基于两变量Copula函数模拟、变点识别和均值平移时序重构方法,构建珠江三角洲西水东调工程受水区东江和水源区西江的枯水径流联合分布模型。以生态环境流量及最小流量管理目标为设计阈值,研究区域联合缺水风险特征及对变化环境的响应。结果表明:Archimedean copula的Clayton、Frank和GH模型,均能较好地模拟两区域枯水径流联合分布特征。变化环境下特别是流域内水利工程径流调节作用,东江枯水径流时序非一致性显著,均值跳跃明显,变点时间为1972年,最枯月径流量增加了65.5%。若要满足最小下泄流量管理目标,东江缺水风险率较高,为37.7%。与东江天然径流(还原系列)相比,在东江流域内水利工程影响下(还现系列),东、西江同时缺水风险率由35.8%下降到16.7%。但由于2江枯水径流的正相关性,西江有水可调保证率也由54.8%下降到21.0%。在已知东江缺水情形下,西江有水可调保证率(55.8%)仅略高于西江缺水风险率(44.2%)。因此,珠江三角洲西水东调工程运行,需要科学设计更为精细的水资源调度规则。  相似文献

A polysaccharide (GSP-6B) with a molecular mass of 1.86 × 10? Da was isolated from the fruiting bodies of Ganoderma sinense . Chemical composition analysis, methylation analysis, infrared spectroscopy, and nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy were conducted to elucidate its structure. GSP-6B contains a backbone of (1→6)-linked-β-D-glucopyranosyl residues, bearing branches at the O-3 position of every two sugar residues along the backbone. The side chains contain (1→4)-linked-β-D-glucopyranosyl residues, (1→3)-linked-β-D-glucopyranosyl residues, and nonreducing end β-D-glucopyranosyl residues. An in vitro immunomodulating activity assay revealed that GSP-6B could significantly induce the release of IL-1β and TNF-α in human peripheral blood mononuclear cell (PBMC) and showed no toxicity to either PBMC or a human macrophage cell line THP-1. GSP-6B could also activate dendritic cells (DC) by stimulating the secretion of IL-12 and IL-10 from DC.  相似文献

The behavior of estrone (E1) and 17??-estradiol (E2) in relatively closed water environment was studied by continuous flow experiment using sediments from a freshwater reservoir. For this, four sediment columns (two oxic ones and two anoxic ones) were employed, which were structured by packing 30?cm of undisturbed sediment and 60?cm of overlying water collected from two sites within a reservoir. A mass balance model that considered the influent flux, the effluent flux, mass transfer, sorption, and biodegradation was proposed to describe the behavior of E2 and E1 in the columns. The results indicated that the water?Csediment partition coefficient of E1 $ \left( {K_{\text{d}}^{\text{E1}}} \right) $ was higher than E2 $ \left( {K_{\text{d}}^{\text{E2}}} \right) $ . The degradation rate of E1 (k E1) was smaller than E2 (k E2). Under both oxic and anoxic conditions, E1 was formed from E2. Furthermore, to clarify the impact of the model parameters such as the hydraulic retention time (HRT), K d, and k on the behavior of E2 and E1, variance analysis was performed based on the results of model simulations. The results showed that the concentrations of E2 and E1 in the column effluent were controlled most significantly by the sorption capacity of the natural estrogens onto sediment particles, with the determined contributory ratios changing in the order of sorption > HRT > degradation.  相似文献

The separation on microchip provides the advantages including high efficiency, increased throughput, reduced quantities of hazardous materials, cost saving, relatively facile instrumentation, improved portability, etc. A technique of micellar electrokinetic chromatography (MEKC) coupled with amperometric detection has been actualized on a polydimethylsiloxane microchip for the rapid separation and determination of three phenolic xenoestrogens as octylphenol (OP), 4-nonylphenol (4-NP), and bisphenol A (BPA). The baseline separation of these phenolic xenoestrogens is successfully obtained within 55?s under the optimized MEKC conditions with borate running buffer of pH?8.0 containing sodium dodecyl sulfate and ??-cyclodextrin. The linear range for OP, 4-NP, and BPA are 20?C1,000, 15?C1,000, and 20?C1,000???g/L with the detection limit of 5.0, 4.0, and 3.0???g/L, respectively. The present method is successfully applied for the determination of these phenolic xenoestrogens in some industrial wastewater samples from mainland of China with the recoveries ranged from 90.2 to 109.4?%.  相似文献

针对划定基本农田有质量、数量和空间的多重要求,该文从耕地的自然条件、质量条件、灌溉条件、区位条件、规划用途等5个层面选取16个指标建立了一般农田入选基本农田整备区的指标体系,并运用GIS技术提取各评价指标的空间属性数据;然后根据耕地质量模糊优选模型和属性层次模型2个模型评价结果的平均值对候选耕地进行质量和区位优劣排序;最后根据排序结果,通过GIS空间分析功能,以重庆市秀山县梅江镇为例,划定基本农田整备区的空间分布范围。组合评价模型可形成多角度评价结果的综合平衡,提高评价结果的科学性。  相似文献

Guided tissue regeneration is an important treatment for periodontal diseases, as it helps periodontal tissues to regenerate. This study aims to evaluate the influence of different procedures for gelation on the mechanical properties of low melting-point polylactic acid (LPLA) net/chitosan composite membranes. After immersion in a chitosan solution, LPLA nets undergo different steps of gelation and freeze-drying, forming the porous LPLA/Chitosan composite membranes. The tensile strength, swelling, degradation and water content of the resulting membranes are then evaluated. According to the experimental results, different sequences for gelation influence the tensile strength and swelling ratio, but do not significantly influence the water content ratio and contact angle.  相似文献

Purpose

The Yellow River Delta, an active land-ocean interaction area, will develop into a large eco-economic region in East China during the coming decade. It is necessary to assess the geochemical features of heavy metals in the soils. The objectives of this research were to evaluate the concentrations and distribution of heavy metals (Cr, Ni, Cu, Zn, Pb, and Cd) in soil profiles of the area and to identify their sources.

Materials and methods

Horizon samples were collected based on pedogenic features from bottom to top in each profile to a depth of 120 cm and a total of 92 samples were collected. The sampling sites were grouped into four lines from inland to coastal area with three land use types (cotton field, cereal field, and wetland). The concentrations of Cr, Ni, Cu, Zn, Pb, and Cd were measured by inductively coupled plasma-mass spectrometry. Iron oxide fractions in the soil were extracted by oxalate-oxalic acid and dithionite-citrate-bicarbonate. X-ray diffraction (XRD) was used to determine the mineral composition of the soils. Multivariate statistical analysis and historical data were employed to identify the possible sources of these heavy metals.

Results and discussion

The mean concentrations of heavy metals were elevated along the Yellow River region and in the southern part of the delta; however, they were generally lower than the Chinese guideline values. As for the depth distribution of heavy metals in soil profiles, the maximum values of Cr, Ni, Cu, Zn, and Cd in middle horizon of cotton field were almost twice than those in surface horizon. The iron oxides and XRD analysis indicated that the trace elements accumulation appeared to be related with the contents of crystalline iron oxide and layer silicates. Historical data from suspended sediments of the Yellow River and principal component analysis (PCA) implied that most of the metals (Cr, Ni, Cu, and Zn) were sourced from natural alluviation and sedimentation.

Conclusions

The Yellow River Delta soils were slightly polluted by heavy metals the Yellow River Delta. The special pedogenic horizon characterized by higher iron oxides and layered silicates minerals in the middle and lower part of the soil profile was found with heavy metals enrichment, which required to be studied further. Suspended sediments transported by the Yellow River were suggested to be one of the major sources for the heavy metals accumulation in the basal soils of this region.  相似文献

Determination and kinetics of enrofloxacin and ciprofloxacin in Tra catfish (Pangasianodon hypophthalmus) and giant freshwater prawn (Macrobrachium rosenbergii) using a liquid chromatography/mass spectrometry method. J. vet. Pharmacol. Therap. 34, 142-152. The fluoroquinolones enrofloxacin (EF) and ciprofloxacin (CF) residues were investigated in the edible tissues of two important Asian aquacultured species such as Tra catfish (Pangasianodon hypophthalmus) and giant freshwater prawn (Macrobrachium rosenbergii) using a sensitive liquid chromatography-electrospray ionization-tandem mass spectrometry method. Fish and prawn were treated with medicated feed with multiple doses of EF, in field conditions. A validation study of the analytical method was realized in terms of linearity, specificity, precision (repeatability and within-laboratory reproducibility), recovery and decision limit (CCα). The time needed before the antibiotic disappears from animal tissues or reach the maximum residue limit (MRL, 100μg/kg) was assessed. The concentration values of EF detected in Tra catfish tissue were between the MRL and 2×MRL concentrations, according to the fish density, 7days following the end of the enrofloxacin treatment (20mg/kg body weight per day, for seven consecutive days). The concentration value of ER in prawn tissue was lower than the MRL and the limit of quantification (LOQ, 14μg/kg) 5 and 7days after the stop of the EF treatment (50mg/kg body weight per day, for five consecutive days), respectively. The mean detected levels of CF was much lower in comparison with that of EF, indicating that only a small part of EF is metabolized into CF (<5%) in both Tra catfish and prawn.  相似文献
