Endogenous hydrogen sulfide regulates oxidant/antioxidant balance in rat with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease

AIM: To investigate the role of hydrogen sulfide (H₂S) in the protection against oxidative stress in rats with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD).METHODS: The rat model of COPD was established by cigarette smoking (CS) combined with lipopolysaccharide (LPS) instillation. Thirty-two healthy male Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into 4 groups: control group, CS+LPS group, CS+LPS+NaHS (H₂S donor) group and CS+LPS+PPG (DL-propargylglycine, an inhibitor of cystathionine-γ-lyase) group. After 30 days, the lung functions of the rats were measured, the histological changes of lungs were observed under light microscope and the pathological scores were calculated. The H₂S level in plasma and the protein expression of cystathionine-γ-lyase (CSE) in the lung tissues were measured. The content of malondialdehyde (MDA), the activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and catalase (CAT) were detected to reflect oxidative stress.RESULTS: Compared with control group, the peak expiratory flow (PEF) decreased by 24% and intra-pressure (IP) increased by 66% in CS+LPS group. The pathological scores of the lung tissues also increased. Compared with CS+LPS group, no change in the lung function was observed after given NaHS or PPG, but the pathological scores decreased in CS+ LPS+ NaHS group. Compared with control group, the content of H₂S in plasma was increased by 26% on day 16. Compared with CS+LPS group, the content of H₂S in plasma of CS+LPS+PPG group was decreased by 22% after 30 days. Compared with control group, the protein expression of CSE increased, and no statistical difference among CS+LPS group, CS+ LPS+ NaHS group and CS+LPS+PPG group was observed. Compared with control group, MDA content in the lung tissues was increased by 24% in CS+LPS group, the activity of SOD was increased by 47% and the activity of CAT was increased by 52%. Compared with CS+LPS group, the MDA content in CS+LPS+NaHS group was decreased by 21%, and no statistical difference in the activity of SOD and CAT was observed. The activity of SOD decreased by 33% after given PPG.CONCLUSION: H₂S plays a role as anti-oxidant in the rats with COPD. The CSE/ H₂S pathway may be involved in the development of COPD.     

黑大豆异黄酮浸提的研究

采用石油醚回流技术脱去大豆豆粉中的油脂,将残渣真空烘干后,作为浸提原料.通过比较浸提溶剂、乙醇浓度、浸提温度、液固比、浸提时间和浸提次数等单因素试验结果,结合正交试验设计,得出提取大豆异黄酮的最佳浸提条件:乙醇浓度40%、液固比10∶1、浸提时间3 h、浸提温度90℃.     

饲养方式对蛋鸡产蛋前期生产性能的影响

试验通过对比舍外散放蛋鸡与舍内笼养蛋鸡在体重、胫长和胫围等方面的差异来研究饲养方式对鸡产蛋前期生产性能的影响.结果表明:散放鸡体重在8、10、12周龄显著低于同周龄笼养鸡;散放鸡胫长在10、12周龄显著低于同周龄笼养鸡;散放鸡胫围在10周龄显著低于同周龄笼养鸡.笼养鸡和散放鸡各周龄的胫长和胫围变异系数均小于10%,均匀...     

Endozoochorous seed dispersal by golden snub-nosed monkeys in a temperate forest

Seed dispersal is essential for plant recruitment and the maintenance of biodiversity. Colobine monkeys are primarily folivorous, but they also consume fruits and are often assumed to be seed predators. Although they are known to be epizoochorous seed dispersers, their role as endozoochorous seed dispersers needs reassessment. We examined potential endozoochory in golden snub-nosed monkeys (Rhinopithecus roxellana) at Dalongtan in Shennongjia National Park, central China, by assessing potential germination of ingested seeds (n = 1806, 9 species) from fecal samples. Intact seeds were in almost all fecal samples (ranging from 5–130 seeds), and ingested seeds were from small seeded species (seed width <4.5 mm). The 2 most abundant species were Actinidia arguta (73%) and Rosa caudata (15%). The fruits of A. arguta were unripe when ingested (i.e. effective seed predation) and the ingested seeds did not germinate in the trials. Therefore, ingestion of unripe seeds does not lead to effective seed dispersal. However, germination rates of defecated R. caudata (9%) were greater than control seeds (6% and 0%), demonstrating potential endozoochorous seed dispersal. Thus, colobine monkeys do indeed disperse mainly small-seeded from multi-seeded fruits through potential endozoochory and this process enhances the recruitment of seedlings.     

禽白血病病毒ELISA检测方法的建立与初步应用

本研究以在毕赤酵母系统中表达并纯化的p27重组蛋白为包被抗原,HRP标记的兔抗鸡IgY为酶标二抗,建立了一种快速有效的禽蛋白血病病毒ELISA检测方法,并对其反应条件进行优化。结果显示,该方法具有良好的特异性和重复性;与市售商品试剂盒相比,符合率为96.92%,且更为敏感。应用建立的ELISA方法检测来自吉林省内鸡场314份疑似样品,阳性检出率为75.15%。本研究为禽白血病病毒的检测与诊断提供了一种简便、有效的检测方法。     

猪生长激素(PST)脂质体代谢动力学的研究

在猪体内注射脂质体 ,研究其在体内的药物动力学 ,分析其血浆中生长激素浓度随时间的变化曲线 ,确定其释药模型为单室模型 ,求出各项动力学参数 ,结果为PST脂质体的缓释效果显著 ,缓释时间长达7天以上     

双限性四元家蚕新品种“农科2号”选育初报

农科2号是一个综合性状优良的多丝量双限性四元家蚕新品种。本文主要介绍了该品种的选育经过,分析了初步育成期实验室鉴定成绩和浙江省家蚕新品种实验室鉴定成绩,最后总结了该品种的原种和杂交种性状。     

肉仔鸡病原大肠杆菌地方分离株的血清型鉴定

从河北的三河、滦南、乐亭、卢龙及昌黎等地 2 9个养鸡场 (户 )分离鉴定了 82株病原大肠杆菌 ,用 54种常见动物病原大肠杆菌单价 O抗血清进行了血清型鉴定。结果 82株分离菌有65株被鉴定出了相应 O血清群 (占鉴定菌株的79.2 6%) ,分属 6种不同血清型 ,其中以 O78和O45两种为优势血清型 (占定型菌株的64.61 %) ,其余 4种 O血清群占定型菌株的 3 5.3 9%,尚有 1 7株未能定型 (占鉴定菌株的 2 0 .74%)     

蚕粪中提取叶绿素铜钠盐的稳定性研究

以蚕粪为原料,95%的乙醇为溶剂提取叶绿素,并通过化学法制得叶绿素的铜纳盐。采用721分光光度计对叶绿素铜钠盐进行定性、定量测定,确定该色素测定系统中的最大波长为414nm。通过测量吸光值研究了几种常用食品添加剂对叶绿素铜钠盐稳定性的影响,并对其耐光、耐热、耐酸碱及耐氧化性、耐还原性进行探讨。结果表明:叶绿素铜钠盐在70℃以下稳定性较好;光照对叶绿素铜钠盐稳定性的影响较大;还原剂(Na2S2O3)对叶绿素铜钠盐稳定性的影响较大,氧化剂在短时间内对其稳定性的影响不大,但放置的时间不宜超过30min;叶绿素铜钠盐在pH值为6以上的溶液中较为稳定,且有机酸及单糖对其稳定性无明显影响。
