Removal of Dmethyl Phthalate from Water with Enhanced Coagulation Technology

The removal of Phthalate Esters (PAEs) from water was measured by using enhanced coagulation technology.Cationic coagulant poly-diallyl-dimethyl-ammonium-chloride (PDMDAAC) and polyacrylamide (CPAM) were employed to remove the dimethyl phthalate (DMP),and the residual concentration of DMP is determined by the high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC).During the coagulation/flocculation process,parameters such as coagulant dosage,pH value,and sedimentation time are investigated.The results show the use of coagulant PDMDAAC/CPAM together has better coagulation effect than PDMDAAC.DMP removal rate is 99.87% when initial DMP concentration is 0.50 mg/L,the addition of a PDMDAAC dosage 50 mg/L,the addition of a CPAM dosage 2.5 mg/L,pH value 6.0 and sedimentation time 3 hours.Therefore,the removal of PAEs by coagulation is effective,and the application of coagulation by PDMDAAC/CPAM in water supply will enhance the removal of PAEs and at the same time reduce the water turbidity.     

Improvement of circulatory circle design method forautomobile hydraulic torque converters

A design method to reduce the circulatory circle axle size for automobile hydraulic torque converters is proposed. According to the beam flow theory, the variety of the axle size has little effect on the characteristics of torque converters. Based on analyzing traditional design method, it’s found that the basic reason for oversize of axle is the unreasonable semi-empirical expression of the first and third arc radius. An improved design semi-empirical expression is proposed for passage car torque converters based on the analysis of several foreign mature torque converters, and an improved design method is established. The improved method is used to design a torque converter, and the results show that the circulation circle axle size reduces about 26% in the condition of keeping the same characteristics of the traditional method. It means the improved design method can better meet the design requirement of automobile torque converters.     

带压电层圆柱形杆中波的传播

基于Hamilton原理的矩阵形式,得到带压电层圆柱形杆中波传播的基本方程式;采用幂级数的不同幂次近似方法表达杆件中的位移函数;通过变分求得特征方程式;进而求得弹性简谐波在带压电层的圆柱杆件中传播时的频散关系和位移场.通过实例计算,得到了压电圆柱杆件中波传播的频散关系,讨论了压电层对波传播的影响.计算结果表明,这种方法能够得到较好的收敛结果.     

黑龙江省乡土杨树与美洲黑杨杂交新品种的选育技术

通过试验和评比,选出了生长性、抗性强的4个杂种无性系,其无性系为苇河大青杨×盖县3、带岭大青杨×山海关2、方正小叶杨×盖县2、苇河大青杨×盖县2.     

高校图书馆网络信息安全的风险与对策

病毒、黑客、内部的误用和滥用等风险，威胁着图书馆网络信息安全。防御这些风险，应从管理和技术两个层面进行，遵循“管理为先，技术为重”的原则，将图书馆网络安全防御技术应用于整个网络中。全局安全网络应具有自动修复功能，对用户接入需求进行有效控制，并建立入侵检测系统对网络安全隐患进行预防。     

53种植物提取物对褐飞虱的杀虫活性测定

用点滴法测定了53种植物66种提取物对褐飞虱的触杀活性。48h校正死亡率大于80％的植物提取物有10种,校正死亡率为50％～80％的植物提取物有10种。进一步测定了有触杀活性的12种植物提取物对褐飞虱的触杀毒力,其中银杏（Ginkgo biloba）叶、厚果鸡血藤（Millettia pachycarpa）种子、广西地不容（Stephania kwangsiensis）块根、黄连（Coptisc胁船瑚括）根的触杀毒力高,LD50值分别为0．0129,0．2519,1．5794和2．0578μg/头。     

中年C57BL/6小鼠焦虑行为改变

利用高架十字迷宫﹑旷场和黑白巷3个任务检测中年C57BL/6小鼠焦虑行为,探索是否有年龄及性别的影响以及3个任务是否具有一致性.结果表明,在高架十字迷宫中15月龄雌鼠进入开放臂的次数显著多于同龄雄鼠和7月龄雌鼠.15月龄鼠在黑白巷任务中的潜伏期和黑端停留的时间明显长于7月龄鼠,主要归因于雄鼠,而15月龄鼠从黑色端至白色端次数少于7月龄鼠,雌雄鼠均有改变.在旷场中,15月龄鼠的潜伏期和周边所花的时间要显著长于7月龄鼠,以雌鼠改变为主.这些结果提示中年C57BL/6小鼠即有焦虑性改变,但改变的方向并不一致,依任务和性别而定.     

串联启动子调控下的t-PAcDNA乳腺定位表达

由牛β-Casein启动子与大鼠WAP启动子串联构建了t-PAcDNA乳腺定位表达载体pSVL-WAPβ-PA，将3种表达载体pSVL-βb-PA,pSVL-WAP-PA及pSVL-WAPβ-PA分别注入怀孕家兔乳腺导管中，溶圈试验结果显示，3种表达载体均能在家兔乳腺中表达，且以分娩后第4d的乳汁中表达水平最高，分别为390，440，450ug.L^-1，本试验为进一步研究t-PA基因乳腺定位表达调控和建立t-PA乳腺生物反应器奠定了基础。     

桑蚕雄蛾酒的急性毒性和应激能力的试验

桑蚕雄蛾与药食两用的中药配制成的桑蚕雄蛾酒，经小鼠的急性毒性试验和应激能力（包括缺氧试验、高温试验和游泳试验）试验表明：桑蚕雄蛾酒的安全性极高；应激能力的提高与对照相比，均达到显著水平（Ｐ＜０．０５）     

球孢链霉菌AM 6的液体发酵条件研究

以PD培养液为测定培养基,采用抑菌圈法测定了球孢链霉菌AM 6在不同培养时间、pH值、温度、通气量下液体发酵产物对烟草赤星病菌孢子的抑制作用.结果表明,AM 6在培养的第96～108 h和132～156 h时分别达到产孢、产素高峰期;pH 9.0、28℃产素最高;通气量少有利于产素.
