通过对芳樟工业原料林良种茎尖的离体培养和繁殖 ,探讨芳樟茎尖诱导、分化、不定芽生长分化、生根的适宜的培养基和适宜的培养条件。结果表明 :适宜芳樟茎尖诱导培养基为MS +6 -BAa~ 2amg .L-1+NAAbmg .L-1,诱导率达 70 %以上 ,适宜分化丛生芽的理想培养基为改良MS +6 -BAa′~ 2a′mg .L-1+NAA0~ 2bmg .L-1+GA0~cmg .L-1芽年增殖系数达4 5 12 以上 ,有效芽苗率达 80 %以上 ,适合生根培养基为 1/2改良MS +NAAb′mg .L-1+IBA0~b′mg .L-1或 1/2改良MS +IBAb′mg .L-1+NAA0~b′mg .L-1,或R +IBAc2 mg .L-1+NAAc1 mg .L-1生根率达 98%以上。移栽土壤基质以黄心土加沙(10∶1)理想 ,移栽成活率可达 85 %以上 相似文献

Through analyzing the various position leaves character of 3 ages bamboo, including net photosyntheticrate, light respiratory rate, dark respiratory rate, CO2 compensation point and light compensation point, in five-years - old forest during different growing shoot stages in stated - own forestry farm of Nanjin, results showed thatleaves had vigorous physiological function during prosperity stage of growing shoot. Net photosynthetic rate was high-er, light respiratory rate, dark respiratory rate, CO2 compensation point and light compensation point were lower,the photosynthetic coefficients was larger.2- year bamboo and 3 - year bamboo had stronger photosynthetic ability. The occurrence and distribution of Dothistroma needle blight (DNB) were studied in 2014–2017 around Slovakia. A total of 84 localities, both native and planted, were investigated, and the presence of DNB was confirmed in 73 of them. In all positive locations, symptoms typical of DNB were observed and the Dothistroma species was confirmed using species‐specific primers either from fungal cultures or directly from needles. Both Dothistroma species—D. septosporum and D. pini—were identified. Both species occurred together in 29 locations, only D. septosporum in 42 and only D. pini in two locations. The host range of D. septosporum included 10 pine species and two spruce species. The host range of D. pini comprised the same number of pine hosts but only one spruce species. Five pine hosts, P. aristata, P. coulteri, P. densiflora, P. jeffreyi, P. × schwerinii, and one spruce host P. abies are new hosts species of D. pini. P. densiflora and Picea pungens have earlier been reported to be susceptible for DNB. In this study, D. septosporum was found from both tree species. 相似文献

This is the first report and characterization of Bursaphelenchus sexdentati and the first official report of the presence of the genus Bursaphelenchus in Israel. This species was isolated from Orthotomicus erosus (Coleoptera: Scolytinae) found on Pinus halepensis in the Judean foothills in Israel. Nematodes collected from insect galleries were reared on fungal cultures and identified based on morphological diagnostic characters for the genus Bursaphelenchus. Sequencing analyses of the Internal Transcribed Spacer (ITS) region, small subunit (SSU) and large subunit (LSU) of ribosomal DNA confirmed the identification of this nematode species collected from wood and directly from the insect body. 相似文献

The fungus Pseudobeltrania cedrelae, the type species of the genus, is the causal agent of an important leaf spot in seedlings and adult plant of cedar (Cedrela fissilis). Due to the contradictory phylogenetic position of the genus Pseudobeltrania, epitypification of P. cedrelae was carried out based on a culture obtained from the same locality and host of the original type. Samples were collected, and 10 isolates of P. cedrelae associated with lesions on cedar leaflets were obtained. For morphological characterization, conidia, conidiophores, conidiogeneous cells, conidiogeneous loci and basal cells were taken both from the fungus obtained from leaf lesions and from that obtained in slide culture. Mycelial growth rates and sporulation were evaluated in six different culture media. For molecular phylogeny, maximum parsimony analyses were performed from the ITS and 28S sequences of the isolates. Both the morphological characteristics of the fungal structures obtained from symptomatic leaves and the slide culture technique presented variations. In foliar lesions, isolates presented the same morphological characteristics as the type material. Mycelial growth rate and sporulation of P. cedrelae were greatest on malt extract agar and V8 juice agar. Pseudobeltrania cedrelae was pathogenic when inoculated into healthy cedar plants. According to the phylogenetic tree, isolates grouped in the same clade, but in a distinct clade of Pseudobeltrania ocoteae. The results suggested that P. ocoteae belongs to the genus Hemibeltrania. This paper presents new information on P. cedrelae that contributes to clarifying the phylogeny of the Beltraniaceae. 相似文献

Cherry laurel (Prunus laurocerasus) is a native plant species in Serbian forests, but is also widely used for ornamental plantings. Following two extremely wet summers in 2014 and 2015, in spring and summer of 2016 and 2017, numerous cherry laurel plants with symptoms indicative for Phytophthora diseases, like wilting and chlorosis of leaves, dieback and bleeding bark necroses, were recorded in a park in Belgrade and in two ornamental nurseries in central Serbia. From necrotic bark samples and rhizosphere soil, self‐sterile Phytophthora isolates with woolly colonies were obtained. Due to the production of ellipsoid and elongated, non‐papillate sporangia in water and of ornamented oogonia with two‐celled antheridia in mating tests with tester strains of both Phytophthora × cambivora and P. cryptogea, these isolates were identified as P. ×cambivora which was confirmed by ITS sequence analysis. Pathogenicity of P. ×cambivora from cherry laurel (PCCL) was tested by inoculating one‐year‐old seedlings of cherry laurel under the bark. P. ×cambivora from European beech (PCB), and isolates of P. cactorum (CAC), P. cryptogea (CRY), P. plurivora (PLU) and P. ×serendipita (SER) were included as comparison. Three and a half months after inoculation, nine of the twelve plants in PCB, three in PCCL and CAC and two in PLU declined with longitudinal necroses and chlorosis, wilting and premature shedding of leaves. These results demonstrate the ability of P. ×cambivora to infect and cause decline of cherry laurel plants. The particularly high aggressiveness of the P. ×cambivora isolate from beech shows that this pathogen poses a serious risk to cherry laurel in the rare natural communities of cherry laurel and beech in Serbia. 相似文献

The essential oil of Salvia tomentosa aerial parts, consisting of 1,8-cineol (17%), beta-caryophyllene (11%), cyclofenchene (10%) and delta-cadinene (6%), was screened for its antimicrobial activity.
