高温干旱复合胁迫对构树幼苗抗氧化酶活性和活性氧代谢的影响

目的研究马铃薯的耐热机制,为耐热和不耐热的马铃薯品种筛选做参考。方法测量高温胁迫下云南本地3个不同熟期马铃薯品种[云薯 901(早熟)、云薯 305(中晚熟)、合作 88(晚熟)]的表型、部分生理指标和保护酶含量。结果高温胁迫对马铃薯幼苗的生长表型、SOD活性、POD活性和MDA含量都有影响。云薯 901的生长表型优于其他品种;在37 ℃条件下,云薯 901的SOD活性随胁迫时间的延长总体呈下降趋势,而其他品种总体均呈先升高后降低的变化趋势;在30 ℃条件下,云薯 901的POD活性随着胁迫时间的延长总体呈下降趋势,而其他品种总体呈升高的趋势;在23和30 ℃条件下,云薯 901的MDA含量在第5天时明显减少,而其他品种并无该现象。这些结果说明早熟品种云薯 901的耐热表现优于其他熟期较晚的品种。结论持续的高温胁迫影响马铃薯幼苗的生长表型、抗氧化酶活性和膜质,且熟期较晚的品种受到的影响较大,熟期可能是筛选耐热性马铃薯品种的因素之一。     

乌江流域茶园土壤理化性状对茶叶品质影响的研究

对乌江流域主要茶场茶园土壤理化性状、茶叶生化成份测定结果表明：不同母岩发育的土壤理化性状各不相同，其对应的茶叶品质也不相同。土壤理化性状及茶叶品质优劣依序为硅质黄壤＞砂页岩黄壤＞第四纪粘质黄壤＞小黄泥＞黄棕壤     

Portable ECG Monitor Front- ended Design with C8051 F020

The electrocardiogram (ECG) signal is a recording of the electrical activity on the body surface generated by the heart frequency of which is weak and low. Many researchers devote themselves to get more perfect ECG in many ways. This article introduces the characterize of an ECG signal , then discusses the requirements for the sampling circuit of an ECG. Since there are some shortcoming in common design means, the authors give an effective circuit. The system is composed of a low-cost , low-power and high-performance MCU C8051F020 , amplifier AD620 , right-leg drive circuit ,communication circuit and power management circuit. Then software design is given which is used to sampling and filtering ECG signal. Levkov filter arithmetic and smooth filter arithmetics are used in this design. In the end , the authors advance a distributing and networking ECG monitor system.     

DEVELOPMENT AND EXPERIMENTAL ANALYSIS OF HYDRAULIC LOCK OF THE THINNEST COAL SEAM SHEARER

The structure and work theory of a new type of hydraulic lock of the thinnest coal seam shearer is described in this paper. Its performance tests have been done the test results show that the performance of hydraulic lock is satisfactory and can be fit for the needs of locking and floating of the cutting drum of the thinnest coal seam shearer     

金属注射成形技术在喷雾机零件制造中的应用

概述了金属注射成形技术的工艺过程和特点，给出了在喷雾机喷雾头组件这一典型农机零件上的应用实例，并对喷雾头组件用注射成形工艺制造中粘结剂成分的选择、混炼工艺、脱脂方法和烧结过程等进行了探索。通过研究制造出了尺寸精度和力学性能均满足要求的产品，产品致密度达到98．5％。生产工艺得到明显简化。     

棱锥型孔排种部件的研究

根据地膜覆盖精量播种玉米的要求，研制了棱锥型孔排种部件，介绍了它的工作原理及基本参数，经台架试验得出了该排种器结构参数的较优设计方案。在较优设计参数下，棱锥型孔排种圆盘的线速度ｖ＝０．８０７ｍ／ｓ时，单粒率为９３．６７％，空穴率为１．６７％，其指标达到了机械式膜上玉米精量播种的先进水平，为地膜覆盖播种玉米提供了一种机械式精量排种器。     

泵房异常振动的原因及处理措施

通过对泵房振动实际情况进行分析，探讨了振动发生的原因及治理措施，可为同类型泵站的设计、安装提供参考。     

泵站机组不能正常启动原因分析及解决办法

针对江苏省淮安第三抽水站机组不能正常启动的问题进行了分析，找出了原因所在，通过对阻尼环等的技术改进，解决了机组存在的质量问题。指出了泵站工程建设中必须重视工程每个细小构件的设计，研究施工工艺，严格控制产品质量，确保新建工程优质、安全、高效。     

Expression of cathepsin C and tumor necrosis factor-α in human coronary artery and their relationships with coronary heart disease

AIM To explore the possible mechanism of cathepsin C （CTSC） and tumor necrosis factor-α （TNF-α） in coronary heart disease （CHD） by detecting the protein expression of CTSC and TNF-α in human coronary artery tissue. METHODS The coronary artery tissues from 52 cases of CHD and 25 cases of accidental death without any heart disease in the Forensic Judicial Expertise Center of Guizhou Medical University from October 2018 to December 2019 were collected as CHD group and control group, respectively. The coronary artery stenosis and intimal plaque formation were examined by histopathology, the protein expression of CTSC and TNF-α was determined by Western blot, and the intracellular expression of CTSC and TNF-α was analyzed by immunohistochemical staining. RESULTS The results of HE staining showed that the intima of coronary artery in control group was smooth, and no thickening or stenosis was observed. In CHD group, the intima thickened irregularly, atherosclerotic plaques formed, the intima became thinner and the lumen showed eccentric stenosis in varying degrees （P<0.05）. The results of Western blot showed that the expression of CTSC and TNF-α in CHD group was significantly higher than that in control group （P<0.05）. Immunohistochemical staining showed that both CTSC and TNF-α were expressed in the cytoplasm of foam cells, and their positive expression was significantly higher than that in control group （P<0.05）. The results of Pearson moment correlation analysis showed that there was positive correlation between the expression of CTSC and TNF-α in CHD （r²=0.743, P<0.05）. CONCLUSION The up-regulated expression of CTSC in coronary artery tissue may promote the expression of TNF-α and affect the occurrence and development of CHD.
