具有风险相依结构的平衡信度估计

在保险实务中，风险之间具有一定的相依结构. 通过考虑保费的目标估计来对风险保费进行了研究，采用正交投影的方法求解了最优问题，在平衡损失函数下得到了风险等相关的齐次和非齐次信度估计. 结果表明得到的信度估计具有经典信度模型的加权形式.     

Evaluation on Tolerance of Montmorillonite as a Mycotoxin Adsorbent

In order to study the tolerance dose of Kunming mice to montmorillonite as a mycotoxin adsorbent in diets,the experiment selected 60 healthy male Kunming mice with initial average body weight of (17±0.12)g,randomly divided them into 5 treatments with two replicates per group and 6 mice per replicate.Five experimental diets were added to 0 (control group),0.5%,1%,2% and 5% montmorillonite,respectively.After 30 days,the growth performance,nutrients apparent digestibility,serum biochemical indices and internal organization were tested to determine the tolerance dose of montmorillonite for Kunming mice.The results showed that the ADFI was significantly increased in 0.5% group (P< 0.05),while there were no significant differences in ADFI and ADG between 1% group and control group (P> 0.05),then the ADFI was significantly decreased with the increasing of montmorillonite supplemental level (P< 0.05).The ADG in 2% group had no significant difference when compared with the control group (P> 0.05),while significantly lower than that in 0.5% and 1% groups (P< 0.05).The apparent digestibility of DM,CP and EE showed no significant effect at any level of montmorillonite (P> 0.05).Serum ALT,AST activities and MDA content were gradually increased with the montmorillonite supplemental level increasing,and that in 1%,2% and 5% groups were significantly higher than that in control group (P< 0.05),but there were no significant differences between 0.5% group and control group (P> 0.05).Tissue sections showed that mice livers were damaged in varying degrees when the montmorillonite supplemental level was 5%.In conclusion,based on a comprehensive consideration of all indexes,it could be seen that the tolerance dose of the tested montmorillonite for Kunming mice was between 0.5% and 2% when mycotoxin contents in diets were in security range.     

基于分段波形的信号瞬时频率计算方法

针对局部均值分解（Local Mean Decomposition，LMD）中乘积函数（Product Function，PF）分量的瞬时频率计算问题，引入了一种新的信号瞬时频率计算方法.该方法基于分段波形，先将信号分成若干个全波段（full wave），然后以一组递增的反正弦函数定义每个全波段的瞬时相位，进而得到信号的瞬时频率.由该方法得到的瞬时频率理论上是正的、稳定的并且能够确保信号局部特征信息的完整.应用该方法计算了仿真信号和实际齿轮故障振动信号的瞬时频率，并与其他方法求得的瞬时频率进行了对比.结果表明，本文方法非常适合求取信号的瞬时频率.     

鱼肠道弧菌免疫检测方法的研究

采用灭活的鱼肠道弧菌作为抗原,制备兔抗血清,建立了鱼肠道弧菌的间接荧光抗体检测技术(indirect im-munofluorescence assay test,IFAT)、Western-blotting免疫印迹检测技术。IFAT结果显示阳性信号覆盖整个菌体,明亮,清晰,荧光信号呈长弧形且两端钝圆,与鱼肠道弧菌形状一致。Western-blotting结果显示共10条蛋白带发生免疫反应,其中6条蛋白带结果较清晰,显示出较强的特异性免疫反应,阴性对照组无条带。IFAT和Western-blotting结果说明所建立检测方法能够准确、快速的检测出鱼肠道弧菌。     

公司治理、管理者动机与衍生金融工具使用

基于中国上市公司2007~2013年财务数据，研究公司治理对管理者使用衍生金融工具的影响，并结合中国制度背景，深入分析和检验企业产权、政策监管对公司治理效应的影响。实证结果表明，公司治理对管理者使用衍生金融工具的动机存在重要影响，公司治理水平越高，管理者越倾向于利用衍生金融工具避免财务困境风险；相反，管理者越倾向于利用衍生金融工具规避薪酬风险。研究还发现，公司治理的作用机制会受到所有权性质的影响，国有控制属性会弱化公司治理效应，对衍生金融工具交易的政策监管差异是重要原因。

Study on Anti-viral Effect of Rhubarb on Porcine Epidemic Diarrhea Virus in vitro

The inhibitory effects of rhubarb on cell lesion, which was caused by porcine epidemic diarrhea virus (PEDV), and its mechanism had been studied in this research.The maximum safe concentration of rhubarb solution applied to Vero cells was determined through morphological observation, and then the PEDV infected Vero cell model in vitro was established, by which the inhibitory effect of rhubarb on virus was studied.The experimental method had also been established based on this cell model.The result showed that the maximum safe concentration was 3.28 mg/mL.Both morphological observation and MTT assay were indicated that rhubarb could not only block the attachment of the virus to Vero cell and inhibit the synthesis and reproduction of the virus, but also could directly inactivate the virus.This research showed that rhubarb had an inhibitory effect on PEDV, and provided a theoretical basis for the prevention and treatment of clinical porcine epidemic diarrhea.     

云南白雪茶研究现状及开发利用

云南白雪茶是滇西北高寒地区民间特有的一种长期使用的药物和保健饮品,具有茶文化特征.从云南民间的食用经验来看,白雪茶具有显著的清热、止咳、安神等保健作用,现代药理学研究又证明,白雪茶还具有抗炎、解热、抗疲劳、抗辐射、促进免疫等药理学活性.根据雪茶的研究现状对其植物学特性、化学成分、保健作用作了简要的阐述,为以后的开发利用提供了理论依据.     

防护条件下梭梭幼苗生长及养分吸收特性

以新疆古尔班通古特沙漠南缘管件防护与传统移栽2种方式移栽的梭梭幼苗为实验材料,通过野外监测与室内分析,探讨了管件防护条件下梭梭幼苗的生长及养分吸收特性。结果表明:整个生育期内,管件防护梭梭幼苗的各生长指标与传统移栽苗相比,增幅最大的为茎粗,其次为株高。年周期内管件防护梭梭幼苗的生物量呈递增趋势,单株生物量累积可达45.25 g·株~(-1);净增加27.10 g·株~(-1),是传统移栽苗的1.38倍(P0.05)。管件防护梭梭幼苗体内的氮素、磷素、钾素含量呈先升高后降低趋势,在同化枝生长期达到峰值,分别为11.376 g·kg~(-1)、1.066 g·kg~(-1)和23.340 g·kg~(-1),较传统移栽苗高24%、15%和8%,差异显著;而其梭梭幼苗氮素、磷素、钾素的总积累量却呈递增趋势,年净增积累量分别为0.297 g·株~(-1)、0.027 g·株~(-1)和0.560 g·株~(-1),是传统移栽苗的2.23倍、1.72倍和1.65倍;各时期梭梭幼苗体内的氮素、磷素、钾素含量及总积累量均高于传统移栽苗。
