The solution of polarization field strength in ellipsoid and a homogeneous dielectric in condition of a constant external field is obtained with strict derivation and ellipsoidal coordinate. The conclusion that some textbooks given: the direction of polarization field strength with the direction of external field holds strict anti-parallel must be supplemented with additive certain conditions, otherwise it will not be correct. By means of the latticework and the step change calculation, the angle value of polarization vector with the external field is calculated and the changing situation about the angle value with the change of three half axes of ellipsoid is analysied. 相似文献

冬小麦花期生理形态指标与卫星遥感光谱特征的相关性分析 总被引:4,自引:1,他引:4
为提高冬小麦花期长势遥感监测的精确性与普适性,在集丘陵地、河滩地及平原地为一体的冬小麦种植区域设计了田间试验,利用卫星影像信息结合地面GPS定点试验数据,在分析利用遥感技术监测冬小麦花期LAI和生物量两个主要群体长势指标可行的基础上,对卫星遥感光谱信息与冬小麦花期的主要生理生化指标(叶片叶绿素含量、叶片类胡萝卜素含量、叶片水分含量和叶片氮素含量)进行了综合分析.结果表明,NDVI(归一化植被指数)与LAI、叶片氮素含量和叶片水分含量的相关性较好,RVI(比值植被指数)与生物量和叶片类胡萝卜素含量的相关性较好,GVI(绿度植被指数)与叶片叶绿素含量的相关性较好,且均达到显著水平.说明NDVI、RVI及GVI是较为理想的可用于监测冬小麦花期生理形态指标的敏感遥感指数.进一步以这些敏感遥感指数作为因变量建立了冬小麦花期生理形态指标的遥感监测模型.利用本模型可以反演多个生理形态指标,便于对冬小麦花期的长势情况进行综合分析与判断. 相似文献

对柿基因组DNA的提取方法进行了研究,结果表明,采用提取液中含100mmol/LTris-HCl(pH8 0),20mmol/LEDTA,1 4mol/LNaCl,2%CTAB,1%PVP-40,10mmol/LNa2S2O5及100mmol/Lβ—巯基乙醇(用前加入)的改良CTAB法,可有效去除单宁、酚类、色素等,提取的柿叶片DNA质量和纯度较高,可用于AFLP分析。 相似文献

Study on Nitrogen Distribution in Leaf, Stem and Sheath at Different Layers in Winter Wheat Canopy and Their Influence on Grain Quality 总被引:4,自引:0,他引:4
Vertical distribution of nitrogen in wheat canopy, nitrogen remobilization and their influence on grain quality of winter wheat were studied. Two winter wheat cultivars, Jingdong8, a common cultivar, and Zhongyou9507, a high quality cultivar, were selected. Leaf nitrogen showed an obvious decreasing trend from the canopy top to the ground surface for all treatments in growth duration. There was no apparent vertical nitrogen gradient in stem and sheath of Zhongyou9507 compared with Jingdong8. Zhongyou9507 had more nitrogen remobilization from leaf, stem and sheath than Jingdong8 from middle grain filling to waxening, especially the nitrogen remobilization amount in stem and sheath, which was higher than that in Jingdong8 during growth duration. Higher vertical nitrogen gradients in Jingdong8 at anthesis had disadvantages on its grain quality. But higher vertical nitrogen gradients between middle and lower layers of Jingdong8 at grain filling stage enhanced its grain quality. Higher vertical nitrogen gradients in upper layer at anthesis and upper layer leaf and middle layer stem and sheath at grain filling stage had advantages on protein accumulation in grain of Zhongyou9507. There were positive correlations between foliar nitrogen remobilization amount and grain quality at later growth stage for the two cultivars. There was a positive correlation between quality of Jingdong8 and stem and sheath nitrogen remobilization amount from anthesis to early grain filling, and that of Zhongyou9507 emerged from anthesis to early grain filling and from middle grain filling to waxening. Contribution of leaf nitrogen to the quality of Jingdong8 was larger than nitrogen from stem and sheath. High protein content of Zhongyou9507 was attributed to the nitrogen condition in its leaf, stem and sheath. Nitrogen in stem and sheath played a more important role on the grain quality of Zhongyou9507 than on that of Jingdong8. 相似文献

全双工双通路连续中继(FD-TPSR)网络频谱效率高,状态控制简单,但全双工中继存在残留自干扰(RSI),发射中继对接收中继也会形成中继间干扰(IRI),会导致通信性能下降.这里提出一种中继间干扰处理方法,中继节点消除部分IRI,以提高端到端信干噪比;保留部分IRI,在目的节点构成延迟转发编码结构,以提供分集增益.同时提出一种基于并行软干扰消除的匹配滤波(MF-PSIC)信号检测算法,匹配滤波器结构简单,实现复杂度低,基于软输出的并行干扰消除能同时检测所有时隙的符号,处理时延小.仿真结果表明,中继间干扰处理方法兼顾了分集增益和累积干扰与噪声因素,相比于无IRI消除和完全IRI消除,误比特率最低; MF-PSIC信号检测算法实现复杂度低,相比于ML信号检测算法仅有很少的性能损失. 相似文献

Although water and energy resources are well-recognized concerns regarding economic and social development sustainability, little specific research has focused on both water and energy problems at the same time. This study analyzed the water and electricity-use patterns in Shenzhen, South China during 2001-2009. A curve regression method was used to examine the relationship between water and electricity use per gross domestic product (GDP) in Shenzhen and its three sectors, i.e., agriculture, industry & construction, and residential life & services. Results showed that agriculture only covered less than 10% of water and electricity use in Shenzhen, while industry & construction and residential life & services accounted for more than 90% of water and electricity use in Shenzhen, which coincided with the city’s industrial structure. The water and electricity use per GDP in agriculture was the biggest among three sectors in Shenzhen during 2001-2009, which means inefficiency of water and electricity use in agriculture. Due to transitioning to advanced materials and manufacturing, both water and electricity use per GDP in industry & construction decreased during 2001-2009 and their utilization efficiencies gradually increased over time. The same held true for those in residential life & services transformed toward modern business, creative culture, finance services, etc. Derived from the survival of the fittest in competing for limited water and electricity resources, agriculture in Shenzhen has been gradually substituted by industry & construction and residential life & services, with much higher efficiencies of water and electricity use. And traditional agriculture will not be sustainable in the process of urbanization and industrialization, except high-tech intensive agriculture with low water and energy cost. Furthermore, by means of curve regression, we found that there was a significant quadratic relationship between water use per GDP and electricity use per GDP in the entire city and its three sectors. Suitable industrial transformation and advancement was a very effective way to save water and energy for modern cities.
