The physical and mathematical model of three dimensional unsteady coupled heat transfer in the ground heat exchanger is proposed, and corresponding numerical simulations for actual ground heat exchanger and operation condition are carried out. The computed results are compared with those of the thermal resistance test of the ground heat exchanger, which proves the correctness of the model and corresponding numerical methods. A rapid enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) test (microwell plate) and a membrane-based colloidal gold immunoassay in flow-through and lateral-flow formats for the rapid detection of fumonisin B1 (FB1) were developed. The rapid microwell assay can be completed within 20 min with the detection limit of 0.5 +/- 0.2 microg/L. Membrane-based colloidal gold immunoassays had a visual detection limit of 1.0 microg/L for FB1 with the detection time of <10 min. Matrix interference was eliminated by 15-fold dilutions of methanol extracts with buffer. These immunoassays can be used as quantitative or qualitative tools for the rapid detection of FB1 residues in 10-20 min on-site. 相似文献

Atrazine photodegradation in aqueous solution induced by interaction of humic acids and iron: photoformation of iron(II) and hydrogen peroxide 总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2
The photochemical formation of Fe(II) and hydrogen peroxide (H 2O 2) coupled with humic acids (HA) was studied to understand the significance of iron cycling in the photodegradation of atrazine under simulated sunlight. The presence of HA significantly enhanced the formation of Fe(II) and H 2O 2, and their subsequent product, hydroxyl radical ( (*)OH), was the main oxidant responsible for the atrazine photodegradation. During 60 h of irradiation, the fraction of iron presented as Fe(II) (Fe(II)/Fe(t)) decreased from 20-32% in the presence of the Fe(III)-HA complex to 10-22% after adding atrazine. The rate of atrazine photodegradation in solutions containing Fe(III) increased with increasing HA concentration, suggesting that the complexation of Fe(III) with HA accelerated the Fe(III)/Fe(II) cycling. Using fluorescence spectrometry, the quenching constant and the percentage of fluorophores participating in the complexation of HA with Fe(III) were estimated by the modified Stern-Volmer equation. Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) offered the direct evidence that Fe(III)-carboxylate complex could be formed by ligand exchange of HA with Fe(III). Response surface methodology was successfully employed to optimize lipase-catalyzed synthesis of feruloyl butyryl glycerides (FBGs). The effects of the reaction parameters, including the reaction time, reaction temperature, enzyme concentration, substrate molar ratio, and water activity, and the interaction parameters were examined. The analysis suggested that the conversion of the FBGs was significantly (p < 0.05) affected by independent factors of reaction time, reaction temperature, substrate molar ratio, and water activity as well as interactive terms of reaction temperature/reaction time, reaction temperature/enzyme concentration, substrate molar ratio/reaction temperature, water activity/reaction temperature, reaction time/enzyme concentration, and enzyme concentration/water activity. The highest conversion yield of FBGs was 81.2% at the following optimized reaction conditions: reaction temperature of 53.6 degrees C, reaction time of 5.5 days, enzyme concentration of 50.8 mg/mL, water activity of 0.14, and substrate molar ratio of 2.9. It is necessary to predict electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) for electronic equipment and systems. We proposed a fast EMC prediction approach via artificial neural networks (ANN). By choosing relevant electromagnetic interference parameters as the input prediction features, a back propagation (BP) neural network was used to construct the mapping between the input prediction features and the electromagnetic disturbance response of the sensitive system. The EMC fast prediction BP model was trained and tested by sample sets generated using an electromagnetic computational method. We used this method to predict the crosstalk coupling between two wires. The experimental results show the effectiveness of the proposed method. 相似文献
