为了研究不同覆盖方式对土壤物理特性、有效养分以及马铃薯产量的影响,以早大白马铃薯为试验材料,设置常规露地(对照)和普通聚乙烯地膜、生物可降解膜、稻草3种覆盖方式,比较了不同时期土壤含水率、pH值、养分含量以及产量。结果表明:稻草覆盖保水效果最佳;生物可降解膜覆盖、稻草覆盖在马铃薯生长后期可提高土壤肥力,以生物可降解膜覆盖尤为明显,成熟期几乎所有速效养分指标均高于其他处理,与对照相比,土壤有机质、碱解氮、有效磷、速效钾含量分别高出7.49 g/kg、23.00 mg/kg、11.0 mg/kg、26.0 mg/kg。综合成本效益,除了稻草覆盖由于小薯多而效益比对照降低22.2%外,普通聚乙烯地膜覆盖和生物可降解膜覆盖比对照效益分别提高29.7%和24.2%。总之,普通聚乙烯地膜和生物可降解膜均可提高马铃薯产量和效益,但生物可降解地膜覆盖还可以改善土壤养分状况,减少环境污染,更具有推广价值。 相似文献

经药剂筛选获得对菌核净不同表型的核盘菌(Sclerotinia sclerotiorum ) 抗药性突变体。与敏感亲本菌株相比, 抗药突变体MN 61 (MR ) 和MN 91 (HR) 在含1% 和8% 葡萄糖的PDA 上生长受到抑制,MN 113 (LR) 只对1% 葡萄糖敏感。通过测定抗药突变体MN 61 和野生敏感菌株PN 061 的电导率, 发现抗药突变体能在更短的时间里渗出更多的电解质。抗药突变体苯丙氨酸解氨酶活性比敏感亲本菌株高出1 倍以上, 当用不同浓度菌核净处理或饥饿处理时, 抗药突变体和敏感亲本菌株PAL 活性均上升, 但抗药突变体的酶活始终高于敏感亲本菌株。 相似文献

BACKGROUND: In pest management research, harmonic radar systems have been largely used to study insect movement across open or vegetation‐poor areas because the microwave signal is attenuated by the high water content of vegetation. This study evaluated whether the efficacy of this technology is sufficient to track insects in vegetative landscapes. RESULTS: Field efficacy data were collected using portable harmonic microwave radar and electronic dipole tags mounted on adults of three economically important pests: Leptinotarsa decemlineata (Say), Diabrotica virginifera virginifera (LeComte) and Conotrachelus nenuphar Herbst. Detection and recovery of tagged Colorado potato beetles, plum curculios and western corn rootworms was high within and among potato plants, moderate within apple trees and high within, but not between, corn plants respectively. The efficacy of the radar depends on the ability of the operator to move around the host, scanning for a signal ‘sightline’ with the tagged insect among plant structures. CONCLUSION: The detection rate of tagged insects by harmonic radar systems is high enough to track the walking path of pests through low row crops such as potato, tall row crops such as corn or tall but well‐separated trees of orchard‐type crops by adapting the scanning procedure to the vegetative architecture. 本研究旨在获得抗狂犬病病毒M蛋白的多克隆抗体,为进一步研究M蛋白功能提供材料。本试验以狂犬病病毒BD06毒株为模板克隆M基因序列,将其克隆至原核表达载体pET28a;经酶切和测序鉴定,M蛋白基因序列已正确插入表达载体pET28a;以表达载体pET28a-M转化E.coli Rosetta株,并以0.5 mmol/L IPTG诱导,结果表达出27 ku左右的M蛋白;将诱导表达的蛋白质回收纯化,以纯化的M蛋白多次免疫兔子制备多克隆抗体;Western blotting分析和间接免疫荧光分析结果表明,制得的抗体与病毒能够反应,运用制得的多克隆抗体定位了基质蛋白在感染狂犬病病毒的BHK-21细胞中的位置。结果表明成功制得了抗狂犬病病毒M蛋白的多克隆抗体,为研究狂犬病病毒M蛋白功能奠定了基础。 相似文献

为了观察疫区自然感染日本血吸虫病耕牛血清循环抗原消长规律,本试验将血吸虫病非疫区的水、黄牛各10头,转运至安徽省血吸虫病疫区,接受为期8周的自然感染。用斑点酶联免疫吸附试验测定牛血清循环抗原。结果,水、黄牛血清循环抗原滴度均于自然感染第4周后明显上升,水、黄牛自然感染第8周的血清循环抗原最高滴度分为1∶10240和1∶5120,最低滴度则分别为1∶1280和1∶640,水牛循环抗原滴度高于黄牛。虫荷数与血清循环抗原滴度未见有相关性。 相似文献

The objective of this study was to establish a reference base for respiratory variables (respiratory rate [R(R)], inspiratory and expiratory time [T(i) and T(e)], peak inspiratory and expiratory pseudoflow [PIF and PEF], tidal volume [V(T)], minute ventilation [V(E)] and enhanced pause [Penh]) of healthy cats by use of barometric whole body plethysmography (BWBP). Eighteen healthy European cats (10 male, 8 female) were studied from the age of 3 to 13 months in order to assess growth- and gender-related changes of BWBP variables. Chest radiographs and bronchoalveolar lavage cytology were performed to confirm pulmonary health status. Diurnal changes were investigated every 2 h over a period of 24 h when the cats were adult. V(T), V(E), PIF and PEF significantly increased during somatic growth and were higher in males than in females, whereas R(R), T(i), T(e), T(e)/T(i) ratio, PEF/PIF ratio and Penh remained unchanged and were not affected by gender. When measured over 24 h, Penh, T(e) and T(i) were significantly increased in the early morning hours (04:00 h), whereas R(R), PIF and PEF were decreased at that time. This study provides reference values of BWBP variables for healthy male and female cats and indicates when circadian changes might be observed. 相似文献

Oriental river prawn (Macrobrachium nipponense) has been widely cultured in Asian countries. However, its nutritional studies are very limited. In the present 8‐week study, we investigated the effects of dietary protein to energy ratio (P/E ratio) on the growth, feed utilization and body composition in juvenile M. nipponense (initial weight 0.302 ±0.03 g). Two‐factor experiment was designed and nine semi‐purified diets were formulated to contain three lipid levels (20, 80 and 140 g kg?1) and three protein levels (330, 380 and 430 g kg?1), producing P/E ratios from 16.5 to 23.4 mg KJ?1 protein. The results indicated that the growth, survival rate and protein efficiency were dose dependently improved by the increased dietary lipid, but not dietary protein content. Increased dietary lipid content and/or protein content increased lipid accumulation in whole body, hepatopancreas and muscle, but did not change the feed intake and hepatopancreas weight. In conclusion, our present study indicated that M. nipponense is a species with relatively high‐energy requirement. It could utilize dietary lipid content up to 140 g kg?1, while the dietary protein with more than 330 g kg?1 would not promote growth and protein efficiency. Taken together, 330 g kg?1 dietary protein and 140 g kg?1 dietary lipid level with P/E ratio 16.49 could be optimum for M. nipponense. 相似文献
