In order to help tourists choose satisfying scenic spots, content hotels, convenient lines and convenient vehicles, vehicle monitoring control and scheduling management system in a scenic area is presented, which dispatches vehicle by appointments and the statistic of tourists at a sight spot and recommends the tour line by broadcasting in vehicle. Vehicle monitoring control and scheduling management system in a scenic area, a integrative vehicle management system, is an integration of GPS, GIS, trunked radio system, a management system of booking room and a tourist statistic system at a sight spot.     

Research on a Novel Inverter of VSC

In order to improve waveform performance of light HVDC system, a lot of switches which operate in high frequency are used, which causes large switching losses and results high cost. A new Buck type voltage source converter(BVSC) is proposed. The new BVSC comprises a dual-buck converter and a three-phase inverter operating in grid frequency. Only two high frequency switches are used, which results good output waveform performance. In order to reduce the high frequency switching losses, a novel improved double-frequency Buck type voltage source converter(DBVSC) is also proposed. An additional dual-Buck converter is added to the BVSC, the added dual-Buck converter deals with the fundamental power that operates in low frequency, and BVSC only deals with harmonic power that operates in high frequency. The output waveform is enhanced and the switching losses are reduced in DBVSC, and the power rating is also increased. The DBVSC is very suitable for large power rating application. The one cycle control theory is adopted to control the proposed DBVSC with analog circuit, which is very simple. The proposed DBVSC and control method are verified by simulation.     

Tentative Research About the Macroscopic Regulating to Blast

The paper analyzes the difference of the pathogenic varieties and the relationship of the variety composition,allording to the historic material to the varieties of the main hybid fece varieties in Southeast Sichuan during 1992 to 1998.It's the first time to advance to use the camparison on rate of pathogenic isolates between norm and refrieving to define the susceptible extent of the varity.It's an scientific base to adjust the structures of the vartieties,to reach the objective of the macroscopic regulating to rice blast.     

葡萄组培苗瓶外生根技术研究

采用不同种类和浓度的生长素诱导葡萄组培苗瓶外生根，并观察组培苗在不同处理基质、不同的温度、不同的生理年龄条件下生根的效果。通过优化技术参数，建立了葡萄组培苗瓶接生根的技术优化体系，结果表明，用浓度为0.3mg/L的IBA浸蘸处理的插条，在温度为27~29℃的环境条件下在基质珍珠岩上培养，瓶苗茎段的生根率可达85.5 %，移栽后苗木的成活率达98 %，相对于其他方法有了较大的提高。该技术的建立有助于实现葡萄工厂化育苗技术的商业化扩大。     

隔膜计量泵的改良设计与汽蚀性能的提高

针对应用于石油化工装置上的进口隔膜计量泵容易产生的汽蚀问题，对隔膜泵复合隔膜、柱塞密封副、液压平衡与补偿阀结构进行了改良设计，采用较大承载能力的机座、独特阶梯式活塞、加大直径的活塞、PTFE＋NBR复合隔膜，改良放气安全阀及油浸没式补偿系统等方法，提高了隔膜计量泵的汽蚀性能；通过对改造的隔膜计量泵与原有的计量泵进行的汽蚀试验对比，给出了隔膜计量泵性能与现场使用的最佳匹配工况。改良的结构设计和新型材料的选用大大提高了计量泵的汽蚀性能。     

PLC在农产品称量包装控制中的应用

设计用可编程序控制器(PLC)来控制农产品称量包装的自动化生产.同时,介绍了系统的构成及工作过程,给出了系统流程图及PLC控制梯形图以及提高精度的各项措施.该系统不仅线路简洁、可靠性高,而且较好地兼顾了动态称量的精度和速度,满足了在线快速动态称量包装的要求.     

南方平原灌区渠道防渗工程规划方案决策分析

针对目前灌区防渗渠道规划的局限性，引入价值工程的概念，并根据南方平原地区灌区的特点，应用计算机模拟技术，通过对渠道的衬砌费用和节水量的模拟计算，得出更为切合实际的灌区防渗渠道投资效益评价指标，从而确定防渗工程的最优布局以及工程实施的先后顺序。

硅藻土对不同品种枸杞生长安全性评价

以硅藻土为试材,依据农药对作物安全性评价准则,采用叶面喷雾法在田间进行小区试验,观察硅藻土25、50、100倍液对不同品种枸杞生长安全性的影响.以期为硅藻土在枸杞生产中的应用提供参考依据.结果 表明:硅藻土稀释50倍以上在不同品种枸杞上使用时为宜,均不会对枸杞叶片、花蕾、枝条生长产生任何不良影响.
