热应激诱导大鼠小肠昼夜节律基因差异表达的研究Heat stress induced different circadian rhythms genes expression in rat small intestine

采用石蜡切片H.E染色观察热应激大鼠小肠形态学变化，利用Realtime-PCR技术对小肠中昼夜节律相关基因的表达进行研究。结果：大鼠小肠上皮出现严重损伤，肠黏膜绒毛顶端上皮细胞脱落，固有层裸露；热应激导致Per2和DBP基因瞬时表达极大升高，节律性受到严重影响，Bmal1基因瞬时表达差异不明显，其mRNA表达量峰值后移。To observe the morphological changes in response to heat stress, rat small intestine was embedded in paraffin, sectioned in transverse and stained with hematoxylin and eosin. The expressions of genes related to circadian rhythms were detected by Realtime-PCR. Results: heat stress resulted in profound damage to the epithelium of rat small intestine, the villus tips shed into lumen and the lamina propria was exposed; the gene expressions of Per2 and DBP were significantly increased so after the heat stress and the rhythms was affected; heat stress could not induce Bmal1 different expression immediatley, whereas, the peak of mRNA was hysteretic.     

金霉素对产蛋鸡夏季生产性能及肠道组织形态的影响

将 33周龄海兰褐蛋鸡 80只随机分成两个处理组 ,每个处理组 4个重复 ,每个重复 10只蛋鸡。以基础日粮作为对照组 ,在基础日粮中添加金霉素 5 0 g/10 0 0kg作为试验组 ,试验期 4周。试验结果表明 ,金霉素在热应激条件下 ,可提高产蛋率 ,并降低破软蛋率和料蛋比。但对蛋壳质量及小肠组织形态没有影响

日粮硫酸铜水平对蛋鸡生产水平、蛋壳质量及淋巴组织的影响

选择体重及产蛋率相近的海兰褐23周龄蛋鸡216只，随机分成6个处理组，每组4个重复，每个重复9只，以玉米——杂粕型日粮为基础日粮，硫酸铜(以铜计)添加水平分别为0、6、15、60、60、125mg/kg。试验结果表明所有硫酸铜添加组的产蛋率及料蛋比均高于对照组，添加6、15、60mg/kg硫酸铜各组产蛋率与对照组差异显著(P＜0.05)；添加60mg/kg铜组料蛋比最佳；30mg/kg铜处理组的蛋壳强度和蛋壳厚度最佳，盲肠淋巴小结平均直径以15mg/kg铜处理组最大，60mg/kg铜处理组最小，且各处理组差异极显著(P＜0.01)。     

植酸酶对北京红鸡蛋用母雏生产性能及血液指标影响的研究

４８０只１日龄北京红鸡蛋用母雏随机分为８个处理组，每个处理４个重复，每个重复１５只鸡。玉米－豆粕型试验日粮分为３个磷水平，即ＴＰ＝０．５％、０．６％、０．７％，在ＴＰ＝０．５％时，每公斤日粮分别添加５００ＦＴＵ、７５０ＦＴＵ、１０００ＦＴＵ植酸酶，在ＴＰ＝０．６％时，每公斤日粮分别添加５００ＦＴＵ、７５０ＦＴＵ植酸酶。结果不同处理间０～６周龄雏鸡平均日增重差异极显著（Ｐ＜０．０１），而日饲料消耗量及饲料转化率差异不显著（Ｐ＞０．０５）：从血液指标看，不同处理间血磷、血钙、碱性磷酸酶（ＡＬＰ）差异均不显著，但血磷低的处理组，一般ＡＬＰ水平相对较高。     

Technology of the Rapid Prototyping Manufacturing Precision of Thin-shell Part

To the photo-solidification rapid prototyping technology, the precision of parts relate directly to their size and structural characteristics, not to their complexity. However, variant prototyping processes bring about variant surface shapes and dimension precisions. The authors compare its prototyping precision and prototyping time by testing a thin-shell exterior trimming part at variant laying angles and under variant bracing conditions. And then reduced model is founded, warping deformation of variant bracing diaphragms and sheet metals at optima laying angle are surveyed, finally the process to upraise the rapid prototyping precision of the thin shell parts is set up. Experiments are then done to test the process.     

Test Bench of Air Braking System for Vehicles

The stability of the brake system is a key factor for the vehicle safety.It is important for the air braking system's stability to shorten the time lag between the front brake and the rear brake,the reasonable disposal of the air pipeline and the optimization of the braking system design.A test bench is developed to test the performance of the air braking system,which is mainly made of pressure sensors,signal amplifiers,data acquisition system,computer,pressing air resource and so on.Based on this test bench,the reaction time of the system while braking and abandoning brake can be measured.Using this test bench,the performances of the air braking system of a certain commercial vehicle is detected.Compared with the actual road test,it can save the cost and the time for experiment largely.     

Pondering on Public Participation in Decision - Making of Public Projects

The necessity of the public's participation in decision-making of public projects,the functions of the public's participation,and the current characteristics of the public's participation in China were discussed firstly.Then,three suggestions are brought forward to improve the public participation in decision-making of public projects: the first one is to ensure the legal status of the public's participation,the second is to detail contents of entity and process and the third is to set up the public hearing system of public projects.     

A Study Transient on Predictive Calculation Method of on Underground Ventilation Network

The authors developed a computer program of transient predictive calculation method on underground ventilation network. The program approximated a field data set of seasonal cyclic changes of air Temperature and humidity at the inlet to the sine curves, and included sensible heat conduction from rock to air current. The temperature of rock around and airway was calculated by finite difference method. The prediction method can be used to calculate the variation of flow rates, temperatures and humidities of air flow in the airways along underground network.
