5, and the h value was 0.379 8, the average I value was 0.643 3. This study is helpful in using SSR molecular marker to analyze genetic diversity and genetic relationship in E. ulmoides.     

陕西天华山国家自然保护区两栖爬行动物区系特性和分布

通过调查和查阅资料,分析研究了天华山自然保护区两栖爬行动物区系特性和分布,表明天华山自然保护区有两栖动物8种,隶属2目5科6属;爬行动物21种,隶属2目6科17属;区系为以东洋界区系为主,具有复杂性和多样性;两栖爬行动物的垂直分布不明显.对两栖爬行动物的保护提出了建议,以期使两栖爬行动物得到有效保护并充分发挥它们的生态、经济效益.

Control strategy for starting up of pure electric vehicle

In order to solve the problem of large jerk and easy slipping down on the ramp in the starting process of the pure electric vehicle,starting up control strategy of pure electric vehicles is established on the basis of meeting the driver’s driving intentions. The starting process of pure electric vehicle is divided into mode without throttle opening and mode with throttle opening. And corresponding control strategies for the two modes are formulated respectively. The starting performance of pure electric vehicle adopting the control strategy is analyzed. The results show that the strategy satisfies the requirements of smoothness and safety well in the starting process of the pure electric vehicle.     

Analysis on the export characteristics and internal flow of circumferential micro-turbines

Circumferential micro-turbine adapts to miniaturization as it has simple structure. To evaluate and improve the six-blade micro-turbine structure and analyze the influence of tip clearance on the flow, To simulate the output characteristics and gas flow characteristics, a three-dimensional transient numerical simulation model is set up and the output characteristics and gas flow characteristics are simulated. Results show that the six-blade turbine has structural defect. Parts of gas directly exhaust without working because intake port and exhaust have periodic connectivity while running. Simulation results for the improved eight-blade micro-turbine reveal that it hasnt such defects. Then, the effect to pressure drop of tip gap is simulated, and results show that the influence is nonlinear. As the gap is less than 0.01, the pressure drop is very sensitive to the gap. When gap is greater than 0.02, its impact is very small. Simulation and experimental results both show that the output mechanical power of the eight-blade turbine and six-blade turbine increases with the increase of gas flow. The eight-blade turbine mechanical power is 1 355 mW, which is increased 10.5% over the six-blade turbine. The power output start flow of eight-blade turbine is 140 L/h, while that of six-blade turbine is 200L/h. The performance of eight-blade turbine is better than that of six-blade turbine.     

城镇化建设中工业遗产的保护与利用途径——以木鱼石矿区为例

随着时间的更迭与前进,城镇化建设中产生了大量面临淘汰或闲置的工业遗产．它们承载了各种不同的经验与文化累积,对于复兴城市经济活力、延续城市文脉有着极其重要的意义。但是这些具有历史意义与价值的对象有些面临淘汰,有些被保存的工业遗产,从保护的实质层面而言,则缺乏尊重文脉、注重可持续发展的理念。作者以木鱼石矿区为例,不仅关注有形的物质形态的保护与利用,还关注精神与历史记忆的保存,并从更全面地视角,提出了工业遗产保护与利用的途径,为城镇化建设中的工业遗产研究提供了新的思路和可能。     

长春市道路绿化树种黑皮油松受害分析及保护建议

以长春市道路绿化树种黑皮油松为材料,对其受害原因进行调查分析,结果表明：黑皮油松受害的主要原因是生理干旱,造成黑皮油松生理干旱的直接原因是土壤中盐分的过度积累,冬季融雪剂的过量使用是造成街路绿化带中土壤盐分过量的主要原因。     

珍珠豆型花生品种白沙1016核型分析

珍珠豆型花生白沙1016是重要的花生种质资源.利用高度保守的重复序列5S和45SrDNA作探针对白沙1016根尖细胞中期染色体进行荧光原位杂交(FISH)分析,发现两探针在白沙1016的12条染色体上能产生杂交信号,其中1对染色体长臂与短臂、2对染色体短臂、3对染色体长臂具有杂交信号.综合DAPI+染色带纹和染色体长度、臂比、面积等特征,可以将白沙1016大部分染色体区分开,为白沙1016的育种利用提供了染色体遗传分析基础.     

花生根瘤菌的应用效果研究

研究了“富思德”花生根瘤菌与不同氮肥水平的化肥配合施用对花生主要性状和产量的影响,结果表明：（1）花生根瘤菌在常规施肥50％氮肥水平上施用,依然可以提高花生的植株鲜重、根瘤数和出仁率,分别比对照提高27．7％～57．0％、4．9％～132．8％、1．4％～2．0％;（2）花生根瘤菌与化肥配合施用对花生的增产效果明显,比对照增产9．4％～21．2％。
