有机肥、化肥及接种微生物对甜玉米生理和生长的影响 总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2
A pot culture experiment was carried out in a glasshouse to compare the physiology and growth of sweet corn plants(Zea mays L.cv,Honey Bantam) grown under orgainc and chemical fertilizations with or without microbial inoculation(MI).The organic fertilizer used was fermented mainly using rice bran and oil mill sludge,and the MI was a liquid product containing many eneficial microbes such as lactic acid bacteria,yeast,photosynthetic bacteria and actinomycetes.The application amounts of the organic fertilizer and chemical fertilizers were based on the same rate of nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium.Sweet corn plants fertilized with organic materials inoculated with beneficial microbes grew better than those without inoculation.There were no significant differences in physiology and growth of the sweet corn plants between treatments of chemical fertilizers with and without MI.Among the organic fertilization treatments.only the sweet corn plants with organic fertilizer and MI applied 4 weeks before sowing had simlilar photosyntheitic capacity,total dry matter yield and ear yield to those with chemical fertilizers.Sweet corn plants in other organic fertilization treatments were weaker in physiology and grown than those in chemical fertilization treatments.There was no significant variance among chemical fertilization treatments at differenct time.It is concluded form this research that this organic fertilizer would be more effective if it was inoculated with the beneficial microbes.Early application of the organic fertilizer with beneficial microbes before sowing was recommended to make the nutrients available before the rapid growth at the eraly stage and obtain a yield simlar to or higher than that with chemical fertilizations. 相似文献

选择体重及产蛋率相近的海兰褐23周龄蛋鸡216只,随机分成6个处理组,每组4个重复,每个重复9只,以玉米-杂粕型日粮为基础日粮,硫酸铜(以铜计)添加水平分别为0、6、15、30、60、125mg/kg。试验结果表明:所有硫酸铜添加组的产蛋率及料蛋比均高于对照组,添加6、15、60mg/kg硫酸铜各组产蛋率与对照组差异显著(P<0.05);添加60mg/kg铜组料蛋比最佳;30mg/kg铜处理组的蛋壳强度和蛋壳厚度最佳,盲肠淋巴小结平均直径以15mg/kg铜处理组最大,60mg/kg铜处理组最小,且各处理组差异极显著(P<0.01)。 相似文献

Hunter process disappeared completely in 1993. The most widespread titanium sponge process is Kroll process (magnesium reduction). Its shortcomings (complicated route, high cost and serious pollution) are obvious although it is the most mature technology. The most advanced came up in UK, 1998. It is characterized by low cost, excellent product, short route and extensive adaptability, and is a type of high cleanness process. CuO/TiO2 is modified by anionic, nonionic and cationic surfactant respectively in the preparation process. XRD, BET, UV-Vis, FTIR, 3D fluorescence and SEM are used to characterize the structure and photocatalytic activity of catalysts, which shows that crystal and UV-visible absorption characteristics of photocatalysts do not change with surfactant modification. All photocatalysts contain anatase TiO2 and CuO crystal, and their UV-visible absorption edges reach 900 nm. Whilse different kinds of surfactant lead to different amount of organic groups in photocatalytic surface, oxygen vacancies and the particle size of photocatalysts. Photocatalyst modified by anionic surfactant has the highest photocatalytic activity, because it has the richest organic groups and oxygen vacancies, and its particle size is the smallest. In contrast, photocatalyst modified by cationic surfactant has the lowest photocatalytic activity. It is complicated to found continuity equation for unsaturated soil because of the uncertain volume of air phase. In order to solve this difficulty and to derive the consolidation equation for unsaturated soils with high degree of saturation, one-dimensional continuity equation of three-phase soil was created compactly in the principle of mass balance. Supposing Terzaghis principle of effective stress was still applicable to this type of soils, one-dimensional consolidation equation was derived. On basis of Terzaghis hypotheses and supposing that the degree of saturation was constant during consolidation, the analytical solution was presented. Then the consolidation characteristic of soils was analyzed. And It is shown: 1) the form of consolidation equation of soils with high degree of saturation is the same to Terzaghis one-dimensional equation, but the coefficient of consolidation is different. 2) Because of the instantaneous deformation, the degree of consolidation in early stage is much bigger than that of saturated soils, and subsequently the gap is reducing; when the time factor is 1.0, the degree of consolidation is almost equal to each other. 3) The time needed for soils with high degree of saturation to complete consolidation is extended comparing to the corresponding saturated soils; the smaller the degree of saturation is, or the more compressible the soils are, the bigger the ratio of time for completing consolidation is. 相似文献

The study on the temperature evolutionary trend under both the ground stress and gas pressure is significant in the process of coal gas absorption and desorption. However, the valid signal is difficult to gain because of much noise in the experimental data, so according to the characteristics of the temperature signal gained under different experimental conditions of coal gas absorption and desorption, this essay filtrates noise and restores the valid signal by using the wavelet denoising of MATLAB to obtain the valid temperature evolutionary curve. Through contrasting and analyzing wavelet basis function and different decomposition levels, the essay chooses the sym8 wavelet basis function which has a higher order of vanishing moments and better smoothness. The reconstructed signal filtrates most of high frequency signal, and keep low frequency, as well as smooth signal. The result shows that the de-noising effect is good and the temperature evolution rule can be well reflected in the process of the coal gas absorption and desorption. 相似文献
