Upon intravenous application of dihydrochlordene dicarboxylic acid-14C to rats, the radioactivity is quickly excreted, and 44% of the excreted radioactivity consists of metabolites. Nine metabolites have been isolated from feces and urine extracts. Three metabolites could be identified by means of authentic samples by thin layer chromatography, gas chromatography, and mass spectrometry: two isomers of dechlorodihydrochlordene-dicarboxylic acid (metabolites I and II, total 22.5%) and dihydrochlordene-dicarboxylic acid-dimethyl-ester (metabolite III, 11.3%). 相似文献

A study of sorption phenomena between two triazine herbicides and humic acids Terbutryne is very readily adsorbed by humic acids while atrazine is only slightly adsorbed and this only in an acid environment. The influence of pH on adsorption and the competitive effect of the cations Ca2+, Al3+ and Fe3+ shows that the proton form of the molecules of the two herbicides can be adsorbed by an ion exchange-type mechanism; the neutral form of terbutryne molecules could be adsorbed by other mechanisms. Desorption of terbutryne is accompanied by a more marked hysteresis phenomenon in the case of neutral molecules, and, in an acid environment, calcium shows a weak capacity for displacement in relation lo the adsorbed herbicide. 相似文献

The plant apoplast is an important mediator of communication between the cell cytoplasm and its surroundings. Plant cell suspensions offer a convenient model system to gain insight into apoplastic physiology. Here, we describe a novel phenomenon that took place when two naturally occurring phenolics were added together to either soybean or tobacco cell suspensions. Acetosyringone (AS) and/or hydroxyacetophenone (HAP), phenolics found in the extracellular/apoplast of tobacco cells, were added to soybean or tobacco cell suspensions undergoing an oxidative burst. Individually, AS appeared to be utilized as a typical peroxidase substrate to scavenge hydrogen peroxide, while HAP was utilized at a much lower rate. However, when added together the rate of utilization of both phenolics increased and surprisingly resulted in the production of hydrogen peroxide. We have further characterized this novel phenomenon in suspension cells. This study demonstrates that certain phenolics in plants can cause co-oxidation which, as in animals, could alter the structure and bioactivity of surrounding phenolics. 相似文献

Functional brain alterations induced by lindane were examined in Rat chronically exposed to low doses of lindane (1 and 2 μg L−1 in drinking water) from conception. Histological and electrophysiological investigations were conducted at 14 weeks of age. Lindane did not induce histological changes. It did not significantly modify the sleep-wakefulness cycle and EEG did not show major alterations. The spectral EEG analysis, by recording cortical variations in both energy spectrum and energy levels of different frequency bands, showed an increase in the 11-15 Hz activity in both groups exposed to lindane. This activity was characterised by spindles well-depicted during slow wave sleep or associated with fast activity during wakefulness and theta activity in paradoxical sleep. These data suggest that chronic exposure to lindane doses as low as 1 μg L−1 in drinking water could lead to central electrophysiological effects possibly involving GABA-benzodiazepine mechanisms. 相似文献

以单季茭白品种‘蒋墅茭’和双季茭白品种‘葑红早’为试材, 研究了秋季肉质茎膨大过程中物质运转的相关生理生化变化。结果表明, 随着肉质茎鲜质量、干质量快速增加, 非结构性碳水化合物主要成分含量总体上升, 后期出现下降, 蒋墅茭肉质茎中蔗糖含量较高; 糖分转化关键酶活性总体较高,转化酶活性以酸性转化酶较高且呈快速下降, 蒋墅茭的酸性转化酶活性高于葑红早而中性转化酶活性较低;蔗糖合成酶的分解方向活性显著高于合成方向, 且后期维持较高水平, 葑红早的双向活性均高于蒋墅茭;Z + ZR总体含量最高、下降最明显, GA4 其次, IAA也呈缓慢下降趋势, GA3、ABA含量极低, 且各激素均以葑红早高于蒋墅茭。茭白肉质茎干、鲜质量处于快速增长阶段的同时, 而内部生理生化快速下降, 说明茭白肉质茎膨大过程具有特殊性, 并且品种间存在差异。 相似文献
