中加燕麦种质的遗传多样性和群体结构分析 总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2
为揭示燕麦种质资源的遗传基础,采用内含子切接点引物和长随机引物的PCR分子标记技术,对加拿大和中国的64份燕麦种质的遗传多样性和群体结构进行了分析.结果表明,所用15条引物共扩增出171条带,平均每条引物扩增出11.4条带,其中多态性带共134务,多态性百分比为78.36%.燕麦各种质阃的Dice遗传相似系数分析表明,所有燕麦材料间的遗传相似系数变幅为0.699~0.934,平均值为0.81,表明参试燕麦种质间存在着一定的遗传差异,但遗传差异相对较小.群体结构分析结果表明,所研究的燕麦种质中81.25%的种质血缘相对比较单一,仅18.75%的种质拥有混合来源. 相似文献

In silico mapping for single trait was extended to analyze many agronomic traits in the pedigree of soybean. 26 agronomic
traits were measured and 477 polymorphic markers chosen on public genetic map were genotyped on 14 inbreeding lines in the
pedigree of Suinong14. We firstly determined 6 principal components from 26 agronomic traits using the principal component
analysis and then constructed 6 “super traits” by the multiplication of the vector of the standardized original traits by
the eigenvectors corresponding to the principle components. With in silico mapping, a total of 24 markers distributing on
13 linkage groups were detected separately as QTL responsible for 6 “super traits” and of which 14 QTL performed pleiotrpy.
Tracing the transmission of functional genes in the pedigree, it was found that some genes were capable to explain the genetic
mechanism for the contribution of exotic germplasms and domestic founders to soybean cultivars in the improvement of the performance

A coking plant extended many times, and its capacity of the cooling water system is not match with it, the consumption of new water is much more than that used by others in the same industry. The water system renovation is addressed for an extended coking plant. The installation of two 600 m3/h cooling towers and restoration the existing two cooling towers are to promote the cooling capacity so that the amount of discharge and feed could be reduced. At the same time, the pipe net for waste water reutilisation is installed, by which part of the waste water is reused as supplement water for quenching hot coke and the other was piped to ironworks for reuse. With the field test, the water consumption per ton of coke production is cut down from 9.03 m3 to 3.21 m3. And the annual water saving is more than 6×106 m3. Assessment of the tumorigenesis and drug susceptibility of three new canine mammary tumor cell lines

Three canine mammary tumor (CMT) cell lines, namely DE-E, DE-F and DE-SF, have been established from a surgically excised specimen of a malignant mammary tumor. These CMT cell lines have been cultured for over 200 passages. The cell doubling time was estimated to be approximately 30 h for all three cell lines. DE-E, DE-F and DE-SF were epithelial, fibroblast and spindle fibroblast in morphology, respectively. Under electron microscope, DE-F and DE-SF cells displayed a higher nucleus/cytoplasm ratio as compared with DE-E. Variation in chromosome number was also observed in the three cell lines. In addition to the morphological characteristics, these cell lines displayed differential patterns of several known mammary tumor cell markers. Following xenotransplantation of the CMT cells into nude mice, DE-F and DE-SF developed tumors within 2 weeks, whereas DE-E failed to develop any visible tumor up to 8 weeks after injection. Lastly, the CMT cell lines exhibited differential chemoresistance to several anti-tumor drugs, including melatonin, cyclosporine A, tamoxifen and indole, suggesting that these cell lines can be used as a comparative experimental model for the tumorigenesis of mammary carcinomas and a valuable tool for anti-cancer drug screening. 相似文献
