扇形地上笼通风试验

采用扇形地上笼通风系统与”丰“字形成或地糟能风相比,可有交啬风速风量,消除粮通风列角,粮堆降温、降湿均匀、通风时间减少,大大节约投资经费,且适用于各种仓型。     

Expression and significance of fgl2 in a model of rat coronary microthrombosis in situ

AIM: To explore the expression and significance of fibrinogen-like protein 2 prothrombinase/fibroleukin (fgl2) in a model of rat coronary microthrombosis. METHODS: Seventy-eight Sprague-Dawley male rats were randomly assigned to model group (n=36), sham operation group (n=36) for different time (1 h, 1 d, 1week, 2 weeks, 3 weeks, 4 weeks)(n=6, respectively), and normal control group (n=6). After closing aorta, sodium laurate was injected into aortic root of the animals in model group. The animals in sham operation group were injected with normal saline for control. Microthromb were detected with HE staining and modified martius-sarlet-blue stains (MMSB). von Willebrand factor (vWF) was measured with ELISA. fgl2 mRNA and protein expressions were detected by RT-PCR and immunohistochemistry staining, respectively. RESULTS: Microthromb were observed in rat coronary microvasculature. vWF was increased in plasma. fgl2 was induced in model group compared to sham operation group (P<0.05), no significant changes were observed in sham operation group and normal control group (P>0.05). CONCLUSION: The functional disorder of endothelial cells induces the expression of fgl2 in the coronary microvasculature. fgl2 prompts the thrombosis with platelet and fibrin.     

Tissue-specific expression of the NOD-like receptor protein 3 in BALB/c mice

Activation of the innate immune system requires recognition of pathogen-associated molecular patterns, such as NOD-like receptors. The NOD-like receptor protein 3 (NLRP3) inflammasome is involved in induction of the pro-inflammatory cytokine, IL-1β, and subsequent inflammatory responses. NLRP3 inflammasome plays important roles in the inflammatory and innate immune responses associated with autoimmune/inflammatory syndrome. However, analysis of the tissue distribution and expression profiles in BALB/c mice is still incomplete. In this study, we investigated the tissue distribution and expression pattern of NLRP3 in BALB/c mice to further elucidate its function in innate immunity in this commonly used laboratory animal model. NLRP3 mRNA expression levels and tissue distribution of the protein were investigated by real-time quantitative PCR and immunohistochemical analyses, respectively. NLRP3 mRNA expression was higher in the kidney and inguinal lymph nodes than in other tissues. Cytoplasmic expression of NLRP3 was detected in the epithelial reticular cells of the spleen and thymus, lymphocytes in the inguinal lymph nodes, cardiac muscle cells, cerebral cortex neurons, alveolar macrophages, renal tubule cells and liver sinusoidal endothelial cells. The results of this study will assist investigators in interpreting site-specific functions and roles of NLRP3 in inflammatory responses.     

Optimal design of scroll compressor’s profiles with key parameters preference

Aiming at the problem around single optimal objective and solution selection without considering designer’s preference, optimal objective function combing maximum compression ratio and maximum coefficient of volume utilization is proposed in a liner weighting model based on defined variables. Furthermore, the main factors’ influence is evaluated by analytic hierarchy process (AHP) for its advantage of dealing with qualitative analysis data. The second selective preference is achieved by normalization and second liner weighting. The validity of the method is illustrated by a case study.     

作物茬口对缓解大豆连作危害效果的研究

研究了苜蓿、玉米和大豆3种茬口对缓解连作大豆危害的效果。结果表明:苜蓿茬连作2 a和3 a大豆产量比玉米茬连作2 a和3 a大豆产量分别增加8.4%、6.6%,比3 a和4 a连作大豆产量分别极显著增加26.7%和27.5%;玉米茬连作2 a和3 a大豆产量比3 a和4 a连作大豆产量分别增加16.9%和19.6%,差异极显著。与3 a连作大豆相比,苜蓿茬和玉米茬连作2 a大豆的株高分别极显著增加19.5 cm和13.8 cm;苜蓿茬的单株粒重比玉米茬和3a连作大豆处理增加3.6 g和4.3 g,差异极显著。与4 a连作大豆相比,苜蓿茬和玉米茬连作3 a大豆的株高分别增加23.7 cm和17.1 cm,差异极显著,苜蓿茬比玉米茬上连作3 a大豆株高显著高6.6 cm;苜蓿茬比玉米茬和4 a连作大豆处理单株粒重增加2.1 g和7.8 g,玉米茬比4 a连作大豆处理单株粒重增加5.7 g,差异均极显著。可见,苜蓿茬口对缓解大豆连作危害优于玉米茬口和大豆茬口。

甜橙无核品系“春蜜”遗传背景分析

甜橙无核品系"春蜜"(暂定名)发现于"春橙1号"果园,为探明"春蜜"的遗传背景,以"春蜜"和其他41份甜橙种质为试材,开展了叶片形态标记和SCoT分子标记研究。结果表明,在供试甜橙种质群体中,变异系数最大的叶片数量性状是叶质量、翼叶长和翼叶宽。叶身形、叶尖形、叶柄长、叶形指数、叶缘和叶基形相互之间有极强的相关性,叶尖缺刻有无、叶质量、叶厚、翼叶长和翼叶宽相互之间有极强的相关性,是适合用于甜橙的叶片形态标记指标。42份种质采用优选的扩增条带清晰、多态性高的15条引物进行SCoT-PCR,共扩增出95条带,多态性条带有62条,多态性比率为65.26%。基于叶片形态标记的和ScoT分子标记的聚类结果均显示"春蜜"与"春橙1号"有最近的亲缘关系,结合"春蜜"的来源和选育过程,初步判定"春蜜"是"春橙1号"的无核优质芽变。
